Chapter1: Welcome To Hell
Intro:
No One POV:
Ben: "He's getting away!"
The scene opened with Fistrick, a human crook and small-time crime lord, skillfully weaving through the bustling streets of Undertown. He knocked over various aliens, ducked under low-hanging signs, and leaped over obstacles with ease. Glancing back, he saw Ben far behind, a smirk spreading across his face.
Fistrick: "Catch me if you can bro!"
Fistrick taunted, clutching the stolen goods tightly as he continued his escape.
Ben sighed in frustration, lifting his wrist to speak into his Omnitrix.
Ben: "Rook, I've got eyes on Fistrick. He's heading west on the main strip"
The scene shifted to Rook speeding through traffic in the Proto-TRUK, maneuvering between cars with precision.
Rook: "I've already apprehended Liam"
He responded, his voice calm and focused.
Rook: "I'm heading your way now"
The camera panned to the back of the truck, where Liam was tied up and unconscious. Rook kept his sight on the road as he continued to navigate the congested streets.
Back with Ben, he acknowledged Rook's message.
Ben: "Okay, got it"
He said before ending the call and looking down at his Omnitrix.
He quickly dialed through the various transformations, seeking one that would give him the speed and agility needed to catch Fistrick.
Ben: "Let's see"
He muttered to himself.
Ben: "XLR8 should do the trick"
Suddenly, he heard yelling. Glancing up, he saw two Tetramands carrying a large sheet of glass across the street. Panic gripped him, and his fingers slipped on the Omnitrix's faceplate, changing the selected alien.
He slammed the core down, enveloping him in green light. His body shrank, his belly grew chubby, and his skin turned yellow as he transformed into...
The Worst: "The Worst?"
He blurted out angrily. His chubby legs quickly lost momentum, and he slowed significantly, letting Fistrick gain more distance.
Fistrick glanced back, his confident smirk growing as he saw The Worst falling further behind.
Fistrick: "Should've eaten a better diet before the chase, bro!"
He shouted mockingly as he sped up.
The Worst facepalmed, his face stretching comically as his fingers rubbed his stretchy skin. Suddenly, he got an idea. He glanced up at the two Tetramand workers and called out.
The Worst: "Hey, hope you don't mind throwing me at that guy!"
The Tetramands exchanged smirks before one of them gripped the glass sheet and the other grabbed The Worst by the head. With a mighty heave, he launched him into the air.
Seeing he had gained the upper hand, Fistrick began to slow down, breathing heavily as he wiped sweat from his brow.
Fistrick: "Phew, that was a close call, bro. I wonder how my other bro Liam is doing. Eh, he better not be caught. We can't afford to mess up this missi- what the?"
He squinted and saw a flying ball heading his way. His eyes widened as he recognized The Worst flailing through the air, rapidly closing the distance.
Fistrick turned and sprinted, his legs aching as The Worst got closer. Just before he could get away, The Worst slammed into his back, knocking him down and causing him to drop the stolen goods. Fistrick tripped and rolled across the ground.
He slowly opened his eyes to see The Worst struggling to get up. Panicking, he quickly jumped to his feet, ready to abandon the stolen items and make another run for it.
Just as Fistrick thought he might have a chance, the Proto-TRUK roared into view from a side street, cutting off his escape route. Rook jumped out, his Plumber badge gleaming.
Rook: "End of the line, Fistrick"
Rook declared, his weapons drawn and ready.
Surrounded and out of options, Fistrick skidded to a halt, sighing in defeat.
The Wrost slowly stood up, his watch beeping green before detransforming him back to his human form, a grin playing on his lips as he approached Fistrick.
Ben: "You thought you could outrun us? Think again"
Fistrick grumbled, his shoulders slumping in anger.
Fistrick: "Alright, alright. You got me, bro"
Ben and Rook exchanged a nod of satisfaction before Rook gripped Fistrick's arms, pulling them behind his back and slapping handcuffs on them. Orange energy emitted from the cuffs, locking them securely.
Rook: "You now have the right to remain silent, Fistrick"
Rook said sternly. He then glanced back at Ben.
Rook: "Did I do it right? Is that how they do it in movies?"
Ben grinned and nodded approvingly at Rook's attempt at playing it cool.
Ben: "Nailed it, man"
A smile grew on Rook's face, while Fistrick scoffed, clearly not amused by their joking.
Fistrick: "Bro, can we go already? My workout time is going to start any minute now, and I don't want to miss it"
Ben rolled his eyes and made his way to Fistrick, stopping in front of him with a grin playing on his lips as he crossed his arms.
Ben: "Don't fret it, lil bro. We'll make sure your cell is more secure this time, so you'll never miss your workout for a long time"
Fistrick gritted his teeth at Ben's mocking. Opening the back of the Proto-TRUK, Rook shoved Fistrick inside with Liam, then closed the door and made his way to the driver's seat.
Ben followed suit, sitting beside Rook, his hand behind his head in a relaxed manner.
Ben: "Another successful baddy caught. No need to thank me"
Rook rolled his eyes, a small smile playing on his lips.
Rook: "Yeah, sure, Ben"
He started the Proto-TRUK, the engine roaring to life as they prepared to head back to base.
Ben leaned back, a smug expression on his face.
Ben: "Yeah, if it weren't for my quick thinking, Fistrick would've gotten away"
Rook glanced at him, eyebrow raised.
Rook: "Quick thinking? If I recall, you transformed into The Worst and needed a lift from some Tetramands"
Ben shrugged, unfazed.
Ben: "Hey, it all worked out in the end, didn’t it? Teamwork, Rook. Teamwork"
Rook shook his head, a chuckle escaping as they drove off, the Proto-TRUK speeding down the road.
Ben stretched in his seat, looking over at Rook.
Ben: "Hey, think you could swing by Mr. Smoothy? Man, all that running made me thirsty"
Rook considered for a moment, then glanced at Ben briefly before focusing back on the road.
Rook: "Only if we later stop at Sara's Italian Deli for some meatball subs"
Ben grinned widely.
Ben: "Deal!"
The Proto-TRUK finally escaped Undertown and sped down the highway in Bellwood, the promise of victory and tasty food adding to the enjoyment of the journey.
Suddenly, the watch beeped green. Lifting it up, Ben answered it.
Ben: "Hey, Grandpa"
Inside the Plumber headquarters, Max, Ben's grandfather, appeared on the screen.
Max: "Hey, Ben. Did you catch Fistrick and Liam?"
Ben grinned confidently.
Ben: "Whatcha think, Grandpa?"
Max's expression turned concerned.
Max: "They got away?"
Ben rolled his eyes, chuckling.
Ben: "Haha, very funny, Grandpa"
Max's concern eased as he chuckled back.
Max: "Good job, Ben. Just wanted to make sure everything went smoothly"
Ben: "No worries, Grandpa. We're gonna get them both locked up tight"
Max: "That's what I like to hear. Keep up the good work"
Ben: "So, is that it or-"
Max frowned, motioning to a plumber sitting in front of a computer. The plumber quickly typed, and the big screen in the Plumber HQ opened, revealing a scene where Vilgax was terrorizing the city.
Max's expression grew serious.
Max: "Looks like we've got another situation. Vilgax is causing trouble, again"
Ben's face turned determined.
Ben: "On it, Grandpa"
Max nodded.
Max: "Be careful out there, Ben"
Ben nodded back before ending the communication. He turned to Rook, who had been listening.
Ben: "Change of plans, Rook. Looks like we've got a bigger fish, or should I say a squid, to fry"
Rook: "Wait, are we changing plans?"
Ben chuckled and shook his head.
Ben: "No, Rook, it's just an expression"
Rook nodded, understanding now.
Rook: "Got it. So, what's the new plan?"
Ben quickly accessed the Omnitrix, moving two fingers across the faceplate as a green hologram showed several alien silhouettes, his gaze scanning through them.
Ben: "I'll handle Vilgax myself. You take Fistrick and Liam back to Grandpa"
Rook hesitated briefly, concern etching his features.
Rook: "Are you sure about this, Ben?"
Ben flashed a confident grin.
Ben: "Don't worry, Rook. I've been taking on Vilgax since I was ten. I know how to handle him"
Rook nodded, already steering the Proto-TRUK back towards the Plumber HQ.
Meanwhile, Ben swung open the door of the Proto-TRUK, leaping outside and activating the Omnitrix. Green light enveloped him swiftly, transforming him into a blur of red that soared into the sky.
Jetray: "Jetray!"
Jetray ascended into the atmosphere, heading towards the city where Vilgax was causing havoc.
Time Skip:
As Jetray neared the area where Grandpa Max had pinpointed Vilgax's location, he scanned the ground below. The sight of civilians fleeing in panic confirmed he was approaching the right spot.
Accelerating his pace, Ben finally spotted Vilgax amidst the chaos below. With a swift swoop downward, he left a deliberate distance between them before transforming back to his human form.
Ben POV:
I was locked in fierce combat with my age-old enemy, Vilgax, a feared alien warlord known galaxy-wide for his insatiable hunger for power, a being who revolved his whole existence to stealing the Omnitrix and ruling over the universe.
Ben: "Vilgax, when will you realize? No matter what you throw at me, I won't let you win"
I said throwing my hands around, getting rather exhausted from this routine of beating him every week, if it weren't for my strict no kill rule, the world would've been a better place.
Vilgax: "Your arrogance blinds you, Tennyson. I won't rest until the Omnitrix is in my grasp"
Ben: "Well, today's not your lucky day. I've got a friend itching to have a word with you"
Swiftly activating the Omnitrix, choosing an alien icon, and slamming the core down, I transformed into...
Rath: "RATH!!! LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, SQUID FACE! YOU MAY ACT TOUGH, BUT YOU'RE JUST A LITTLE MANIAC WHO CAN'T BACK UP THEIR WORDS! RATH IS GONNA FINISH YOU OFF!"
No One POV:
Rath lunged ferociously at Vilgax, landing a powerful punch squarely in his gut. Vilgax, undeterred, swiftly retaliated by hurling Rath into a nearby wall, burying the heroic alien warrior under a heap of rubble.
Vilgax shook his head disdainfully, finding no amusement in Rath's futile attempts.
Vilgax: "The Omnitrix in the hands of a mere monkey. Pathetic"
Approaching the area where Rath was supposed to be buried under, Vilgax scanned the surroundings meticulously, but found no trace of him. Puzzled over how Rath managed to-
Rath: "RATH IS BEHIND YOU, DUMBASS!"
Vilgax turned, but he wasn't quick enough to evade Rath's punch. Rath's fist connected squarely with Vilgax's face, sending him flying into a nearby bus station.
Rath: "THAT'S WHAT RATH CAN DO!"
Suddenly, the Omnitrix glowed red, enveloping Rath in a bright red light detransforming him back, and leaving Ben standing in his place.
Ben POV:
Ben: "No! Not now!"
Vilgax's claws tore through the debris at the bus station, slowly freeing him from the wreckage. He rose to his full height, his menacing figure advancing towards me.
Vilgax: "You're strong, Tennyson, but your time has run out"
As Vilgax approached, he accidentally dropped his transporter remote to the ground; the device displayed indications of wear and tear, most likely from the fight.
Vilgax's expression turned to one of alarm as he glanced back at his malfunctioning device.
Vilgax: "Look what you've done!"
Vilgax slowly advanced towards the device to retrieve it, lightning suddenly shot out from the malfunctioning remote, striking him with ferocity. The powerful bolt of energy lifted Vilgax off his feet, sending him hurtling backward through the air. Meanwhile, the transporter remote, now abandoned on the ground, continued to crackle with unstable energy.
Ben POV:
I watched as the device sent Vilgax's body flying through the air, and knowing that leaving such a device unintended could cause problems, I ran towards the fallen remote, stooping down to check it, my curiosity stirred.
Ben: "What's the deal with this remote?"
Just as my fingers brushed its surface, the device glitched, emitting strange, unintelligible noises that seemed to echo ominously.
Ben: "What the hell?"
Suddenly, a voice emanated from the remote, its tone robotic yet ominous.
Transporter: "Destination... Hell"
Ben: "What?!?!"
The portal, once stable and blue, abruptly shifted to a dark, ominous red hue. Before I could react or even fully comprehend what was happening, an unseen force pulled me towards it, swallowing me whole.
No One POV:
As he vanished from sight, the portal closed behind Ben with a resounding snap, leaving behind an eerie silence in its wake. There was no trace left of Ben Tennyson.
