(Off the side of the road, Max has constructed a small target practice structure of strung up tires and soda cans.)

Max: "You two ready?"

(The brothers smirk before activating their watches. Ben transformed into Diamondhead while Zack transformed into Jetray.)

Diamondhead: "Oh yeah."

Jetray: "Let's see what this alien can do."

Max: "Remember to think out there, boys. Don't just try to muscle it. "Might isn't always right"!"

Jetray: "Gotcha."

Diamondhead: "I know, but it's the always fun!" [He forms his hand into a spiked stump.]

(Max proceeds to pull several levers causing soda cans and targets to pop out at the duo. Ben easily shoots all the targets with diamond shards while Zack shoots all the targets with laser eyes.)

Jetray: "Ah yeah, I can shoot lasers from my eyes! Please alien ever!"

(The duo continues training while Gwen is sitting by the Rust Bucket watching them train, mostly Zack (Jetray). She sits in a lawn chair, leaning forward with her elbows on her knees with her head resting in her palms.)

Gwen: [dreamy sighs] "Zack is the best~."

(Gwen looks at her right hand to see a silver banded ring with a small emerald on her middle finger. The ring has an intricate design of swirls engraved into the band. Zack had brought Gwen a ring from the last episode.)

(Back with the brothers, Ben bobs out of the way and shoots the targets behind his back, but doesn't notice a tire swinging towards him. It beans Ben in the face, knocking him back and causing him to shoot crystals everywhere. Max takes cover. Gwen screams and takes cover. But, Zack swoops in and rescued her as Gwen was in his arms.)

Jetray: "You okay, Gwen?"

Gwen: "Yeah." [Hugs Zack] "Thanks, babe."

Jetray: [hovering down; glares at Ben] "What the hell, Ben!?"

Diamondhead: [getting up; laughing nervously] "Oops, my bad."

(As they drive away in the Rust Bucket...)

Gwen: "You rock-head, you almost turned me into Swiss cheese!"

Ben: "I said I was sorry. What else do you want?"

Max: "What we want is for you to take that thing on your wrist more seriously, Ben. It's not a toy. You've got to think when you use it."

Ben: "I know, but come oooon! You guys have seen me in action. I'm the baddest Ben in town! I've kicked so much alien butt, my feet hurt!" [He puts his feet on the table.]

Zack: [pushing them off] "Yeah, well, one of these days, you're gonna screw around and get your own ass kicked, and I hope I'm there to see it!"

Ben: "Dream on, bro!"

(The Rust Bucket starts sputtering and slowing down on the road.)

Max: "Uh oh, that doesn't sound good."

(Luckily, Max managed to park the RV in a nearby abandoned mining town. The quartet were out as Max began looking at the engine while Gwen had her hand interlocked with Zack's and was trying to stay as close to him as possible.)

Ben: "Looks like nobody's home."

Gwen: "Not for a while."

Zack: "Where are we?"

Gwen: "My IntelliMap program says this is Slaterville. Incorporated in 1857 after the discovery of silver. Went bust in the late '50s when the mine ran out."

(Ben was about to make a snarky remark, but Zack shoved him aside and comment Gwen's smarts.)

Zack: "And that's why you're my favorite bookworm, Gwendolyn."

Gwen: [smiles] "Thanks, babe."

Max: "Aha! I think I found the problem." [He holds up a dripping tube with a crystal shard running through it.] "Leaky fuel line."

Ben: "Uh...'lucky shot'?" [Zack shook his head, annoyance.]

Max: "I should be able to patch it up."

Ben: "Sorry, Grandpa. Let me help! Maybe Four Arms. No, wait, Upgrade!"

Max: "-I think you've done enough, Ben. I'll handle this."

Ben: [stunned] "Okay... Guess I'll just check this place out!" [He walks away.]

Zack: "Hey, Gwen, do you wanna-"

Gwen: "Go for a walk? Sure, sounds nice."

(Zack and Gwen walk off, leaving Max alone to fix the Rust Bucket. The couple had walk passed the warehouse and Gwen does something freaky to Zack.)

Gwen: "Ahh! A little peace and quiet... just the two of us, my favorite hero~."

(She turns towards Zack and brings him into a passionate kiss, catching him off guard. But he melted the kiss and they begin making out for a few seconds before they were suddenly interrupted by Ben (Ghostfreak).)

Ghostfreak: "Boo!"

(The couple screamed before glaring at Ben.)

Ghostfreak: "What's the matter, Gwen? You look like you've seen a Ghost - freak!" [cackling]

Gwen: "Get over yourself, doofus. You don't scare us."

(The ground suddenly starts to tremble. Something underneath starts heading straight for the trio. Zack pulls Gwen away before it hits. Kraab emerges from the ground and walks menacingly towards them.)

Gwen: "But he does!"

Kraab: "The Omnitrix and Ultmatrix! Hand 'em over and I promise you won't suffer - much."

Zack: "Gwen, get behind me!"

(As Gwen does what her bf said, Zack activates the Ultimatrix and transformed into Swampfire.)

Swampfire: "Not gonna happen, crab legs. Now back off, or I'll roost you into scrap metal."

Kraab: [cackling] "Just try it."

Ghostfreak: "Gladly."

(Ben flies toward Kraab only to be blasted by an orange goo. Kraab tries to slam his claw into Ben, but Zack soon swoops in to grab the claw and crushes it, causing Kraab to scream in pain.)

Kraab: "My arm!"

Swampfire: "Here, have a gift."

(Zack throws seeds at Kraab's feet, causing the hunter to be wrapped up in thick vines.)

Kraab: "I..can't...move!"

Ghostfreak: "Whoa! Since when could you do that?"

Swampfire: "For a while. See what happens when you experiment and learn about your-"

(Suddenly, another alien flies in and attacked the brothers.)

(The new hunter, known as Six-Six, attacks by shooting laser bolts at the duo. When Ben simply flies away to avoid the shots, the bolts pierce through Zack with one even blowing off his head, which horrified Gwen.)

Gwen: "ZACK!!!"

(Six-Six lands in front of Zack's corpse only for his body to quickly regenerate and sucker punch Six-Six, knocking him to the ground. Zack then goes over to Six-Six and tears his jetpack off before wrapping him up in vines.)

Max: [arrives] "Kids, are you alright?"

Gwen: "Yeah, we're alright. Thanks to Zack."

???: "Impressive work."

(Everyone turns to find a third hunter.)

Swampfire: [in defense] "Who are you?"

Tetrax: "At ease. I am not here to fight. My name is Tetrax." [He retracts his helmet to reveal that he'd the same species as Diamondhead.]

Ben: "And why didn't you help?"

Tetrax: "Because it didn't appear I was needed. You, Zack Tennyson, had use the Ultimaxtrix expertly. While the other doesn't."

Ben: "Hey! I could've defeated them too!"

Zack: [He reverts from being Swampfire to his normal self; smirks.] "Sure, you would."

Tetrax: "You have done well, child. Now I will take these two and be on my way. We will meet again. Oh and take this." [handing his hoverboard to Zack] "It may come in handy sometime. Farewell."

(Tetrax takes a few steps forward. He pulls out a device from his belt; his helmet slides back over his face; and he presses the device, teleporting him away.)

Ben: "How come you get all the cool alien stuff?"

Zack: "Because I'm more responsible and less reckless than you. But don't worry, Ben. We got you a little something. Gwen?"

(With a mischievous smirk, Gwen pulls out and pours sunscreen all over Ben's head, getting back at him.)

Ben: "Ugh! Hey! What'd you do that for?!"

Gwen: "Payback for what happened earlier and interrupting our moment together! Wouldn't want that big head of yours to get sunburned."

(Zack and Gwen then begin laughing at Ben, who is glaring at them.)

(Fade to black.)
