You sighned tired returning home after a long day of school..... boring, spirit killing school that felt longer then normal today for some weird reason.

You looked up passing a mr smoothie looking ridiculous yet funny at the same time in your eyes.

You just shook your head and kept walking knowing your home wasn't that far away anymore you didn't live far from school anyway it was like a 20 minute walk.

Your family moved to Bellwood not too long ago and you still had to adjust a little to the very nice town with this weird feeling to it if there was more then met the eye.

Shrugging the feeling off you kept walking just 10 minutes away from home all you needed to do was take a few more turns and keep walking.

You walked over the streets passing a small dark alleyway not seeing the big truck that came out of it the moment you walked infront of it at the wrong time.

'Honk'

Your eyes widend just getting a glance at the truck before a bone snapping pain went through your body sending you into nothing else then darkness.

5 minutes ago

Helen sighned watching how Manny carried a bunch of stuff into their truck, they had to escort a bunch of secret dangerous stuff from a bust.

Some alien arms dealer tried to sell a bunch of lasers weapons to human criminals so of course the Plumbera stepped in and arrested them all.

The criminals would go with the One's who caught them, Helen and Manny would bring the weapons to a storage facility where they could be analysed to see if they came from somewhere or somebody else.

Manny loaded the final boxes into the truck now half full as he closed the door.

Manny : done (dusts hands off)

Helen nodded and got into the passanger seat without another word resting her head on her hand staring out the window.

Manny noticed her silence getting into the driver seat with his favorite trucker hat on two hands on the wheel letting the other two turned the radio on.

Manny : whats wrong ?
Helen : nothing

Manny looked at her with a raised eyebrow..... if he had any, he didn't drive now his attention focused on Helen.

Helen looked at him

Helen : what your waiting for ?... Drive

Manny : not until you tell me what is bothering you

Helen : nothing is bothering me

Manny didn't believe it turning his head to the door of the warehouse that opended for them letting them drive out into the alleyway leading to the road.

Manny : your lying
Helen : its nothing

Manny looked at her forgetting he was driving and needed to pay attention to the road infront of him

Manny : your still lying something is bothering you...... come on tell me (pokes her sides)

He didn't pay attention to everything infront of him or his speed just looking at Helen poking her side making Helen look back irriritated.

Helen : just drop it (slaps his hand away) im just not in the mood to talk

Manny : its pierce ain't it ?

Helen looked at him opening her mouth to reply angry when he brought up Pierce who was killed a while ago but before she could yell Helen caught something in the corner of her eyes.

Helen : MANNY WATCH OUT !!!!!

Manny turned his four eyes back to infront of him smashing his foot down on the brakes too late......

His truck connected into your right side hard sending you a few feet back with a very painfull 'snap' that Helen just heard from inside the truck staring shocked at your unmoving body.

Helen/Manny : OH GOD !!!!

Manny drove back into the alleyway then stopped stepping out the truck, Helen raced out the truck carrying you into the alleyway so no humans would see them while checking to see if you were alive.

She lay you down carefully looking you over seeing you were unconcious blood leaking from your forehead with your right arm probaly broken.

Helen turned to Manny her eyes full of anger

Helen : YOU IDIOT !!!
Manny : i didn't mean too !!!... it was a accident !!

Helen growled and looked back down at you to have a better look at your face, groaning you opended your eyes barely awake catching a glimps of Helen and Manny who looked down at you frozen.

Your eyes stared into Helen finding her..... Beautifull even for a alien she just had something that made you for a second lose all sense of pain.

With one last groan you passed out again.

Helen : he saw us.......

Manny : so ?.... drop him on the street and call a ambulance they take care of it

Helen ; he saw us Manny what if he finds out or tells anybody ?

Manny : so ?.... he was barely awake and hit by a truck nobody would believe him

Helen : that doesn't mean we can leave him alone while YOU hit him and there is the chance he might go deeper into this or tell somebody 

Manny rubbed the back of his head and neck emberrassed feeling already bad for hitting you.

Manny : then what ?
Helen : we.... we gotta bring him to Max maybe he knows what to do now this boy saw us

Manny : wait bu....

Helen : WE GOTTA TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS !!!

Manny flinched from her outburst but nodded knowing she was right and will tell Max anyway, Manny picked your unconcious body up in two arms carrying you into the back of the truck

It was the only place he had room so without a choice he put you into the free side of the storage next to all the boxes.

Helen got in too to make sure nothing would go wrong with you or the weapons having no choice then to trust Manny to pay attention while he drove this time.

Helen crouched down next to you placing your body in a comfortable position without chance of making your wounds worse letting your head rest on her lap.

She studied your face getting lost for a second before she shook her head

Helen : keep your mind clear Helen

She looked back down at you praying things weren't gonna be as bad as she thought they were gonna be.

Timeskip.

Max : you two did what ?!

Helen and Manny looked nervous and emberrassed standing next to their truck where a bunch of medics pulled your body out the back putting you into a moveble hospital bed they brought with them.

Helen : Manny hit him
Manny : i didn't mean too of course, i was just distracted since Helen seemed troubled
Helen : i said i was FINE !!!!

Max sighned glancing how the medics rolled your body away to put your arm in a cast and heal the wound on your forehead.

Max : i expected better from you two

Helen and Manny lowered their head in shame staring at the ground in shame feeling he wasn't angry but disepointed

Which was way worse then him yelling at them

Max : i take care of this..... see if we can heal him, put up a story and hope he doesn't remember anything and we don't have to wipe his memory

They nodded not looking up even when he left to take care of anything leaving them standing by the truck like two scolded kids.

Helen sighned and started walking away.

Manny : where are you going ?

Helen : for a walk maybe check on the one we hit

Manny nodded not saying anything to piss her off more then she already was on him.

Helen walked through the plumber base avoiding any contact with other plumbers to emberrassed to talk.

She arrived at the hospital a hour later and walked in having no problem finding you being treated by a few doctors.

They already had bandaged your head and put your right arm in a cast now just making sure you were okay

Helen approached one of the alien doctors who turned to her waving off the other doctors who returned to their duties.

Helen : how is he ?

Doctor : right arm broken, gash on the forehead, lucky no serieus damage to the brain lets say he got lucky and should heal fast

Helen nodded stealing a glance at you finding you sleeping peacefully then looked back at the doctor before she would stare too much ending up getting caught

Doctor : we gave him painstillers, put a cast around his arm and bandaged his forehead

Helen : no stiches ?

Doctor : no we keep it clean and it heals easy on his own.... no stiches needed

Helen nodded her attention on the doctor not seeing you slowy move your body sitting up.

Doctor : he be fine just next time pay attention to the road

Helen sighned nodding her head even thought those words should be meant to Manny.

She turned her gaze back to you freezing when her gaze was met with your own.

You were awake staring at Helen and the doctor with wide eyes your body frozen in shock to see aliens right infront of you staring back at you frozen as well.
