After an hour of ride, we arrived at her place. She lives in a small but cute house.
"Hey Minji, since we are friends now, why don't you invite us in?" I asked then looked towards Jungkook. He was furious and I liked it.

"Yea' sure why not? I would like it if you come inside and have some tea or coffee" She approved

"Don't you have work or assignments to do?" Jungkook asked with a stern look.

"I did. I already completed my assignments and I don't have my part-time job today so nothing to worry, sir." She replied. I really like Minji because she knows how to take stand for herself and not let anyone show dominance over her.

"Sure thing then. I'm excited for today" I said getting out of the car. Jungkook still stared at me but I just ignored it.

She again took side of him. Seriously, Taehyung is being so annoying and Minji.....she is obeying him as if they are best friends from years.

I couldn't help but to roll my eyes whenever Taehyung look towards me to check my expression. He was doing it purposely.

We both got out of the car and headed inside her house.
" Minji, I must say your house is small but you maintained it really well" Taehyung said to her while winking and she blushed.

"Could you please stop exaggerating things because it's annoying" I don't know why I said this maybe because he was being so annoying? I don't know!

I looked towards Minji who had sad and anger emotions but she doesn't know how to react on this statement of mine.
She looked towards Taehyung and smiled brightly.

" You are going too far, Jungkook" Taehyung glared at me

"It's ok Tae. It's not like he had never talked to me like that before. I'm used to it." It hurts, it genuinely hurts I'm trying to be nice with her but accidentally say such things that I don't even meant.

" I think you guys should sit down. I'll bring coffee for you." She hung the keys and went to the kitchen.

Now finally him and I are alone.
" Why are you being so clingy to her?" I broke the silence

" She's a friend of mine. So what if I'm being clingy there's nothing to complaint. Moreover, if she's comfortable then who are you to tell me not to get close to her?" He put his hands on his waist and looked straight into my eyes as if challenging me.

"She's my student Tae, don't you dare play with her. She's different from others." I took a step forward to let him know that I'm ready to accept whatever challenge.

" 'chuckle' I agree that she's a different girl that's why I'm interested in her. Also, she's 'only' a student to you, nothing more, nothing less. Am I right? Then stop caring about her." He was right at some point because she's only a student and it's not like I'm a teacher by profession. She doesn't even know who I am, what my true personality is.

'Ring Ring!'

My phone started ringing. I checked the caller ID, it was Dad.
' sigh'

I ignored what Taehyung said and went out to pick up the phone.

Me
Hello?

Dad
Do you even know what
you have done?

(He said with a furious voice)

Me
I'm well aware of my doings.
If you don't have anything else
to say then I'm hanging up.

Dad
Oh! so you know what . you have done. Well I'm glad
that you know but do you know
the consequences?

(His voice filled with rage)

Me
Yes I know!
So, stop interfering in my
business.

Dad
Okay.....fine I'm not gonna
interfer but if your actions affected
even a bit of my company then
you'll PAY.

(He cuts my call)

I threw my phone furiously on the ground. It's not like, he never talked to me like that before but whenever he prefers money over ME, it hurts. He wasn't like that before when my mother was alive.

I re-enter her house and the scene made me more furious. Taehyung was holding Minji's hand and she was wincing in pain. I saw coffee all over the carpet and on her dress.

" What the hell happened to her, Taehyung. I just happened to leave for 5 minutes and..... whatsoever stop wasting time by just holding her hand and get the first- aid and ice." I was seriously furious on Taehyung.

"Come with me, we have to wash it with cold water." She nodded, I held her hand gently and put it under the tap.

" You should have served carefully. Now look, what happened?" I didn't mean to shout on her but the phone call and the scene of Taehyung holding her hand made me furious. I couldn't help myself.

" As if you care! It's just a normal burn, there's nothing much to worry about. I'll be fine in two-three days." She was still upset with me.

" Here is the first- aid and ice. Sorry it took me alot of time because I wasn't that much familiar with your house." Taehyung interrupted our conversation.

" It's okay Tae" She gave him a reassuring smile.

I always mess things up between us. Whenever I tried to be normal with her, I did things to make her upset.

• Kim Minji •
Mr. Jeon looked so pissed when he saw Tae flirting with me and why was it? It's not like he's my boyfriend or my family member.

As soon as we entered, Tae complimented me. But it felt like Mr. Jeon wasn't so happy of Tae's behaviour but I let it go. It was none of my concern because he's always like that.

I told them to wait until I bring coffee for them. When I came with coffee, I found only Tae looking at my photo.

" You were cute in your childhood but now you're beautiful." I giggled at his cute compliments.

" Where did he go?" I asked about Mr. Jeon. Just curious.

" Oh, he went out to take a call" He replied.

As I came forward to put the tray of coffee down, I accidentally twisted my foot because of carpet and spilled it on my hand. It was so damn hot that it burnt my hand. I winced in pain.

Taehyung ran to me and held my hand gently.
" Are you okay-" Mr. Jeon interrupted Taehyung.

"What the hell happened to her, Taehyung. I just happened to leave for 5 minutes and..... whatsoever stop wasting time by just holding her hand and get the first- aid and ice."
His voice filled with concern and rage. Tae went up to look for the first-aid and Mr. Jeon came to me.

" Come with me, we have to wash it with cold water" I was confused because he was acting like he cared about me, but reality is, he doesn't.
I just nodded and let him did whatever he was doing.

"You should have served carefully. Now look, what happened?" He said angrily as expected but couldn't he be a little more gentle.

" As if you care! It's just a normal burn, there's nothing much to worry about. I'll be fine in two-three days" I was pissed because ever since we came home, he was acting rude all the time and now he shouted at me.

I was ready to throw my hands but Tae came with the first-aid box and ice.
Mr. Jeon almost snatched it from his hands and rubbed the ice on the burnt area.

I looked at Tae who looked upset. I wanted to talk to him but as long as Mr. Jeon is here, I don't think I would have a chance to talk to him peacefully.

Mr. Jeon then applied a cold cream on the burnt area.

" Be careful next time" His voice sounds demanding but still with concern.

I pulled away my hand from his grip.
" I'm sorry, I was slow to process things." I don't know for what he was apologising because he did nothing wrong.

" Save it for some next day, Tae. And if you are feeling guilty then treat me an ice-cream." I smiled when he smiled and realised I wasn't mad at him. He nodded and showed me a thumbs up.

" umhm......I think we should go Tae and let Minji rest." Jungkook said in between our converse.

" Okay, Let's continue with this ice-cream thing some other day. Rest for today." Tae came forward to give me a hug and I allowed. It felt like I was hugging a big bear, I felt alot comfy in his embrace.
We pulled away and bid each other. As for Mr. Jeon, he went before, after patting my back gently. I don't understand why he did that, maybe to show, he was sorry for before. Or maybe he wanted to say to take rest. I wasn't sure. But whenever he touches me I feel a different type of sensation in my body.

First, he was too rude to me then acted all nice. What do you want Mr. Jeon Jungkook, I don't understand his intentions.

•No one's pov•
It was clearly evident that Jungkook has a different side for Minji but he was unable to understand those feelings and denying it all the time. Minji is also starting to feel something in his touch.
What are they gonna do now? Still acting like now or will something change between them?
