Epilogue
After Avengers: Age of Ultron, everything remains good. Civil War never happens, nor does Infinity War or Endgame. Many of the Avengers, including Bucky, are living in the new Avengers Facility in Upstate New York.

"YOUR OTHER LEFT!" Brenna yelled through the earpiece she wore.
Steve quickly turned to his left, dodging the multiple blasts of an automatic gun. However, by doing this, he opened the line of fire for Tony. Seeing that her father's helmet was off, Brenna quickly jumped in front of him. Numerous bullets entered her middle, only to drop back to the ground in seconds.
"Jesus, Honey," Tony shouted in horror. Of course, he knew that she wasn't in any danger. But it was never fun to watch his daughter get shot. "You're not Cap's damn shield; use your magic next time."
"Didn't wanna accidentally incinerate you!" Brenna shrugged, jumping away to take down the shooter. As she raced toward him, more bullets entered her stomach, most going right through her. Over the past few years, however, she'd evolved even more. Her healing had become quicker, only taking a day at the longest. And as for the pain, she'd learned to deal with it fairly well.
Finally meeting the shooter, she ripped the gun out of his hands, accidentally tearing one of his hands completely off as well. "Oops," Brenna muttered, not having meant to do that much. Even after two years of training herself, it was still hard to control her strength in the moment sometimes.
The man let out an inhuman screech, but was quickly silence by a metal punch to the face. Bucky jumped in, landing strongly beside him as he brought his fist to the fallen shooter for a second time. The man was unconscious.
Sam, Tony, Peter, and Steve came over to meet where Brenna and Bucky stood. They'd just had a mission to take out a new, slowly-rising HYDRA base not far from the new Avengers Facility. Every member was killed, except for this man, who would hopefully be giving them answers.
Sam looked down at the man's bleeding arm with disgust, then looked to Brenna. Her black and yellow suit (similar to Natasha's style) was painted with crimson all around her stomach. "That was gruesome," he stated.
"It was an accident," Brenna insisted awkwardly.
Sam shook his head and waved his hands as if to clear the air. "I don't just mean the hand, I mean.." He trailed off as his eyes went down to the holes that littered Brenna's middle. "I mean all of it."
"I can't say I disagree," Steve sighed, giving Brenna a smirk, "you look like a something outta a horror story."
"Hey, at least she got the job done," Bucky implied, putting his metal arm around Brenna's shoulders.
"Peter, do something about that hand, will you?" Tony asked.
"Sure thing, Mr. Stark," Peter exclaimed, quickly webbing where the hand once was to stop the bleeding.
Bucky looked down at Brenna with a small smile. "You're okay, right?" His voice was low and gruff, giving it a sweet-and-sour sound that Brenna absolutely adored.
"Yeah," Brenna answered in a small voice, looking up at Bucky with innocent golden eyes. They weren't the eyes of a killer, not even of someone after vengeance. And it was something Bucky had always found peace in. Brenna didn't fight to kill, she fought to save; to save people who might get hurt in the future. To save people like the way she saved him.
"She's literally bleeding buckets, as we speak," Sam pointed out with a bizarre look on his face, "and you're gonna get all romantic?"
Steve picked up the unconscious HYDRA man and slung him over his shoulder, signalling that they were ready to leave. "She's my princess," Bucky reminded in a protective tone.
"My, princess, actually," Tony corrected, giving Bucky a slightly annoyed look as the six began to walk to their ride home. "My Honey B."
"Where did that name come from, anyway?" Peter suddenly asked. "I mean, for a superhero name, that's not intimidating at all; a Honey Bee?"
Tony smirked in amusement. It was he who'd insisted that 'the Honey Bee' be Brenna's title. Though he meant it as a joke, she decided to stick with it. "Because, honey bees are cute," Tony explained, "but they can be a real pain in the ass."
Steve and Bucky both laughed while Brenna rolled her eyes. It was nice to have them both together again, as friends. Bucky had moved in to the new Avengers Facility shortly after the events of Ultron and Sokovia. And it wasn't long after that people began to realize the connection he and Brenna shared. All of the Avengers thought it was precious, even Tony.

"Feeling any better?" Bucky asked Brenna as he sat beside her on a large couch in the new Avengers living room. He'd just gotten an icepack for her from the kitchen.
"Definitely," Brenna assured, placing the icepack over the bruises that covered her stomach. She'd changed into sweatpants and a cropped tank-top after showering the blood away from her body that evening.
Bucky smiled sideways down at her. "Good," he confirmed. He then pulled Brenna closer so that he could hold her against him. Brenna snuggled up to him in pure bliss.
Just then, footsteps sounded behind them. Brenna and Bucky looked over to see Tony walking through the room. The father stopped for a moment, staring at the two. He pointed at the two, still cuddled close together, and frowned. "I don't like this," he announced, then continued with what he was doing.
Brenna laughed. Every single time her father saw her with Bucky like that, he made sure to remind them that he didn't like it. It had begun as a real distaste in the beginning of Bucky staying in the Avengers facility. But over time, it became an on-going joke. Tony was more than happy that his daughter had found someone to love. And his daily 'I don't like this' had turned into more of an 'I'm okay with this as long as she's happy'.
"Hey, think you could come take a nap with me?" Bucky wondered with a sweet grin.
For so long now, Brenna did not need sleep. But that didn't mean that napping with her love wasn't something she greatly enjoyed. She grinned back up at him with loving eyes. Her only answer was holding her arms high in the air, fingers spread. Bucky, knowing what this meant, chuckled.
"Alright, Sunshine," he purred as he stood. Then, with a careful touch, he lifted Brenna from the couch. Her arms immediately wrapped around his neck, face burying into his chest. She listened to his heartbeat as he walked back to his bedroom. Of course, they still had seperate bedrooms, Tony had insisted on it. But that didn't mean they always stuck to them.
"Here we go," Bucky cooed, laying Brenna down on his bed. He wasted no time in removing his T-shirt to climb in beside her. They faced each other, smiling.
Brenna's eyes wondered down to his chest, tan and tone. Pressing a hand against his heart, she pulsed her plasma gently. Bucky immediately felt himself relax from all stress as his love matched her own heart beat with his. He pulled her closer to him and kissed her, forcing her to lose focus on her magic. Gladly, Brenna kissed back. When she pulled away, his eyes were lidded and sleepy. "I want you to be mine forever," he croaked with a grin.
"I think that can be arranged for," she replied playfully, a wide smile spreading across her mouth. Pecking him sweetly on the lips, she whispered, "I love you, Handsome."
Bucky closed his eyes, ready to fall asleep. "I love you, too, Princess."
