Chapter 30

...

Zia quietly left her room to her son's room, not wanting to make any kind of noise and wake Jimin up. She woke up early as she had planned something special for today. Taking one last glance to check if Jimin was still sleeping, she made it out and released a sigh of relief.

The door knob twisted and opened the door revealing a room with sky blue walls. Toy cars, stuffed animals, coloring books and colors were spread on one corner near the, what Jihan called, his secret tent house. Zia made her to his bed and slowly patted the four year old.

"Jihan" she called softly, "Ji, wake up. Its the special day remember?"

The boy groaned and stirred in his bed, pulling the 'cars' covers above his head.

"Wake up honey. You wanted to surprise dad, didn't you?"

"Daddy?"

"Uh-huh, its his special day remember?"

"Yess! Dad's special day!! Ji will make gift for Dad!" He cheered as he stood on his bed. All the sleep had vanished from his eyes in less then a second, just on the mention of 'Dad'. Zia chuckled as she watched the little boy run around in his room and gather things to make a gift.

"Daddy sleeping?" He asked.

Zia nodded and ruffled his hair, "C'mon let's get you ready. So you can prepare your gift for Dad, okay?" Jihan nodded excitedly letting his mother take him to the bathroom.

....

"No! Mom that one!" Jihan wiggled under Zia's grip.

"This one is nice too Ji." She tried to convince the four year old.

He had been pointing at a blue shirt, saying he'd only wear that one because it looks nice like Dad's. And Zia said the red one looks more cute. But the boy won't listen. She sighed and placed the red shirt on the bed.

"Okay, the blue one right?"

Jihan nodded smiling widely. He jumped from the bed holding his mother's hand so he won't fall, and headed to the dresser drawer in his room. Pulling out his Nice-as-Dad's blue shirt and and handing it to Zia. She grabbed it and helped him wear it.

"Done" She chirped.

"Done!" Jihan repeated.

"Now you can go and prepare your gift. While I go prepare tasty breakfast for Ji and Dad. Okay?"

"Okay!"

"Good boy."

Zia left his room and went straight to the kitchen, leaving Jihan alone. He stood with his hands crossed over his chest as he thought about something. A sudden smile appeared on his lips as an idea popped in his head. His small feet lead him to his 'secret tent house'. He sat inside and pulled out few white pages and crayons and started scribbling on the paper with different colors while humming to a nursery rhyme.

A few minutes later, his hard work displayed colorfully on the paper. He kept it on the side with a satisfied smile and gathered his building blocks.

----

Jimin stirred on the bed, turning to the side in hope to cuddle Zia. But no. Its empty and cold. A frown took place between his brows as he slowly opened his eyes to look for Zia. She wasn't in the room. He sat up on the bed, rubbing the sleep away from his eyes. He walked out of the room and instantly caught a delicious smell. His feet automatically took him to the kitchen.

There he saw her, standing behind the kitchen island, wearing a loose T-shirt- Jimin's with a shorts that were barely visible and her hair done into a messy bun, leaving a few strands falling on her face. She kept removing them once in a while. Jimin smiled and stared at her. Everyday she looked more beautiful than yesterday. How is that possible?

Zia stopped in her position with whatever she was doing and looked over her shoulder,

"Stop staring" she said.

Jimin raised his eyebrows at her and moved closer to where she was. In no time his hands were wrapped around her waist as his body pressed against her back, backhugging her.

"Hey! I can't cook like this!" She whisper yelled. Jimin smiled.

"I was watching you from a distance. You were the one to invite me over." He said with a smirk.

"Okay. So now I'm saying let me go."

"Never."

Jimin leaned his face down in Zia's neck, placing soft kisses on her skin. She nudged him with her elbow gesturing him to stop.

"What?" He asked grinning playfully.

"Stop" she said.

"You smell nice." He mumbled between kissing her jawline.

"That's not me. I'm cooking, the food smells nice." Zia smiled.

"Nah, that's you. My full time meal " he said with a subtle smirk, making Zia choke.

"Jimin!!" She turned around and hit him on his arm, "You don't say such things, there's an innocent child living with us!"

Jimin laughed while hugging Zia.

"So, I'm hungry. Can I eat?" He asked.

"Sure, Its almost done." Zia replied as went back to what she was doing. She didn't hear Jimin say anything after that and stayed there staring at her. His lips parted, letting his tongue run over the lower one. Just then Zia understood,

"You!" She threw the kitchen towel at him as he laughed again.

"What's wrong with you today?"

"Nothing's wrong with me. I just said I'm hungry." He smirked.

"There" Zia pointed at the table, "-is your breakfast. Go and eat."

"That's not sweet!" Jimin said hugging her again from behind.

"Then I don't know what is.." she sighed. He removed her loose hair from her face and neck and tucked it behind her ear.

"You are."

Zia felt him gently nipping on her earlobe. The sensory nerves inside her told her eyes to close. And that's what happened, she subconsciously closed her eyes. Jimin slowly, moved down to her neck, close to her jawline. She bit her lip, trying to prevent any sound. Jimin had his one hand inside her shirt, softly carressing her stomach and the other hand placed on the counter top for support.

"J-Jimin...?" She asked while trying to calm her steady breath and pounding heart.

"Mmm" He responded, not stopping what he was doing.

"Uh you can s-stop. Jihan wi-"

"Mom!!"

Jimin quickly stepped back, rubbing the back of his neck as he looked at their son. Zia heaved a sigh of relief, she didn't know he would really show up.

"What happened?" She asked looking at the four year old.

"I need help!" He said with a pout.

"With what?"

Jihan turned to see his Dad standing there and then turned to his Mom. He leaned in to say something in ber ear,

"How do I write 'Super Dad' and 'I love you' ?"

Zia chuckled and nodded.

"I'll tell you but first we'll have breakfast okay?"

The boy nodded and ran back to his room, to keep away the paper he had.

"What is he doing?" Jimin asked.

"I don't know." Zia shrugged.

"Well...okay? So where were we?" He stepping close to her. Zia placed her hands on his chest, gently pushing him away.

"Noo!" She whisper yelled between giggles. Jimin chuckled and went to dining table.

"Jihan! Champ come and eat!!" He called.

"Dad!!" He came running and climbed straight on Jimin's lap.

"Look I'm wearing shirt like you!" Jihan said excitedly pointing at his shirt. Jimin chuckled and nodded.

"You look handsome." Jimin complimented.

"Like you?"

"More than me."

The boy giggled and kissed his dad's cheek.

...
...

"Done!" Jihan jumped up and down with a wide grin plastered on his face.

"Right" Zia chuckled and ruffled his hair, "now go and show this to Dad!" She said, smiling at the boy.

"Uh-uh" He shook his head, "not now."

"Why not?"

"I'll show it when we come back from the mall!"

"As you wish." Zia said. Jihan hid the card he had prepared for his Dad and went to his office-room as Zia followed behind him.

Without saying anything, the boy pushed the door open and ran inside. Jimin looked at him and smiled, then fixed his eyes back at the computer screen. Jihan stood next to Jimin's chair on his tip toes to see what his Dad was doing.

Zia was on her phone, reading a random article that popped up. She sat on the couch and saw Jihan bugging Jimin. He was giggling and playing with Jimin's hair still standing tip toed so he can reach Jimin's hair. Jimin didn't mind though, he was enjoying it actually.

"Jihan" she called, making both him and Jimin turn around, "Did you clean your room?"

The boy looked at her for a while and then at his Dad, he wanted to play with him.

"no" he shook his head as he mumbled.

"Then go and clean it, and then I'll get you dressed so we can go out, okay?" Zia said. "Till then, Dad can finish his work?"

Jihan pouted and hugged Jimin's arm, "No, I wanna play with Dad." He said.

"Go and clean your room first. Iron Man doesn't like kids who keep their dirty." Zia said scrunching her nose.

"Zi, its okay. He'll do it later." Jimin voiced.

"Yes. I will do later." Jihan said nodding.
Zia gave Jimin an assuring look as he sighed.

"Be a good boy, I'll let you have your ice cream." She said. Jihan's eye widened and smile spread across his lips.

"Really?" He asked, Zia nodded, "I will clean my room!"

"Good." She said. Jihan kissed her cheek and ran out of the room.

"Zia?" Jimin called softly, closing his file.

"Hmm?" She responded, not looking at him. She heard some movement in the room, and the very next second, Jimin sat next to her.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing." She said, "why do you even think something is wrong?"

"Maybe because I know you."

Zia sighed and turned her body to face Jimin. He looked so good, before she knew, she leaned forward and kissed. Jimin, was going to say something but stopped and smiled as soon as he felt her lips on his.

"Nothing's wrong. I just thought Jihan was disturbing you..." She said.

"He can never disturb me. All my time is for him and you. That's not called disturbing."

Zia nodded, "But he always sticks to you, and doesn't understands when to let you be alone."

"Its fine. I like it when he's around."

"Mhmm sure. Its father-son thing, that I won't be able to understand." Zia said.

Jimin laughed and nodded, "Obviously."
