Chapter 16

.

The café was partially crowded, counter was left free as the last man had stepped forward after paying. The smell of roasted coffee beans and lemon from lemon cakes was mixed in the air. Which smell one perceives more, depends on the customer sitting next to their table and their order. If they've got lemon cake that was the speciality of the café, it would smell more lemony. And if the person had ordered a high roast, dark coffee, then of course it would smell more coffee-ish. Either way the frenance was nice.

"Sir, your order."

The waiter placed the tray on the table and left after bowing a proper 90°.

Yoongi gently took the cup, bringing it close to his lips. He looked around. The location was it. He waited patiently while taking small sips of his Americano. So that he gets to stay longer here. Halfway through his relaxing break, he spotted a man- quite suspicious. He had entered the café, looked around and then left without taking anything. Wierd.

Yoongi took the last sip and placed the cup on the table, ready to leave. He paid at the counter and left, saying "keep the change". He didn't even listen to the 'thank you's and 'come again's.

His eyes searched for the specific person on road. Among many people, he managed find him across the road. Yoongi's head snapped at the direction of the signal. Its green. Well Shit!
Noticing an old lady next to him, an idea popped up in his mind. Why not using her?

"Ma'am you wanna cross the street?"

"Yeah."

"Lemme help you. Those bags must be heavy."

"Thank you so much son."

She flashed a genuine 'thank-you' smile at him. So he had to force a smile too. He quickly grabbed the two bags she was holding and another hand supporting her back. She seemed to be in her 70's. By the looks anyone would say there's no way she can grow more old. She's already old and wrinkled. Very old.  Anyways, Yoongi looked across the road, fixing his eyes at the man. He wouldn't wanna lose him at this point.

He increased his pace, behind the man. But also maintaining his posture to not look weird in public. The lady was a great bait. The pedestrian was overflowing with people like you'd see in subways sometimes. Yoongi gradually lowered his speed and finally halted when he reached near the bus stop. The man is barely three metres from him. Yoongi took a note to himself about this guy, everything from his head to his eyes to his shoes. He turned on his heal and walked to the direction he had came from.

"I'll send you the next location"

"Hmm, be ready."

"Taehyung, what are you s-saying?"

"I know I don't stand anywhere to say anything about you or the people around you. But still Zia, I don't know why..."

Zia sighed and took a final look at Taehyung's face. His eyes were staring deep into hers. A frown crept on her face when the boy stepped forward. She didn't step back. Zia, she was. Taehyung always had this addictive gaze that she wasn't able to look anywhere but him.

She felt his hand snaking around her waist, pressing her body against his. His warm breath fell on her lips due to the extreme closeness.

"Tell me if you don't like it when I'm with you" he whispered in a deep, husky voice. Not realizing it, Zia had closed her eyes. Just when she thought Taehyung would kiss her, she felt his face moving to her side.

"Tell me" he whispered, "if you don't feel anything when I touch you"

"Tell me, if all of this is a waste of time for you."

She could feel his lips softly grazing her skin. Her breath hitched when he pulled her closer, his eyes not leaving her even for a second. He wanted to see her reaction, because what she spoke was her mind. But the way she reacted was her heart. He opened his opened his mouth, parting his lips as he started nipping on her earlobe. Then gradually moving along her jawline, leaving kisses all the way to her lips, where he stopped. His didn't close his eyes, they were busy analysing her expression and movement.

Zia opened her eyes. Her blue orbs staring at the tall male in front of her in confusion. And that, was enough for him to know that her heart was winning against her mind. He smiled a little, and leaned in. Their lips met, generating a static energy inside their bodies. It felt just perfect. As if they were made for each other. Taehyung had the control, Zia let him have it. His one hand on the wall next to her, and the other one on her waist, pressing their bodies together. Zia had her arms wrapped around his neck. He liked it- No, he loved it. The way he wanted, Zia to be his.

A point came, where Zia had stopped kissing him. Taehyung knitted his brows, and studied. Maybe her mind was taking over now.

"Kiss back" he spoke that husky voice of his, between getting air. Zia looked down, not really convinced. He used his index finger lift her face up and make her look at him. "Its okay." He said.

She shook her head, "We shouldn't be doing this.." she said, "Its wrong"

"Why?" Taehyung asked "Is it because of that Jeon Jungkook? He kissed you right?"

Even though Taehyung's words and tone weren't harsh, but they felt like bullets to Zia. She stepped back. Her eyes held a whole different story now. Taehyung realized he pushed the wrong button. He quickly embraced her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that." He said.

"No, you're right. He kissed me or Fuck he does whatever he wants with me. You have no speak in that." She said pushing him away.

"Zia, I'm sorry. I know shouldn't have brought that up. But don't you see he's hurting you? He just acted like that cuz I was there."

Zia squinted her eyes at him, glaring, "You have no idea what you're saying. But you better get this inside your head, I will not tolerate you or anyone talking shot about him. You don't know what he has done. He owns me and he has the right to do anything he wants with me."

He owns me.

Yeah right. Jeon Jungkook owns Kim Zia. He has every right on her. Taehyung's eyes dropped to the floor. He knew this already, then why is he so hurt now? Zia turned around and left. He saw her figure disappear as the the door slammed shut.

Jungkook smirked, on the clip he just received. Playing well. Zia knows how to play this game. The only thing she doesn't know was that Jungkook has always been a step ahead.

"You're mine, love."

He kept his phone aside and rested back on the recliner. There needs to be some talking tonight. He stood up after a while, stretching his body. Even this expensive couch isn't comfortable. He walked up to his room, thinking if he should take a shower first or just get to his work.

...

"Jeon!"

His eyebrows raised at the oh-so-angry voice of the girl. He was drying his hair with the towel when the door burst open. He didn't even bother to glance at her, just smirked looking at her reflection in the mirror.

Zia stared at him for while. Jungkook has a well defined body. Anyways. She stomped in pushing him against the wall. The boy pretended to be amused at her act.

"I hate you." She growled, glaring at the half naked male, who she has pinned to the cold wall. Jungkook took a moment get a hold of her, and stepped forward, switching their position.

"Better" he said, now that Zia was pinned between the wall and his body. His toned, hard chest rose and fell as he breathed.

Her glare didn't weaken. She was mad at him. After everything, she still defended him. She hurted Taehyung for him. Taehyung, the man who loves her and was ready to say sorry for something that wasn't even his fault. And she had the audacity to take him for granted. Why? Just for Jungkook. How much does he influence her!?

"You... You ruined it.." Her words came out low, in anger. Jungkook stared at her eyes, his jaw ticked all the playful tactics were over now.

"How? I wasn't even there." He growled, erasing any space between them as he pressed his body on hers. Zia tried pushing him, but it didn't budge him even by a centimeter.

"I asked how?" He repeated. This time speaking in a low tone, near her ear.

"Because you're always there!" Zia shouted at him, "Everything I do, every person I meet, its always because it benefits you. You use me, you hurt me, andnd I still stood up for you. I hate you..." Her voice sounded more like a whisper at the end. But Jungkook had figured what she was saying.

"You're so stupid." He spoke, resting his forehead against Zia's. He leaned down, letting his lips to caress her gently. His hand slid lower at her back, pulling her to himself as his face burried in her neck, kissing instead of speaking.

"I hate you.." she spoke, not even trying to stop him. He's the owner. They both know this.

"I hate you more." He spoke with a final kiss and stepped back. He saw the glistening eyes of her, breaking his heart. But still, "Remember, You are mine." He said, making a tear escape Zia's eyes, "And no one gets to hurt to you, not even your Taehyung."
