As soon as Hades and more than half her friends left for the isle of the lost Mal decided to try something out herself. She couldn't believe Ben went to go find the ember too. Before he left he gave Mal a disappointment look, even asked her if she could at least give them an idea on where it is.

Mal just didn't want to believe this girl who was raised by demons was her little sister and her mom is the one that sent her to hell when she was born. Lightly knocking on the door Mal slowly opened it and saw Belladonna was all alone.

"Hey."

Belladonna gave her a small wave not looking up from the book she was reading.

"Where's your parents?" Mal asked.

Belladonna put the book down just for a minute to sign something before picking it up again.

"Sorry I still don't know sign language." Mal reminded her.

Rolling her eyes Belladonna grabbed her pen and paper and wrote something down before showing it to Mal. 'Probably found a place to have sex.'

"I really didn't need to know that." Mal sighed.

'You asked.' Belladonna wrote.

"Yeah, you're right anyway do you wanna get out of here?"

Belladonna looked up at her with a confused look.

"I mean leave this room." Mal clarified.

'I can't.' Belladonna wrote.

"I brought this." Mal grabs a wheelchair from outside the door.

'My parents will freak.' Belladonna wrote.

"We'll be back before they come back." Mal promised.

Belladonna wanted to say no but she was sick of this bed and it's been a long time since she's been outside.

"Can you use your powers to get in this chair?" Mal asked.

Belladonna shook her head no. 'I only know how to flame up.'

"Right." Mal sighed before she put her arm over her shoulder and helped Belladonna into the wheelchair.

'This sucks' Belladonna signed.

Mal pushed the wheelchair out as Belladonna looked around the castle and kept a look out for her parents. Mal didn't see any similarities between her and Belladonna though she did have to admit she did look a lot like Hades. Same blue flaming hair, eyes, skin color and face features. Mal always wondered what it would have been like to have a sister when she was growing up. Evie was as close as anyone and Mal probably wouldn't have grown up with her sister anyway since Hades would have taken her.

Mal still hasn't fully forgiven Hades for abandoning her and now since this mystery girl arrived they're back to barely talking to each other.

When they got outside Mal just kept on walking until no one was around them anymore. "Can I tell you something?"

Belladonna looked up at her and nodded.

"I would do anything to protect Auradon, I'm it's queen and I must do what's best for it." Mal told her.

Belladonna nodded understanding since her aunt Charlie does the same for Hell.

"But they didn't like me at first and sometimes I think they still don't because of who my mom is and because of what I am."

Belladonna tilted her head to the side confused on what she would be by that until Mal turned into a dragon right in front of her.

To Mal's surprise Belladonna didn't even look surprised at all, like this was completely normal.

Mal turned back. "Aren't you scared?"

Belladonna shook her head no and wrote down. 'We have dragon demons in Hell and when you seen what I've seen nothing really surprises you anymore.'

Mal then got an idea. "Would you like a ride?"
