Tonight is gonna be so much fun. I'm having a party for me being 1 year of good mental health.

"I love you babe." Colson said.

"I love you too." I said kissing him.

He smiled and went into the bathroom to get a shower as I got dressed.

I invited Colby to the party since he's been there with me since day one obviously.

"You look beautiful baby girl." He said. I smiled and looked at myself in the mirror.

There was a knock on the door so we both went downstairs to see who it is.

It was Jessa, Kara, Rebecca, and Brielle. I smiled and hugged them as they came in.

"Girl you look gorgeous." Jessa said.

"So do you." I said smiling.

*later on*

Tonight is going so well. Everyone is getting along well at least trying to.

Colson hates that Colby is here but I honestly don't care. He's my first love so why can't he be here for this milestone.

"Hey can I talk to you for a second?" Kara asked me.

"Yeah what's up?" I asked her.

"Are you happy?"

"Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be?"

She looked at me. "I still see the way you look at Colby."

"You know I'm always gonna look at him like that."

"Cassidy Marié Garcia Colace Lopez. Look at me and say you don't want him still."

I looked at her. "Okay fine! I still want him okay. Are you happy now?"

She smiled. "Yes I am." She said as she kissed my cheek. "I love you."

"Come outside with me now." Colson said as he grabbed my arm.

"Colson that hurts. Let go." I said grabbing my arm.

"Do you still love him?" He asked. He was drunk as fuck. His words were slurred.

"You know I do. I told you that in the beginning of our relationship."

He looked at me and smacked me in my face. I held my cheek and went to go inside.

He grabbed me by my hair and flung me down. He began to kick me in my stomach. I tried to fight back but I felt so helpless.

Next thing you know, I see nothing but black. And I heard Colby's voice as I passed out.
