Leanna

It's been 3 years since Leanna started working here in the corporation. She never imagined being part of them but she got an invitation from the Head Council. They recruited her to be a lady. At first it was hard pero nasanay na siya sa kalakaran nila.

"Leanna it's our last day as a pretend siblings. I'll miss you." James keeps on whining. Kasi naman last day na niya bilang pretend-kapatid nito.

"You're so cheesy J. No wonder no one wants to be with you now hahaha."

"I'll rent a girlfriend."

"Nakoo mahihirapan siya sa ugali mo hahahha." She teased him again.

"Any recommendations my dear sister?"

"Basahin mo nalang yung mga pangalan and if you find someone interesting then pick her that easy." She said then sipped her drink.

He smiled and started scrolling on his phone. Mukhang naghahanap na ata ng magiging client. He's a Huston after all. He's a good pilot and they own businesses worldwide. Naghanap lang siya ng magpapanggap na kapatid niya habang hinahanap niya ito.

"Thanks for the time and support Leanna." He suddenly said.

"Wala yun, ikaw pa. You have been a good brother to me. Thanks din."

They parted ways na and she also have to report on the headquarters. Agad namang may nakaabang na sasakyan para dalhin siya sa isla. The Bella Island is only exclusive for the employees kaya kailangan walang makakaalam kung nasaan iyon. She then went inside the car and the driver instructed her to turn off her phone. She just went on the company's laptop to search on her latest review.

Leanna Montecillo:

@Mr. Huston: She's kind and bubbly. She became my close friend and we are like siblings. It's a big thanks to her I got my sister back.

A few hours later....

Narating  niya na ang headquarters. She thought she have to stay the night in here. Pumasok siya agad sa elevator while wearing her coat and ID. When the elevator door opened, she walked past the other girls in the banquet at dumiretso sa Manager nila na si Margo.

"Hi Leanna! Maganda ang review na naibigay ni Mr. Huston sa 'yo ha." She said while umupo si Leanna sa sofa sa loob ng opisina nito.

"Well salamat naman at naging maayos ang service ko sa kanya. He was a good brother to me and he treats me one. Kahit nga nag breach na yung kontrata namin he was still considering me as his sister."

"But nahanap niyo na yung kapatid niya?"

"Yes with the help of the Corporation's resources nahanap ko din siya. She's actually part of the Corp noon but I never mentioned it to him."

"Could it be Hannah? Yung nainlove sa client niya?"

"Yes it was her. He's willing to do anything to get her back pero he still has to get a lady before nya magawa na makuha si Hannah."

"Hannah's client didn't do anything. Maybe it was a one sided love. Kaya ikaw Leanna always guard your heart. Don't fall easily on your client lalo na if he's renting you as his girlfriend." Advise nito sa kanya at naupo sa tabi nito.

"I know Madame. Being inlove with our client is a big no. Malaking consequence ang nakaabang para sa aming dalawa."

"True ka dyan.", she said then handed a folder, "This is your client for 6 months. I think this is a serious one for you Ms. Lean."

Binuksan naman ito ni Leanna at bumungad sa kanya ang mukha ng isang lalaki. He's handsome and by the looks of his face he's a model.

"His name is Trevor Kane. He's a model and the most famous one. He is actually a businessman too pero mas focused siya sa pagiging model kasi he's still not planning to get a position in his family's company." Ms. Margo explained while she's checking the folder.

Napansin niya din ang reason nito kung bakit siya nirent. "He's renting me para mawala sa landas niya ang isang fan?"

Margo nodded. "Yes actually we also investigated her. She's apparently a crazy woman. Nakakalapit siya kay Trevor because she's a family friend. Her name is Claudia Verano. A crazy lady right?"

She just scanned the files again and familiarised her new client. Mr. Trevor Kane....

Trevor

He just sighed while looking at the folder he have. What came into his desperate mind that he rented a woman just to shoo Claudia away? Well she's too cunning and he needed someone perfect for the job.

"Bro you seem blank on your thoughts?" His friend Lucas asked him.

"I tried the renting corp you mentioned."

"How was it? Alam kong makakatulong yun sa 'yo."

"I rented someone to be my girlfriend." He said then sipped his drink.

"Ohhh, is she pretty?"

"She's pretty. Mapapaniwala niya siguro si Claudia."

May sasabihin pa sana si Lucas nang mag ring ang cellphone nito. "I got to go, my mom's been calling me."

He waved goodbye to his friend and started a call on his secretary. Well she's kind of a bummer din minsan since she's the one who suggested the idea.

After a few rings she answered. "Hello Sir? May nahanap ka na? Hehehe"

He just frowned when he heard her. She never gets old. "I did. Kelan ko siya ipapakilala?"

"I think we should have an interview or press conference about your new participation sa isang clothing brand. Madaming dadalo doon and I'm sure pupunta si Ms. Claudia nun. We just need a perfect timing for your girlfriend to come out."

"Does my manager know about this?"

"She was the one who pulled the strings. So basically, tinulungan ka na din niya sa plano mo."

"Thanks... Just tell me the updates." He said then hanged up.

He just wanted to get rid of the girl who keeps on wanting him. She keeps claiming he's hers. He then looked at the files he have about the rented lady. Her name is Leanna and she's an event organizer.

"She's known in her field and still she's part of the corporation. Interesting...." He uttered.

SUMAKAY na siya sa kotse niya matapos niyang nakuha ang inorder niyang kape. He have to visit someone today. He stopped by a flower shop para bumili.

"Can I have a bouquet of tulips?" He asked the girl.

"Okay po." She then made a bouquet for him. Nang matapos na ito ay agad niya itong binigay sa kanya. "Ayan na po Sir."

"Magkano?"

"250 lang yan Sir. May discount ka kasi binigyan mo ako ng autograph. Maraming salamat po ha sobrang saya ng kapatid ko." Nakangiti nitong sabi sa kanya.

"I'm glad she liked it. Sana gumaling na siya para kasama mo na siya lage at di ka na magtratrabaho and you'll focus on your studies."

"Nako Sir kaya ko naman. Honor student nga ako ehh!"

Ginulo niya ang buhok nito. "Tell me pag naging honor ka ulit, I'll give you a present."

"Talaga po?!"

He nodded and the girl screamed in joy. Madalas na kasi siyang bumibili ng bulaklak sa shop nila kaya naging close niya ito. Saktong fan niya ang kapatid nito na nasa hospital. He bid goodbye to her and sumakay na ulit siya sa sasakyan. He then headed to the cemetery to visit a special person in his life. Nang mahanap na niya ang puntod nito ay agad niyang nilagay ang tulips.

"Hi Faithy.... I miss you." He said sadly.

Leanna

AFTER the orientation with Manager Margo ay nagtungo agad si Leanna sa isang bar sa isla. Good thing they have a nice set of drinks here and also my favorite tequila. Napansin niya din si Ate Naih na kasama niyasa Corp at nilapitan ito.

"Hi Ate!!!" Bati ni Leanna sa kanya nang makalapit ako.

"OMG Lean!!" She said then hugged her tight. "How are you? Matagal na din tayong hindi nagkita ha!"

"I'm fine ate. Just got a new mission with a new client." She replied  then ordered a tequila.

"Ohh same! Medyo di ako maka get over sa last na nag rent sa 'kin kaya humingi ako ng bakasyon kay Manager. And starting today, I'm back on business na." Naih said then sipped her drink.

"And who's the lucky guy?" She asked her. Their client's information is not confidential if mga kasama lang sa Corp.

"James Huston, your fake brother." She frowned. Ohhh no...

"Wait a sec.... May galit ka ba kay Kuya?"

"Nope he just annoyed me when I went to the bookstore. Sabi niya ang lame daw nung mga libro and those books where my favorites and I reviewed them all! Grrrr! How dare he!" Now Lean gets it. Naih is a little bit of a bookworm while her known brother, James, is a playful and a joker who keeps making fun of people.

"Hayaan mo na yun ate. Baka napagtripan ka lang nun. Malay mo you two will get along."

"He rented me as his girlfriend."

"Go for it! You always love taking risks just like a protagonist."

Naih just sighed then drinks her wine. Leanna wonders what will happen to the both of them when they meet. Leanna had a great time with her Ate Naih until they both decided to head out na sa nga kwarto nila. Leanna then went to bed. Babalik na siya sa Manila and she'll meet her gentleman very soon.

Hi I'm back!! Sorry kung di ko pa rin nauupdate yung "My Bestfriend's Crush". Naubusan na talaga ako ng ideas para dun but itutuloy ko pa rin Yun. Sa mga nakabasa na nun, dito muna Kayo magbasa dahil matatagalan pa ang bagong update nun. #collegelife si author ngayon.

Sa mga ngayon lang nakabasa ng mga gawa ko, hi sa inyo! Sana naman magustuhan niyo ang story na nabuo from a Renting Corp. in RPW (Roleplay World sa mga di nakakaalam).
