When the alarm sounded everyone that wasn't already outside scrambled to get out there to figure out what was going on, while some thought it might be a false alarm, while others thought that they were under attack. Bella got outside as very quickly and was well prepared since she was kind of hoping that it was a Decepticon, because why else would the alarm go off, it was obviously a Decepticon. So once everyone was outside and saw the what was going on when they looked up and saw the flying object that looked like the Decepticon Thundercracker. Everyone got out their weapons and waited for Optimus' and Ultra Magnus' signal to fire. But neither of them gave the word to open fire, which made everyone wonder what they were doing, but they also found it odd that the Decepticons was not firing on them, and that there were no signs of any other Decepticons.

        It was also odd that the Decepticon was only flying around in circles around the base, without doing anything at all, which made them all scratch their heads in confusion. Then all of a sudden Optimus told Powerglide to go check it out, but to not get to close, since they did not know why it was just flying around in circles. Powerglide did as he was told and Transformed and flew off towards the object, but also making sure that he didn't get to close to it. Once Powerglide was close enough to the object to see what and who it was he contacted Optimus through comms.

"Optimus I am close enough to see who it is." Powerglide said.

"Who is it?" Optimus asked.

"I don't know." Powerglide answered.

"What do you mean you don't know?" Optimus asked.

"Well it doesn't look like a Decepticon." Powerglide said.

"What do you mean by that?" It was Ultra Magnus that asked.

"It means that it is not a Decepticon, sir." Powerglide responded

"Is it human then? The military did say that they would check up on us every once in a while to see if we're still here." Optimus said.

"It's not the military." Powerglide said.

"What else could it be then?" Ultra Magnus asked.

"Well it looks like there is an Autobot insignia on its wings, sir." Powerglide responded.

"An Autobot?" Bumblebee said. "Are you sure it's an Autobot?" 

"Yes i'am sure. I am looking right at it Bumblebee." Powerglide said.

"Alright. Powerglide see if you can get in contact with the Autobot." Optimus said.

"I'll try." Powerglide said.

"When and if you do contact the Autobot, tell them to land so that we can meet them properly instead of just flying around in circles." Optimus said.

"You got it." Powerglide responded.

        So Powerglide attempted to get a little closer to the Autobot without trying to get to close to cause any type of bad confrontation between them. So once he got close enough he made an attempt to contact the Autobot though his comm link thinking that it had one, but to his surprise, it didn't have a comm link. Powerglide informed Optimus that the Autobot did not have a comm link at all, or it had one, but either had it turned off, it was damaged, or it just did not want to answer, so Optimus told him to talk to it without the comm link, which Powerglide did. So Powerglide got closer, and closer to the Autobot until he was practically in front of it, which made it stop going around in circles and was stopped in front of Powerglide. Everyone was watching all of it unfold from the ground while also waiting for Powerglide to get the Autobot to come down to the ground and land so that they could all meet him or her, instead of watching him or her fly around in circles. Nothing was going on, because Powerglide hadn't said a word to the Autobot yet, they were just flying idle in the air facing each other, until the Autobot spoke up.

"Well. Are you just going to stay there and not say anything, if so, then move out of my way." The Autobot said with a female voice. 

"Wow that was a little harsh." Powerglide said.

"Oh will you look at that, it does speak, and for a moment there I thought I was just talking to a regular old jet." She said.

"You don't have to be so mean." Powerglide said.

"Well if you don't want me to be mean, then you should probably get out of my way." She responded.

"You were just going around in circles." Powerglide said.

"So what. I'm allowed to go in circles, unless that is illegal on this planet." She responded.

"Why are you being so rude right now?" Powerglide asked.

"I am being rude because you are in my way." She said.

"Hey just be glad that I was sent up here to see if you were a Decepticon or not, instead of the other option which was to shoot you down." Powerglide said.

"Hold on. Did you just say that you were going to shoot me down because you thought I was a Decepticon?" She asked.

"Hey how about we continue this on the ground." Powerglide said.

"Why? Whats your hurry?" She asked.

"Well there are other Autobots down there who want to know who you are and probably ask you why you were flying around in circles." Powerglide answered.

"Oh. Alright then. Lead the way." She said.

        So once she said that, Powerglide turned towards where the others where standing and flew towards them with the unknown Autobot following. As Powerglide got closer to the ground,  he started to prepare for landing by getting his landing gear out and told the Autobot behind him to do the same if she had any landing gear. She didn't understand what he was talking about at first until he mentioned the wheels that help when they want to land instead of transforming first, and as he said that she did what he told her to. Everyone moved out of the way when they realized that Powerglide was aiming to go into the base, and they didn't want to be in his way when he touched down. Everyone was a good distance away when Powerglide zipped past them, with the new Autobot following closely behind him, but just enough away so that the Autobot in front of her had enough room to stop. Once they were both inside, everyone decided that it was time to meet the new Autobot in their midst, that was at their front door, and almost everyone was curious about what this new Autobot was like and what heir story was, but most of all, they wanted to welcome her to the team. Once Powerglide and the other Autobot transformed, the new Autobot turned around and saw the other Autobots walking into the base, with Optimus and Ultra Magnus in front to be the next ones to meet the new Autobot. While Bella, on the other hand, was thinking that this new Autobot looked very familiar somehow.

"Wow. If I knew I was going to meet Optimus Prime in person, then I would have probably made a different entrance." She said. 

"I do not understand." Optimus said.

"What I meant was, that it is an honor to finally meet you sir." She said.

"The honor is mine. It's nice to see that there is another Autobot still alive and well." Optimus said.

"Well it does look like you may need all the help you can get, since there are Decepticons on this planet. I bet you guys are always battling Decepticons, that you never know when one will attack, and by that, I mean thinking that I was a Decepticon myself." She said.

"Sorry about that." Optimus said.

"That's okay. I mean at least you didn't shoot me down." She said with a little chuckle.

"I do have questions though." Optimus said.

"Oh. Well I guess that is understandable since I am a new Autobot around here. So ask away, sir." She said.

"What is you name?" Optimus asked.

"My name is Melany, sir." Melany answered.

"Melany?" Bella said.

"Yep." Melany said as she looked in Bella's direction. "Hey, you look familiar. Do I know you from somewhere?"

"Melany, it's me Bella." Bella said as everyone looked at both of them.

"Um, could you possibly give me more than just a name please?" Melany asked. "Because I think my memory circuits got a little messed up, when I crash landed on this planet."

"We were best friends back on Cybertron, we fought against the Decepticons side by side, along with our other friends." Bella said as she took a couple steps closer.

"I remember now. I don't know how I could ever forget about my best friend." Melany said.

"So you two know each other?" Smokescreen asked.

"Of course they know each other." Warpath said. "Didn't you hear anything Bella said?" 

"Apparently not I guess." Smokescreen said.

"But Melany, I thought you were dead." Bella said. "What happened?"

"Dark Energon!" Skids said.

"Don't be silly Skids." Mudflap said as he slapped Skids on the back of his head. "If it was Dark Energon she would be attacking us, which she is not."

"Ow, that hurt" Skids said while rubbing the back of his head.

"Are those two always like that?" Melany asked.

"Yep." Bella replied.

"Wow that must get annoying." Melany said.

"You have no idea." Warpath said.

"Anyway. Melany, how are you alive?" Bella asked.

"I'm not sure, but I don't really think I was actually dead in the first place." Melany said.

"Why do you say that?" Bella asked. "I mean, I saw you get hit in the chest plate, and then you flew back and hit the ground hard. I saw you optics flicker and then go out."

"Well I guess I was only knocked offline from the impact, and it looked like I was dead. I think." Melany said.

"Do you remember which Decepticon it was that hit you?" Smokescreen asked.

"Well I am not completely sure who it was exactly since there was quite a lot of them. But if I had to guess I would say that it was either Dreadwing or Skyquake." Melany said. "But like I said earlier, my memory circuits got screwed up when I got here."

"Well in that case, maybe you should be looked at by Ratchet here to see if he could fix that." Optimus said then looked over at Bella. "With the help of Bella."

"That would be nice." Melany said. "But when did you start helping out with injured Autobots Bella?"

"A while ago." Bella answered.

"Bella, why don't you bring your friend Melany over to med bay." Ratchet said.

"Will do." Bella said.

        So Bella motioned to Melany to follow her to med bay to get checked out, and Melany followed while walking past the others who were very interested to hear any kind of story that Bella had of Melany back on Cybertron. But they knew that they would have to wait a while, since Bella was helping Ratchet check Melany over, to see if she needed any repairs. So everyone went back to what they where doing before all of the commotion, while Ratchet and Bella were trying to figure out what had happened when Melany crashed landed that caused her memory circuits to go haywire. It took a while for Ratchet and Bella to figure out what was going on with Melany's memory circuits, it looked like a couple of the circuits either got damaged or disconnected from the crash. Ratchet told Melany what the problem was and then started to repair the circuits while Bella watched him do it, since she had no idea how to do something like that yet, but she wanted to so that if Ratchet was injured one of these days, then she would know how to do it.

        Once he was done Melany sat up and said thank you, and that she was feeling much better, and that she could remember everything now and was grateful. So once she was fully repaired Optimus came over and asked Bella if she could show Melany to her room, in which Bella said yes, and both of them started walking to Melany's room. While they were walking, Melany started to ask Bella questions about what happened to the others after they thought she was gone. Bella did not want to talk about it, she just said that it is to hard to bring it up, and that she would tell her some other time, but not at this point. Melany understood and didn't ask anymore questions after that, so they just kept walking until they reached Melany's room, and thanked Bella for everything that she has done since she arrived at the base. Bella acknowledged it and told her that they could catch up tomorrow, if they get the chance, since everyone would be asking questions. So Melany closed the door to her new room, and Bella walked to her room, where she started to think about her old friends, and what happened to them, and she knew Melany would be devastated when she learned about what happened.
