-No One's P.O.V-

So right now, You, Fran, and Teacher were heading inside the Dungeon and killed Goblins on the way. However, Teacher suggested that you two should leave some goblins and hobgoblins for the other adventurers to make it fair to progress for them to which you and Fran agreed.

Anyways, the three of you arrived at a zigzag bridge until Fran stabs Teacher on the ground because Teacher wants to use another skill.

Teacher: Skill, Echolocation. Presence Sensor. Vibration Detection. Heat Detection.

From Teacher's perspective view, below you three were two hobgoblin archers.

Teacher: Found them.

(Y/N): Below us?

Teacher: Yup. Let's jump down and introduce ourselves.

Fran picks up Teacher from the ground as the two of you jumped down on the second floor to greet the hobgoblins.

The two hobgoblins ran off after seeing you two. However, it was Fran who scared them off because she has a title called "Goblin Killer" which frightens the goblins who encounter her due to killing 130 of them.

Teacher: Now, lead us to the King and Queen.

Both you and Fran followed the two hobgoblins for about a minute until Fran holds her left hand out, signaling to stop.

(Y/N): What's up?

Fran's ears twitched, indicating she heard something.

Fran: I can hear some clattering noises. It's down that hole.

Teacher: Alright, are we finally going to face them?

Fran: The Dungeon Master?

Teacher: I wonder.

(Y/N): Let's just head in first.

-With Donadrond and the others-

Back with the other adventurers, they were all eliminating the remaining goblins on the way.

Donadrond was killing the other two goblins, and both Lily and Crull were in awe of Donadrond's strength.

All of the other adventurers were cutting off the goblin horns around them until the Dwarf Warrior spoke up.

Dwarf Warrior: But those two kids took out most of them.

Lily: Well, they did leave some for us.

Donadrond: For a goblin stampede, I'm seeing fewer bodies than expected.

Dwarf Warrior: Mr.Donadrond, just who are those two kids?

Donadrond: That little girl, Fran...Her Sword Technique and Sword Art are Level 7. That almost puts her at the same level as an advanced expert when I first fought her in our mocking battle.

Dwarf Warrior: I see. But what about that boy with her?

Donadrond thinks for a few moments before speaking up.

Donadrond: All I know is that he's no ordinary adventurer. His strength is unparalleled to ours.

Dwarf Warrior: So you're saying he's stronger than us?

Donadrond: That is correct. Despite being a G-Rank, he's very strong and I can imagine one day his overwhelming abilities will definitely surpass the other A and S- Rank adventurers, even Amanda.

Dwarf Warrior: ...

Donadrond: When I first fought him, I thought he was just some ordinary adventurer. I was proven wrong during our mocking battle. When I attacked his afterimage, I felt a sudden fear behind me. I turned around and saw that boy's fist, ready to hit me in the face. However, his fist tells something differently...it's like it was ready to kill me in an instant...

The Dwarf Warrior was stunned upon hearing Donadrond's story upon fighting you.

Dwarf Warrior: Then...how did you feel about it?

Donadrond stayed silent for a few moments before speaking up.

Donadrond: It felt like death was coming for me...but it didn't. The boy spared me when I was close to facing death in front of me during our fight....It traumatized me for a bit.

Dwarf Warrior: I...I see...

Donadrond: Whoever that boy is, I'm starting to question where he comes from and obtaining an overwhelming strength that could surpass the gods.

Dwarf Warrior: At least the boy is on our side.

Donadrond: *Nods* Mm. We should get going and catch up with them.

-Back to You-

You, Fran, and Teacher were carefully jumping down onto each large stone spike until all of you see the Goblin King and Queen with their minions waiting for you three.

Teacher: Bingo.

Both the Goblin King and Queen let out a monstrous yell upon seeing you and Fran.

Teacher: What a powerful aura.

Fran: So that's the Goblin King and Queen...

(Y/N): Sheesh, those two are ugly motherfuckers.

Teacher: It's just like what happened back at the Marou Plains with the other Goblin King. When they sense an intruder. They'll immediately gather around the king.

Fran: Should we attack?

Teacher: No. There are too many of them. Wait, hold on a second...!

(Y/N): Hm? What's up?

Teacher: Since we've got too many goblins in front of us. Fran, use the skill that (Y/N) did yesterday.

Fran: What skill?

Teacher: You know! The one that (Y/N) summoned out a meteor to kill them!

Fran suddenly remembers a flashback of you summoning a meteor to kill the goblins back when you two were saving Crull, Eustace, and Lily.

Fran: Oh yeah, let's try it!

(Y/N): Hohoho, give it a go!

You said with an enthusiastic grin on your face as Fran gives you a nod with a smile on her face before turning to goblins.

Fran makes a serious face, folds her arms, and yelled out...

Fran: I...will have order!

Fran then summons a meteor despite the meteor being inside a large dungeon cave.

The meteor came crashing down onto the Goblin King and Queen, along with their minions who were literally grouped up together as they were all crushed by the meteor until an explosion occurred upon impact.

Fran: Whoa...

(Y/N): Nice going, Fran! How did it feel to use that skill?

Fran: I feel superior!

Fran says with a happy expression and her fists raised in the air until you patted her on the head as if to praise her.

(Y/N): You can use that skill anytime if you're encountering a lot of monsters.

Fran: I will! *Makes a sad face* Although, I really wanted to fight the Goblin King and Queen instead...

(Y/N): Oh, sorry...

You said with an expression of guilt until Fran changed her expression into a smile.

Fran: But at least I got to use your skill, Onii-chan.

(Y/N): Sheesh, thanks...

You said with a sweat drop until Teacher starts chuckling before speaking up.

Teacher: Okay, okay, you two. Come on, let's get a move on!

Both you and Fran jumped down to the bottom and headed toward the next entrance.

(Y/N): So, since we killed the Goblin King and Queen, does that mean we completed the quest?

Teacher: Hmm...I'm not sure. If that was the Dungeon Master, there should be a more distinct signal or something...

You, Fran, and Teacher stumbled upon huge red doors in front of you three.

Fran: A door...The dungeon goes even deeper.

Teacher: It would seem so. Maybe the Dungeon Master was neither the king nor queen but someone else instead.

(Y/N): We can assume those goblins were summoned by a monster who is a Summoner.

Teacher: Hm, I guess that's a good point, but we won't know for sure 'til we head deeper.

You then opened the red doors as the three of you headed through.

Fran: Dungeon Master! I'll slay them all! Dungeon Master~ Dungeon Master~ Dungeon Master~

Fran says in a sing-song tone which made you let out a giggle.

Teacher: Well, at least she regained her spirit.

(Y/N): Hahaha, kids like Fran can be like that sometimes.

That's when the door behind you three closed itself.

(Y/N): Shit.

Teacher: I have a bad feeling about this. Don't let your guard down, you two.

Fran: *Nods* Mm.

(Y/N): Roger that. Wait, do you all hear that?

The three of you heard some buzzing noises around you which sounds like a bug. However, the buzzing noises do not come from one, but many around you, Fran, and Teacher.

That's when all of you see some glowing lights in front of you three until the light shines around the area, revealing flying bugs in the air.

Fran: A whole bunch of bugs!

(Y/N): Goddamn, we're gonna need a bug spray to get rid of these guys. Plus, they sorta reminded me of when my father fought a small mosquito that he couldn't beat.

Teacher: Let's not tell stories at this time! In front of you two!

Teacher warns you and Fran about the upcoming bugs. Two bugs were coming at you two, but you swatted them away using the back of your left hand and it caused blood to splatter on the wall.

Teacher: That's a lot of them! Appraisal!

Teacher then scans the bugs...

Teacher: Army Beetles. They're level 2. Their level poses little concern though. Oh? Medic and Shooter. They're some of them with a class here and there.

Fran: That means they carry lots of crystals!

Teacher: We'll get a great deal of that from them.

Fran: We'll defeat all of them!

Teacher: Alright then, let's get them, you two!

That's when Teacher's body blade starts to go blow. All of the Army Beetles were getting close, but they were stopped by a blue aura surrounding them.

Teacher: Given their size, I can seal their movements with Telekinesis. (Y/N), take the back! Fran, take the front!

(Y/N) & Fran: Got it!

Both you and Fran start to slay all of the Army Beetles together. You performed a Consecutive Normal Grabs to snatch all of the crystals inside the Army Beetles while Fran slashes them and hit the crystals for Teacher to absorb.

-30 Minutes Later-

Fran: Ha....Ha....We killed a lot...

Teacher: But it feels like we barely made a dent in their numbers...

(Y/N): I have a feeling someone or something must've summoned them!

Teacher: Hang on. What's that?

That's when Teacher notices something and sees a bunch of mini purple portals coming out in thin air.

Teacher: They're summoning reinforcements.

Teacher then finds a red Army Beetle with a red glowing aura around it.

Teacher: I see. So that's the culprit.

(Y/N): We spent 30 minutes fighting and now we find the bug that's responsible for summoning these insects!

Teacher: Y-Yeah *Uses Appraisal skill* Let's see here...Army Beetles Leader. Oh? It has a level-five Kin Summon...How about it, Fran? Are you satisfied?

Fran: *Nods* Mm.

Teacher: Okay! So much for a bonus stage!

Fran raises Teacher and she summoned out three bronze portals.

Teacher: Tri-Explosion!

Teacher fires out explosions around the area, killing all of the Army Beetles until the Army Beetles Leader popped out from the smoke. Fran notices it as she jumps in the air and slices it in half, including the crystal inside the Army Beetles Leader.

Fran: Did we gain a lot from that?

Teacher: We got a bunch of crystal exp, and you've leveled up a lot, too.

Fran: Wow!

System Female Voice: Fran has leveled to Level 17.

Teacher: That's great! We also acquired new skills.

System Female Voice: Kin Summon acquired. Wind Magic increased to Level 7.

(Y/N): Hey, look. There's another door.

You said, looking at the blue doors at the end of the room.

Teacher: There's more to this place?

Suddenly, both you and Fran felt a strong magic source behind the blue doors.

Teacher: Did you both feel that?

Fran: Yeah. A strong presence of mana!

(Y/N): Ooh boy, looks like we'll be fighting a boss behind that door.

Teacher: It feels more powerful than the boss of the Marou Plains, the C-rank monster, Glutton Slime King.

(Y/N): Alright, before we head in. Teach, can you give Fran some buffs in preparation?

Teacher: Heh, you read my mind! First, All Resistance.

System Female Voice: Fran's resistance against abnormal status has been temporarily increased.

Fran: Ooh!

Teacher: Next, Sensory Boost, this skill sharpens your senses and enhances your reflexes. Physical Boost to enhance your physical strength.

Fran: My body feels lighter!

(Y/N): Hoho, now that's good.

Teacher: Next, Regeneration.

System Female Voice: Fran's wounds will automatically recover over a certain period.

Fran: Teacher, do you have enough mana?

Teacher: Yeah. I absorbed a ton from the Army Beetles, so I'm brimming with mana right now. Fran, if we make it back in one piece, I'll make you my best dish!

Fran: Your best dish?

Teacher: Yes.

(Y/N): (I'm sure Teacher might be talking about the 21st-century food that Fran never got to experience)

Teacher: It's called "curry".

This highly raised Fran's interest.

Fran: C...Curry! What's that? I've never heard of it. But it sounds like a fancy dish. I want to eat it so badly!

Fran says with a drool leaving on her lips with her tail wagging in excitement which made you chuckle.

(Y/N): (Yup, as expected....)

Teacher: Well then, you must survive.

Fran: *Nods* Mm!

Teacher: Oh, right. (Y/N), would you like to try my curry, too?

You formed a smirk on your face before speaking up.

(Y/N): Hehe, sure. I won't mind, I wanna taste your cooking of curry.

Teacher: Very well!

(Y/N): So...are we prepared, Fran?

Fran: I am prepared, Onii-chan!

(Y/N): Then...let's head on forth!

Both you and Fran had determined faces before entering through the blue doors.

Upon reaching inside, You, Fran, and Teacher heard an unfamiliar voice.

???: Welcome to the deepest part of the dungeon. 

The three of you looked up to see a creature that was floating in the air with horns on its head and wings on its back. you can tell that it's a Devil monster.

???: Heh.

The Devil spoke with a large grin on its face.

(Y/N): (Alright, this is going to be Fran's first boss fight!)
