So right now, You, Bart, and Victor were all alone with the Trickster Spider in the area.

Bart: Where are we? We don't have our weapons!

Victor: Krad! Gennel! Where is everyone?

(Y/N): Calm down, you rip-off Bane and Guile!

Trickster Spider: Gyahahaha!!

Victor: It's huge!

Bart: This...This is bad!

That's when Trickster Spider was pulling an invisible string in thin air and the noises can be heard around the area.

Suddenly, poison needles fired out from one of the collapsed debris as it aimed toward Victor's left arm.

Bart: Victor!

Victor: A trap!

The Trickster Spider pulls an invisibility string in the air and it caused a huge explosion around you three. Bart and Victor were sent flying by the explosion while you were covering your arms and tanking the explosion.

(Y/N): This woman...I have a feeling that she's responsible for this dungeon's traps!

-With Fran and the others-

Cruise: A kind of monster capable of altering traps...

Rig: A Trickster Spider?

Amanda: I'm afraid it is likely so.

Cruise: Impossible. Did it just happen to evolve?

Furion: Or perhaps someone deliberately made this happen...

Cruise: What do you mean?

Furion: No, it's nothing.

Everyone except Teacher: Yes/Understood!

Amanda: Come on, Fran. Let's go.

Fran: On it.

Everyone then starts looking for you and Krad's party members around the area.

Amanda: Wind Magic. Noise Collect.

Amanda moves her hands close to her ears until we see two light-blue pentagrams appear in her palms.

Fran: (Noise Collect?)

From Amanda's perspective view, everything around her turns blue as she tries to detect noises around the area to search where you and Krad's two members are.

Fran: Amanda, find anything?

Amanda: No. The spiders are everywhere. It's indeed hard to locate them while inside the dungeon...I can't pick up any sounds that belong to (Y/N) at all.

Fran: Darn...!

Teacher: (Magic that can pick up sounds through airflow, huh? I've used all my detection skills, but I can't find anything either!)

Amanda: Don't worry, Fran. We can find them.

Fran: *Nods* Yeah.

Amana: Come on, let's continue searching.

-With (Y/N)-

Back to you, the Trickster Spider was pulling invisible strings in thin air as she sets up more poisonous needles at you, but you dodged them easily.

That's when you unknowingly stepped on a hidden pressure and you can see the stone spear coming towards you, but then again, you dodged it effortlessly.

(Y/N): Jeez, is that all you got?

Trickster Spider: Gyahahaha!!

The Trickster Spider kept pulling the invisible strings in thin air to set off more traps for you.

-With Fran-

Right now, Fran was still with Amanda and Teacher on the sixth floor and eliminated all of the Trick Spiders around the area.

Amanda then used Noise Collection to locate you and Krad's party members while Fran and Teacher were trying to be helpful.

Fran: (Teacher, did you find any skill we could use?)

Teacher: Hold on, hold on, I'm looking into it! Think! Think!

Teacher thinks harder until he has an idea in mind.

Teacher: That's it! If I use Parallel Thought...

Teacher then opens his skills list as he and Fran look for every skill to locate you and Krad's party members.

Teacher: Fran, what about this?

Fran: (What is it?)

Teacher: This skill here. Kin Summon. It's the skill from the Army Beetle Leader...

Fran: (How does the Kin Summon help, Teacher?)

Teacher: It's the only thing we can do, we've got no other choice.

Amanda: Ahh!! Why am I so useless?!?!

Teacher: We have to summon one!

-Back to You-

You kept dodging every trap by Trickster Spider, but the more you dodge her attacks, she gets a little more annoyed that she couldn't get to land a hit on you aside from Bart and Victor who were almost done for.

(Y/N): Alright, I think I've had my fun.

You then land in front of her and grabbed a pebble from the ground.

Trickster Spider: Gyahahaha!

The Trickster Spider goes to pull one of her invisible strings to set off another trap, but you quickly threw the pebble onto her stomach, creating a donut hole.

The Trickster Spider was shocked upon seeing the hole in her stomach until she lets out a monstrous roar of pain and her body then starts to disappear into the darkness.

(Y/N): Did that finish her off? If she's still alive with that hole in her stomach, I'll let Fran and the others finish the job...or probably me.

-Back to Fran-

Teacher: (What kind of familiar can we summon? Announcer?)

System Female Voice: Available summon, wolf beast.

Fran: (Eh? A wolf beast?)

System Female Voice: Grey Wolf, Ruby Wolf, Thunder Wolf, Emerald Wolf...

Teacher: (That's too many! That's enough! Which Wolf can help us find (Y/N)?

System Female Voice: A wolf with the Life Detection skill, the Onyx Wolf.

Fran: (An Onyx Wolf that has Life Detection skill? We'll take it!)

Teacher: (Okay, Fran. I'll channel my mana into that wolf so it can find (Y/N) at once! Once Amanda sees it, tell her that you were the one who summoned it, got it?)

Fran: *Nods* Mm!

Amanda felt a mana source behind her and she sees Fran "summoning" the purple pentagram on the ground.

Amanda: Fran? Are you doing Summoning Magic?

Fran: Yeah. I have to summon a familiar that helps me find Onii-chan!

Teacher: (Come. Heed our call! Use your powers to find (Y/N)!)

Teacher & Fran: Summon! Onyx Wolf!

A purple portal appears for a moment until we see the Onyx Wolf appearing out of the portal.

Amanda: This is...an Onyx Wolf!

Fran: Yes, we summoned it!

Teacher: Okay, Fran. Command it to find (Y/N)!

Fran: *Nods* Mm! Wolf, go find Onii-chan for us!

Fran tells the Onyx Wolf in a commanding tone until they noticed something was wrong with the Onyx Wolf as it starts jumping back.

Fran: T-Teacher, what's going on?

Teacher: I have no idea!

Suddenly, the Onyx Wolf uses Dark Magic and summoned out mini dark portals.

Amanda: Darkness Magic...This is bad.

The Onyx Wolf roars as it fires Dark Magic bullets at Fran and Teacher, but Fran quickly grabs Teacher and dodges the bullets out of the way.

Teacher: Hey Announcer gal! Tell us what's wrong with the Onyx Wolf!

System Female Voice: The Onyx Wolf is most likely in berserk mode due to excessive mana.

Teacher: Huh? What does that mean?

System Female Voice: It is the result of channeling more mana than recommended during the summoning, exceeding what the crystal located in its heart is capable of withstanding, causing the mana inside the Onyx Wolf to run amok.

Teacher: Then that means...

System Female Voice: It believes its "Master" is the cause of its suffering.

Fran: Seriously?

Teacher: I'm so sorry...

Amanda: Fran, you summoned the wolf, yes?

Fran: Yeah, I did. How can I tame it?

Teacher names the wolf, Urushi, but that didn't anything as the wolf kept charging toward Fran.

Fran: (Teacher...!)

Teacher: Listen to me, Urushi!

As Urushi was about to bite Fran, Teacher smacks it away with his mana glowing from his body blade as the Crystal inside Urushi emits a blue aura around it.

Fran: Did we do it?!

System Female Voice: Status report. Mana optimization through naming...was successful. Currently using surplus mana to evolve its crystal. Complete. All stats have been increased. Requirements met. Urushi is evolving.

Teacher: For real?

The blue aura around Urushi fades away as the wolf starts to grow and is now fully tamed.

Amanda: This is...

Fran: Wow!!

Teacher: It's huge! Let's see...Darkness Wolf. It has a variety of skills, and its mana stats are similar to mine. All I did was give it a name, Fran lost her name when she was enslaved too. It seems like names possess special and magical meanings in this world. Hey Fran, try talking to it.

Fran: *Nods* Mm. Urushi, can you understand me?

Urushi barked in response, indicating it was "Yes".

Amanda: Hey Fran, I noticed something wrong during your summon...

Both Fran and Teacher's eyes widened upon hearing Amanda's question because she didn't hear Fran giving the Onyx Wolf a name.

Fran: W-Well uh...

Amanda: Fran, please be honest with me~

Amanda says with an "innocent" smile on her face.

Teacher: Crap! I was the one who summoned Urushi instead of Fran since I'm its Master! We're caught!

Fran: I-I'll explain later after we find my Onii-chan!

Fran says in a panic with her arms in front of her in defense.

Amanda: Very well. Let's go find your Onii-chan, Fran.

Fran quickly nodded in response until the young black cat girl turned to Urushi and asked...

Fran: Urushi, please find the scent of my Onii-chan! His name is (Y/N)!

Urushi nodded in response and it starts to sniff the area until it caught your scent.

Urushi: Woof!

Fran: Did you find him?

Urushi barked in response, indicating a "Yes" answer.

Teacher: Alright, hop onto Urushi's back, Fran!

Fran nodded in response as Urushi lies down, letting Fran climb on top of its back.

Fran: Let's go find Onii-chan, Urushi!

Urushi barked as it starts to run and locate your scent until they see a pile of debris collapse on the way.

Teacher: Wait! Are you going to charge into that?!

Urushi then dives down onto the floor with a skill called Shadow Walk and makes it over to the other side of the debris.

Fran: This skill...!

Teacher: Isn't this the skill the one that the Greater Demon used?

Amanda: Fran! Wait for me!

-Back to You-

After the Trickster Spider ran away, you were checking up on Victor and Bart who were poisoned by the needles that the Trickster Spider controlled the traps.

(Y/N): How are you two feeling?

Victor: Ugh...

Bart: Not...good...we need...antidote...

(Y/N): Sorry, I don't have one on me.

Victor: Please...get us out of here...

(Y/N): Don't worry, I will.

You said with a reassuring smile as you stood up and looked around the area.

(Y/N): There has to be a way out of here. I could honestly punch my way out, but it would cause the dungeon to collapse. Hmm...

You then looked at the walls around you and had an idea in your head.

(Y/N): Maybe there could be a secret passageway that leads to the exit within these walls...

You said to yourself as you start to look at which wall you will punch through to check if there was a secret passage.

(Y/N): Eenie...Meenie...Miney...Mo.

You pointed your finger at a random wall as you start to approach the wall and punch through it.

And to your surprise, the wall that you randomly punched revealed the secret passageway.

(Y/N): Oh! This should be it! Okay, I gotta get Victor and Bart out of here.

-With Fran-

Back with Fran, she was still riding on Urushi's back with Amanda following them from behind it.

Fran: Urushi, are we there yet?

Urushi only barked in reply.

Amanda: There are traps in the air and under the floor up ahead!

Urushi then used the Darkness Magic: Trap Vision to see through all of the traps that are heading in the way.

Teacher: Whoa, using Darkness Magic and Midair Jump to dodge the traps? You're brilliant, Urushi!

Urushi takes a left turn with Amanda still following behind until they see a dead end.

Amanda: Are you certain they're here?

Fran: Urushi has the Life Detection skill. I'm positive Onii-chan and Krad's party members are here behind that wall.

Amanda: Stand back, doggy.

Amanda then steps up and was about to use Wind Magic to break the wall, but the wall was suddenly destroyed open and it startled everyone.

Teacher: What? Who can that be?

Teacher asked as everyone got in their fighting stances until they hear a familiar voice.

???: Sheesh, that's one way to get rid of the spiders and cobwebs though.

The dust then settles away, revealing to be (Y/N) who was carrying the poisoned Victor and Bart under his arms as he exits the wall and sees Fran, Amanda, and Urushi.

(Y/N): Oh! Fran, and Amanda! I found you guys!

You said with a happy face.

Fran: Onii-chan!

Fran quickly got off Urushi and runs up to you with a happy and relieved face. You then carefully put down Victor and Bart on the ground as Fran gives you a warm loving hug.

Fran: I'm glad to see you again!

(Y/N): Hey, I'm strong, kid. No need to worry about me.

Fran: I know, I know...

The two of you stood there for about five seconds before

Amanda: Hello again, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Miss Amanda. Good to see you again.

You greeted back with a smile until you turned back to Urushi.

(Y/N): And who is this big feller?

Fran: Ah, this is Urushi. Teacher summoned him.

Teacher: Yup! Urushi here is kind of like your little brother. It did its best to look for you.

(Y/N): Is that so? Well, I'm happy that we got ourselves a good dog.

You then approached Urushi and started hugging him with his big snout.

(Y/N): Nice to meet you, Urushi.

Urushi then greets you by snuggling you.

Amanda: Reunion aside. Fran, kindly explain what happened back there during your summon.

Amanda asked with a serious face towards Fran.

Teacher: Well, I knew this was coming...

(Y/N): (Eh? What the hell happened?)

Fran: (Long story short, Teacher summoned Urushi by his own Mana and I played the act of summoning him. However, Amanda didn't hear me giving Urushi his name because Teacher was its Master who summoned him and gave him a name.)

(Y/N): (Oh, I guess that explains everything...)

Teacher: Yeah, I'm really sorry...Our pretending act got slipped up halfway.

Amanda: Fran, answer me.

Teacher: Go ahead. Tell them the truth.

You and Fran looked at each other and nodded.

(Y/N): Amanda?

Amanda: Yes?

Fran: You see...

(Y/N): And yeah, that's about it.

Amanda's expression was stone-cold after hearing the explanation. You, Fran, and Teacher were tensely waiting for Amanda to respond until...

Amanda: Kyaaa~~!! An intelligence weapon, you say?! It actually exists! I can't believe I actually met one with my own very eyes!

Amanda says in a gleeful tone in her voice as the three of you were sweatdropping by Amanda's behavior.

Amanda: A magical sword that can absorb crystals from monsters and gain its skills and share them with Fran and (Y/N)!

Teacher: Yeah...

Amanda: This is amazing! I can't even describe how I'm feeling...

Fran: Yes. *Lifts Teacher* Teacher is a super-duper sword!

Amanda: Mm! A super-duper sword!

(Y/N): A magical intellectual being!

Fran: I knew Amanda would accept your existence.

Amanda: Ehe. You are Fran and (Y/N)'s companion, yes, Mr. Teacher?

Amanda then hugs both you and Fran.

Amanda: Back inside that hole, did you encounter the Trickster Spider?

(Y/N): Yeah, I did.

Amanda: Did you kill it?

(Y/N): To your question, I actually threw a pebble into her stomach, leaving a small hole in her stomach. Injuring the woman controlling the Trickster Spider.

Amanda: Wait, you injured it?! Why didn't you kill it!?

(Y/N): It was my decision. Sure, you can tell me it was stupid of me to not kill the Trickster Spider. I only injured the Trickster Spider's body so everyone could just beat it without my help.

Amanda was a bit baffled by your explanation and lets out a sigh.

Amanda: Oh my...

(Y/N): Sorry.

Amanda: It's fine.

Teacher: Now then, we have to head back to Cruise and the others.

Amanda: We agreed to split up to search and regroup at the plaza on the sixth floor.

Fran: Hey Onii-chan, those two are poisoned.

Fran pointed at Victor and Bart who were literally almost at the point of being dead by being poisoned.

(Y/N): Oops, I forgot.

Teacher: They're dying!

Fran and Teacher: Antidote. Greater Heal.

Eventually, both Fran and Teacher fully healed Victor and Bart with their healing spells.

After that, both Bart and Victor sat up with their bodies returned back to their normal condition.

Bart: My dead pet was waving at me...

(Y/N): Hey, you two okay?

Victor: Ugh...We're good.

Bart: Thank you very much for healing us, man.

(Y/N): Don't thank me, thank Fran.

Fran: *Waves her hand* Hi there.

Amanda: That was a close call. Do you two remember what happened?

Victor: Well, I remember the boy fighting and protecting us...

Bart: Then we fainted because of the poison...

Amanda: Good to hear.

Teacher: What's the matter?

Amanda: If they had overheard your secrets, I was going to use force to ensure they lost their memories.

(Y/N): Whoa, Amanda! Both Bart and Victor were having a near-death experience by being poisoned so they couldn't hear what we were talking about.

Bart: Eh? What were you guys talking about? Any idea, Victor?

Victor: No, not really. Couldn't even hear anything.

Amanda: I see. But still, *raises her fist* just need to make sure.

(Y/N): Please, don't!

Later on, you carried Bart and Victor all the way back to the plaza on the sixth floor with Fran, Urushi, and Amanda leading the way.

Fran: There's no one here.

Amanda: They're taking too long.

Teacher: Maybe something happened?

(Y/N): Should we go and find them?

Teacher: Well...Urushi can probably find them.

-Somewhere-

Somewhere in the area of the dungeon, we see the Trickster Spider slowly recovering the hole in her stomach because you threw a pebble into her stomach and then let out a monstrous roar in anger.

-Back to (Y/N) and the others-

(Y/N): Huh? I sense a strong mana source in the area!

You tell them as they all turned to where the source was.

Everyone looked up to see a glowing light from above.

Fran: Over there! The light!

Teacher: This magic power means...

Behind that light, revealed to be a white owl.

Fran: A monster?

Teacher: A new character?

(Y/N): Is that an owl?
