I must admit, I've been wanting to write this story for a long time. It all started when TylerWhittakerClarke let me roleplay with her on her Young Justice roleplaying book. I roleplayed as Kevin while Tyler roleplayed as Barbara. It was a lot of fun. During the roleplay, Tyler suggested doing that infamous moment where Joker paralyzes Babs. So I decided to use that idea here. Special thanks to Tyler for originating the idea and for letting me use her character Tyler "Mystery" Jones. Also special thanks to jackie_blossom0304 for letting me use her character Allan. This is the first time I've used one of her characters. Also special thanks to Alex Johnson for her critiques and suggestions that really helped shape this story. This story contains elements from Young Justice, Batman Mask of the Phantasm, The Killing Joke, that one episode from Batman the Animated Series known as "Moon of The Wolf," and that one Batman Beyond episode known as "Splicers."  Hope you enjoy it!
