Backstory: Originally Lucas' older brother, Justin Robotnik was the kindest being to ever live in this multiverse, in a way that no version of him was evil, not because he was too smart like Azmuth but because being kind is his most basic trait, the personification of a good boy. Justin once suffered an accident that took his life by saving someone from being ran over, so Lucas saved Justin by transfering his mind and soul to a new robotic body, which by Justin's own request, was a black and yellow version of the Metal Sonic their ancestor Eggman had built.

The End: From the data of Lucas' childhood friend Medaka Kurokame, Lucas was able to replicate her Abnomality into Justin's new body, giving him the power to learn (and improve to 120% its original power) any power, ability and etc that he sees being used.
