Next Day in Siddiqui's Mention Bela Nazim Fairiya they all get ready and fairiya Nazim come down for breakfast but bela is not well she is looking weak her face is dull from night she came down and sat with her bhai bhabhi

Fairiya give her fruits and fresh juice Nazim said while chewing butter bread

Fairiya:Bela Agar koi baat hai toh tum hum dono se share kar sakti ho hum tumhare sath hai

Bela:Nhi bhabhi jaan aisi koi baat nhi hai

Nazim:Nhi bela baccha Koi toh baat hai tum humse chupa rahi ho hame batao Mahir ki wajha se pareshan ho

Fairiya:Bela baccha agar aisi koi baat hai toh bhool jao Mahir ko tum samjho woh ek kharab sapna tha bura sapna tha  jo tumne dekha tha aur ab apni zindagi main aage badho

Bela:Aap jaisa soch rahe hai waisa kuch nhi hai main bas woh kal raat se kuch azeeb sa lag raha hai mera kuch khane ka kisi se baat karne ka Mann nhi kar raha hai bada hi azeeb lag raha hai

Nazim:Iska mtlb tumhari tabiyat thik nhi hai Bela baccha tumhe apne kamre main aaram karna chahiye tha hum upar hi apka nashta bhejwa dete neeche aane ki zarurat nhi thi

Fairiya:Hann Bela Tum aaj bhut kamjor bhi lag rhi ho mu bhi utra utra lag raha hai tumhari tabiyat thik nhi hai

Bela:Are nhi nhi bhai bhabhi aap log pareshan mat hoiye main thik hun

Fairiya: Han dikh raha hai tum kitni thik ho

Fairiya to Nazim:Nazim ji Aaj hum bela ko Doctor ke pass le jana chate the na ?? Hum late na ho jaye

Nazim:Ji Begam par abhi Bela ki tabiyat  thik nhi hai aaram ki zarurat hai

Fairiya: Nazim ji hum bela ko Doctor ke pass hi le kar jaa rahe hai doctor se appointment le rakha hai na humne

Nazim:Hn pr woh toh haddi ka doctor hai na

Fairiya:Nazim ji apne shehar ka best hospital aur doctor ko choose Kiya hai appointment liya hai  toh hospital main aur bhi doctors honge jo bela ko dekh sakte hai bela ki tabiyat kharab hai kya hua hai woh bata sakte hai

Nazim:Hn yeh baat aap thik keh rhi hai hame Jana chaiye bela ko le kar

Bela:Mera kahin jaane ka Mann nhi hai hame kahin nhi jana hum kisi aur din chale jayenge

Nazim:Nhi bela tumhara jana bhut zaruri hai chalo tum jaldi se taiyar ho jao hum dono bhi taiyar ho kar aate hai aur tum pareshan mat hona sab thik ho jayega allah sab theek karenge behtar karenge

Bela:Ji thik hai

Fairiya:Bela kya main madad Karu tumhare sath aaun

Bela:Nhi bhabhi jaan aap jaiye aap bhi taiyar ho jaye agar zarurat hogi toh main kisi mulazim ko bula lungi

Fairiya:Thik hai bela  jaisa tumhe accha Lage

Saying this Nazim Fairiya leave bela also leave from thee and enter in her room now come here in Shah mention Mahir and all his family members come down for breakfast he came and sit on chair beside Rumaisha all did breakfast silently then Mahir Said

Mahir: Abbu Ammi mujhe aapko ikhtila ( inform) karna hai ki main ne Hina se nikah karne ka faisla kar liya hai hum dono ek dusre ko pasand karte hai

Samaira:Par Mahir humne abhi tak bela se rishta joda hua hai hamari taraf se humne bela ko kabhi nhi choda

Mahir:Mujhe usse fark nhi padta main office ke liye late ho rha hu abbu ammi Aaj shaam ko Hina aa rahi hai ammi rumi apko uski acche se khatir dari karni hai thik hai aur main bhi office se jaldi aa jaunga

Mahir:Thik hai Allah hafiz to all

Saying this he left here in Siddiqui's Mention Bela get ready she looking herself in mirror then she put her hand on her mouth and left to her bathroom and start vomiting after sometime she came out from bathroom

Bela:Yeh aaj hame kya ho gya hai lagta hai aaj hamari tabiyat thik nahi hai 

Saying this she came down and she sat in the car with her bhai bhabhi and left for Karachi after some hours they reached Karachi city and Nazim Fairiya bela entered the hospital with bodyguards with them Nazim assistant Rafi asked to receptionist about doctor and for bela Siddiqui appointment she said please wait for sometime in guest room of doctor then they all went to doctor guest room nd sat down on sofa water some juice offered to them then orthopaedic doctor come in guest room  Nazim get up

Doctor:  Assalamualaikum Siddique sir have a seat

Nazim:Walikumassalam Dr. Farhad Ahmed

Farhad:Apko aane main koi pareshani toh nhi hui ??

Nazim:Nhi nhi Dr. Farhad  apse mil kar accha laga

Farhad: Ji mujhe bhi ap mujhe bataye aap ne kiske liye appointment liya hai kiska ilaj Karna hai

Nazim:Hn yeh hai hamari Begam Fairiya siddique aur yeh hai hamari choti bahen bela siddique Inka ilaj karana hai

Farhad: Bela ji ka illaj ho sakta hai, it’s just difficult but impossible bhi nahi hai….toh Bela ji you have high chances to walk again

Nazim Fairiya eyes sparkled with happiness and one hope Bela smiled happily her vision blurred her balance lost and was about to fall but Farhad caught her she got unconscious

Fairiya: yah Allah…Bela

She rushed to her side

Farhad: nurse! Nurse. Jaldi ek lady doctor ko bulao

She rushed to find Mahi , she was a gynecologist…both rushed to Farhad ‘s cabin to find bela unconscious She glanced at Farhad who was tensed looking at Bela

Farhad: Dr. Mahi is she fine ?

Mahi: Let me check first Dr. Farhad

Nurse took bela with them Mahi also followed

Mahi: Aap sab bahar jayiye mujhe patient ko check karna hai

Saying this she left After few minutes checking bela all are waiting for Mahi all are tensed

Fairiya:Ya......Allah yeh kya ho raha hai hamari bela ke sath...........uski tabiyat subha se hi thik nhi lag rahi thi mujhe bhut hi zyada pareshan lag rahi thi

Nazim:Han pata nhi kya hua hamari bela ko kiski buri nazar lagi hui hai

Farhad: Siddiqui sahab aap pareshan mat hoiye sab thik hai bela ji ko kuch nhi hoga

Then mahi come out from room Farhad asked to her

Farhad:Dr. Mahi kya hua bela ko is she fine ?

Mahi: ji Dr. Farhad it’s really normal in pregnancy

Nazim: Kya humari Bela maa Bane wali hai ……Allah ka lak lak sukriya

Fairiya Nazim eyes sparkled with happiness Farhad was obviously disheartened hearing that she’s pregnant and ofcourse was also happy for her to he also smile

Mahi: congratulations Bela ji ab 4 weeks pregnant hai toh is wakt aapko uski bohot care karni hai and most importantly she’s weak toh she needs to be healthy for the baby main unki diet aur vitamins prescribed karti hun and importantly usse Khush rakhne ka Allah Hafiz

Mahi glanced at Farhad for the last time who is looking very tensed for bela and taking care of her she gave the medicine to Nazim and went from there to her cabin

Farhad with heavy heart: congratulations sir mam

They both smiled and went in where bela is unconscious Nazim ruffle his hand on her hair bela open her eyes slowly and find her bhai bhabhi and Dr. Farhad

Bela: bhai jaan kya hua mujhe main yahan kaise ??

Nazim: Khush khabri diya hai tumne meri rajkumari

Bela: matlab hum samjhe nhi

Fairiya: Tum maa banne waali ho Bela hum bhut khush hai tumhare liye

Her breath hitched , part of Mahir is growing inside her, she can’t forget or forgive mahir what he did to her… Tears flowed wetting her cheeks

Nazim: Bela meri jaan tum roh mat hum sab thik kar denge tum bas khush raho

Fairiya:Han bela ab tum apne baare main socho apne hone wale aulad ke baare mai socho aur khush raho koi zarurat nhi hai mayus hone ki

Bela:Ji bhabhi jaan aap sahi keh rahi hai

Fairiya:Par Mahir ko toh batana hoga na uska haq hai janne ka uski biwi maa banne wali hai

Nazim:Nhi koi zarurat nhi hai batane ki usne hamari bela ka sath nhi diya toh usse yeh haq nhi banta janne ka ki uski aulad hamari bela ke anadar pal rahi hai

Bela:Bhai jaan

Fairiya:Ek baar aap yeh bela se bhi pooch lijiye kya woh aisa karna chahti hai ? Mahir ko inform nhi karna chahti ?

Nazim:Bela meri jaan soch samjh kar tum batao hame kya tum Mahir ko batana chahti ho ??

Bela think for sometime then she said

Bela:Nhi main Mahir ji ko nhi batana chahti

Nazim:Thik hai

Farhad was watching everything with a curiosity , he doesn’t know her maybe she has some problems with her husband

Farhad: Congratulations bela ji

Bela:Thank you

Farhad:Now more you have to be care of your health care of your self and main kuch instructions dunga thodi thodi exercise karni hogi apko apke legs ke liye bhi aur healthy rehne ke liye bhi

Farhad to Nazim:Main inke liye medicine likh deta hun and main daily morning main female guide ko bhej dunga ya Mai khud aa jaya karunga okk

Nazim:Okk Dr. Farhad shukriya apne hamari bela ko ek hope de di jine ki

Farhad:Are nhi nhi woh toh bela ji ka naseeb hai unko ek sath sath do do Khushi mili hai

Nazim:Apse mil kar accha laga

Farhad: Main medicine de deta hun

Nazim: ji

Mahi come In and handover bela reports to Fairiya

Mahi to bela: Hello bela Congratulations now you have to be more careful 

Bela:Hmm 

Mahi:And Week main apko kuch test ke liye check up ke liye aana hoga okk

Bela:Okk

Farhad giving medicine to Nazim both said good bye to each other and at last he glanced at bela and smiled Mahi look at Farhad who is smiling looking bela  then Siddiqui's left Farhad left to his cabin and mahi left to her cabin Farhad think about bela he thinking very deep for her

Nazim: Bela hum ghar chalte hai, aap thoda rest kijiye , aur baki sab badh mein sochte hai

Fariyia:Haan Bela chalo Allah Hafiz Dr. Sahab

Farhad: Allah Hafiz

They all went back to their place , Bela was so confused how her life turned out in a day of marriage even though they both were arranged
to marry but he liked him and having a baby is a big responsibility and she was scared whether she’ll be good in parenting and slept Meanwhile Bela’s brother was so.scared

Nazim: Begam ab kya kare hum bela ki nikkah ki bare mein sochna hai par ab yeh baccha

Fairiya: aise mat sochiye yeh bacha khuda ka bheja hua tohfa hai yeh baacha Bela ki zindagi mein ek nayi roshini layega

Meanwhile in Mahir’s place Hina arrived seeing the place she gave a whatever look and called
Mahir

Hina: Mahir where are you mein tumhare mansion mein hoon jaldi aao

And kept the phone without even letting him answer, he gave an irritated sigh and left to his place , he saw her standing in a maaroon

Mahir: Hina what’s this , Aaj thoda traditional phenke aa sakte haina

Hina: oh come on Mahir what’s the big deal I like it

Mahir: are you serious tum meri family ko meet karne aayi ho unka kya impression hoga agar tum aise choti Kapde phenke aaya toh

They rung the bell His mother opened the door and saw Mahir with Hina hanging in his
arms

Mahir: ammi, abbu yeh hai Hina , isiki sath hi mein nikkah karene Wale hoon

While Hina smiled His parents had a immediate dislike to her not because of her dressing but her manners, she didn’teven bother to greet them with respect who were supposed to be her in laws

Mahir’ s mom : aree beta aao hum khaana khate hain

Hina: no aunty it’s ok

Mahir’smom : aree aao beta Aaj sab Mahir ki favourite hai tum bhi Khao

They made her sit with them and served her biriyani

Hina: oh my god this looks terrible mahir you know I’m on diet

Mahir: chup chap Khao Hina Tamasha mat karo and he started to eat

Hina kept a morsel in her mouth and spit it out wipe her face with tissue in anger

Hina: yeh kya hai itna spicy oh my god my tongue is burning

Mahir made her drink some water

Hina: aapka dimaag theek hai itna spicy khaana kon banata hai, ya allah these people are non sense

Samaira:Beta Yeh lo kuch meetha try Karo agar spicy nhi khati ho tum main ne mahir ka favourite halwa bhi banaya hai

Hina:No Way I Don't want to taste it it's looks terrible oily and I don't ate oily food and Mahir thank you for this memorable lunch with your stupid non sense family

Saying this she stromed off while mahir followed her

Mahir: Hina ruko…..what was that

Hina: what ….

Mahir: meri ammi ke sath aise baat karti ho tum thoda tameez se baat kar sakti thi tum aur baaki sab se kaise baat kiya tumne

She went from there he went inside to see his mother standing near the table as soon as they saw him his father got from eating and his mother followed him

Mahir: ammi abbu mein maffi mangta hoon please

They went inside without saying a single word He felt bad for his parents his mother made his favourite food and Hina insulted him….he was angry on her for the way she behaves with his parents but he was helpless…. Mahir was walking to and for not knowing how to convince his parents for the nikkah , they didn’t like Hina that’s for sure and he didn’t know what to say to them , her behaviour towards them was so disrespectful but she was beautiful

Mahir: abbu, ammi Hina……

Mahir’s dad: beta agar tum use ladki se nikkah karne wale ho toh isme humara opinion ki bareme mat socho

He silently went to his room Meanwhile in Farhad’s mansion He was sitting on the couch while the tv was playing but his  mind was somewhere else….Bela , his  wandered to her worried face she was restless when she knew she’s pregnant Is something wrong with her husband , he didn’t even come to her during checkup Farhad’s dad entered and saw the TV  was playing and he was staring at something

Farhad’s dad: aree Farhad kya hua….you don’t look good

Farhad: abbu aap assalamualaikum

Salman: Walikumassalam beta

Farhad:…..yeah it’s nothing abbu hum khaana khate hai

Salman:Han chalo beta

They both sat and were eating their food

Farhad’s dad: Farhad….

Farhad: Haan abbu

Farhad’s dad: beta ab tum settled ho gye ho toh ab kuch socha hai nikkah ke bare me

Farhad: abbu not again really Abhi mein nikkah mein interested nahi hoon ok

Salman:Are beta par nikkah

Farhad: no abbu let’s not talk about and have our dinner ok

After dinner he went to his room after saying greetings to his father, then he thought of Bela keeping him awake here in the bela room she is laying on bed with his one hand on her tummy and talking with her baby thinking about Mahir

Bela:Mahir Ji apne mujhe itna pyar kiya jitna hum apni zindagi main soch bhi nhi sakte the kuch Chann pal ke liye phir uske baad jab apko mere baare mai pta chala ek second nhi laga apko hame apni zindagi se hi nikal diya hamesha ke liye ab dekhiye aap apka hi ansh hamare andar hai par hum isse kabhi apke baare main nhi batayenge jaise aapke liye main nhi Rahi waisi hi aap hum dono ke liye nhi rahe

While saying this her eyes get pooled and cry then after Two days later, Farhad went to. Siddique mansion , it was so beautiful filled with plants and trees he stepped to the stairs and rang the bell, servant opened the door he stepped in fairiya saw him

Fairiya: Assalamualaikum Dr. Farhad

Farhad:Walikumassalam

Fairiya: Dr. Farhad  ayiae , mein bela ko aur Nazim ji ko bulati hoon

Farhad:Ji

Fairiya:Itne aap bethe aap bataye kya lenge coffee chai kuch thanda

Farhad:Nhi nhi aap bas Nazim sir aur bela ji ko bula dijiye

Fairiya: Ji abhi bulati hun

After Nazim greeted him they both sat in the hall

Farhad: actually mein ek ladki ko appoint Kiya hai Bela ji ki physiotherapy keliye

Just as they were talking the door bell rang , it was Alisha , the girl who was going to help Bela
After a while , bela started her exercise and Alisha was helping her she was about to fall but Farhad caught her in his arms

Farhad: careful Bela ji

Bela: Hmm

Bela was looking at his face , he was a handsome man no doubt his features were sculpted by the sharp jawline mesmerizing eyes everything was beautiful in him after staring at him for a couple of minutes she came to senses

Bela: I’m so sorry doctor

Farhad: it’s ok Bela ji mein aapki help Karta hoon and aap mujhe Farhad bhi keh sakti hai

Bela:Ji

Then he continues to make her walk He looks at her with so much care and love After a while they had dinner and he went back and Farhad coming to siddique mansion was a routine to him and he loved spending time with her , their bond grew in past month and Mahi was also having visit to bela’s place. The closeness of Farhad and Bela bothered her but she couldn’t do anything about it . She can’t force him to love her.

Another month passed, bela’s health was improved than before even mahi was happy for her. And Mahi decided it is not a good decision to tell Farhad about her feeling so she let everything go on a flow and meanwhile Mahir was dating Hina, she was a high maintenance girl and was extremely nosy and clingy , everytime she used to pick fights leading him to apologise and get something expensive … dating Hina was much Harder than he thought….and Bela was a closed chapter of his life which he never tried to open…..
