Reader chan POV

The moment my eyelids fluttered open, and I saw my squad I felt ashamed. I wasn't strong enough. Not strong enough to beat Titans. Or to protect my family.
I also felt ashamed of what I was. After Sebastian had given me that look.
I clenched my fist around the bed sheets and sat up, leaning back against the propped up pillows, my bangs falling in front of my face.
Then the questions came.
Everyone: Hanji, Levi, Armin, Eren, Sebastian, Finny, Ciel, Mey-Rin, and Bard, but Mikasa stood on the sides, a worried expression on her face.
I inhaled rapidly through my nose when Hanji threw her arms around me, squeezing me to death.
"Oh I'm so glad you're okay!!! I was so worried!!! Well everyone was but I'm pretty sure I was the most!! Wait no! I'm lying!! It was Erwin-" she was cut off my Levi hitting her upside the head.
"Tch. Damn shitty glasses," he sighed and turned to me. "How do you feel?"
I shrugged my shoulders, my thumbs fiddling with the sheets resting on my lap as I looked down.
"What exactly happened?" he asked in a calm tone.
I shrugged once more. I didn't really know what happened. I usually can be in my Titan body for a longer time. But this time...
My thoughts were interrupted when the door suddenly slammed open and in walked Commander Nile Dok of the Military Police, with Commander Erwin trailing behind him.
"I won't allow you to do this to her," he said.
Commander Nile looked at him and scoffed.
"You think I will consider what you want or say? This is for the good of the people," he hissed and turned to look at me. "You. Cadet (l/n), along with Cadet Jaeger are arrested for violation of your agreement to protect everything behind the walls without losing control of your Titan self." He said and nodded his head at four other MP's who stood at the door.
"What?" I whispered incredulously. "How did we violate the agreement?" I raised my voice.
"Get them," he sighed.
My arms were suddenly twisted behind my back as I was pulled to my feet.
My head was pulled back by my hair as I struggled against the grip.
Eren beside me was in a similar position.
I saw Sebastian. His eyes shone with anger as he tried to lunge at the two soldiers behind me. But Levi stopped him.
"If any of you try to stop us then we will shoot her and the other Titan where they stand. And if you two freaks attempt anything then we will shoot them," growled the MP commander.
I froze when I heard the gun click, which was pointed at Erwin.
"Fine! We won't do anything but don't hurt them," growled Eren.
"Good then we have come to an understanding. You will be tried for the contribution of the destruction of the walls and part of a village."
With that, I looked at Sebastian once more, and was pushed out the door and towards the dungeons I was held in years ago.

I heard the clanking of chains as they hit the floor. Eren sighed in frustration behind the bars of his cell across from mine. This was shit. Commander Nile has hated my existence along with Eren's because he hadn't won our custody so he and the other MP's could experiment on us. However, he also hates Commander Erwin, but I have never known the reason.
"This is stupid," growled Eren as he shook the metal bars.
"I know it is, but what choice do we have? Stay put as the Commander and the others are killed for being accused of being our accomplices if we struggle or fight against them? The best thing to do is wait until our trial," I sighed and leaned back against my pillow.
"You're right...but the MPs are stupid!! Good thing I didn't join them. And to think horse face wanted to as well." He muttered the last part, and I cracked a small smile, remembering the times that those two would argue over the simplest things.
Then we heard footsteps coming down the stairs and into our cells. An MP officer.
"Cadet Jaeger you will be interrogated now," he said and unlocked Eren's cell.
Eren was handcuffed as he looked at me.
I looked at him as if to say "don't struggle". He seemed to get the message and nodded, walking towards the door.
I groaned and laid down on the uncomfortable mattress after the door slammed shut.
So much has happened...
Why did the Titans not fight back as badly as in previous battles? Why do the Colossal Titan and Armoured Titan disappear all the time? Most importantly, who are they? I'm pretty sure they're related to the female Titan somehow.
"(Y/n), my love?" called a familiar British voice.
I sat up and looked behind the bars. Sebastian stood there with a sad smile on his lips. He reached a hand toward me.
I smiled and grasped it. I missed him, and spending time with him.
"Sebastian, how did you get here? If they see you, they'll-"
"Is my darling (y/n) doubting what I'm capable of?" He frowned.
I snorted softly, and shook my head. Then I remembered...
"Sebastian, I'm sorry you had to see me transform. I know that it's horrible and makes me a monster but-" I began as tears threatened to stream down my cheeks.
"You are not a monster (y/n). You are anything but that. Believe me, when I saw you and how you fought I couldn't help but think of how lucky I am to have met you and fallen in love with you. I saw a strong and brave woman fighting there not a beast like others. Believe me (y/n) if you were a monster, then I would still be madly in love with you just I currently am," he whispered softly and released my hand to caress my cheek.
I smiled at him through my tears and placed my hand over his, squeezing.
"I love you too Sebastian. So much."
He smiled. It was one of his few true and sincere smiles.
"Why would they accuse you of such a thing if you were defending everyone, along with Eren?" he asked, his eyebrows furrowed.
I sighed and shook my head.
"Nothing. It's just just the Commander of the Military Police who wants to get rid of us."
"Why would he want that?"
"Because we're part titan, which makes us the enemy, according to him," I shrugged.
Before Sebastian could speak, the door opened once more.
I turned to look at Sebastian but he had disappeared by now.
