To the rescue

"Umm... what are you doing?"
Jungkook questions the little girl as he looks at her, tearing a piece of long cloth from her dress's bottom.
She says nothing in return and comes to his side, quietly takes his arm and puts the cloth around it, putting a loose knot to it. Jungkook hisses but smiles at her gesture. She then speaks,
"I'm sawrry I almost forgot you hurt too."

"It's okay and thank you."

"Umm... I know this is an important moment for you but umm I don't think this cloth will stay for long. Also you're very bad at tearing things."

Y/n and Jungkook both look at Y/n's now weirdly shaped dress, her legs now showing a little too much. She shyly smiles and fidgets with the side of her dress in nervousness. Taehyung comes to their side, looking at the girl, he speaks again,
"A lady should never have to tear off her dignity for a man. Wise words from my mother."

Y/n and Jungkook both look at the boy weirdly, not quite understanding his words.
"Umm...your mother seems an int-intelligent woman?"
Taehyung smiles at Jungkook's confused expressions, walking towards him. Jungkook hastily speaks,
"What? What? Did I say something wrong?"

Taehyung says nothing in response, now walking to his side, applying a little too unnecessary force on tying the knot. Jungkook hisses at the pressure still thanks the tall guy.

With the sky changing its colours, the atmosphere inside the cave settles a little too, with the help of the only girl constantly talking. For a girl, who was so worried for his brother a few hours ago, she seems too cheerful now, the only adult judges from the corner. The two young boys, seem not to mind, at least not Taehyung. Jungkook's focus is someone else. He's still on fight and flight mode, if anyone were to see.
"But then Jungkook goes whoosh whoosh-"

"Alright kids, time to move!"
Taehyung didn't like his hyung interrupting the young girl's story that he was so immersed in, and he put no efforts to hide it. But the elder couldn't care any less, he wanted to get over with this.

"Taehyung, you take your ride and I take mine, I'll have them both behind my back."

"I can have Y/n with me."
He offers with a wide smile but before Y/n, Jungkook speaks,
"She will be with me, I can't trust you enough."
His words were too firm for a young guy like him but Taehyung found it amusing, shrugging his shoulders he asks his hyung to call for his ride.
The elder whistles and the horse they had earlier rode, comes towards him, he whistles once more, and they hear footsteps of another horse from near by, the second horse comes in with fast steps and with a smile Taehyung pats his head,
"His name is Yeontan and he's mine."

"Wow! You have a horse!! Jungkook look!"

"Yeah Yeah I can see."

Taehyung passes a smile to an unamused Jungkook.

"Would you want to ride with me, Y/n?"

"I said no."

"Who asked you-"

"Jungkookie-"

"Y/n, no."

"You can come with us too, Kookie!"

"Enough kids! Taehyung, I know you have been riding a horse from an early age but I can't trust you with two people of exactly your size, I can't risk it."

"But hyung-"

"Don't. Stop arguing."

"Yes, we are safe with you, horseman."
Jungkook now passes a smile to Taehyung agreeing with the elder.

With a defeated sigh, Taehyung gets on his own horse, and speaks,
"But when I get older Y/n, I promise you, We'll ride on my Yeontan together!"

"Yes Tae-"

"We'll never meet again."

"Jungkook!"

"We'll see about that later angry boy."

The two horses with the kids and under the command of the elder, make their way out of the cave. The forest gives off a scary vibe now, not too dark but welcoming to any danger. It takes them a little too long but they finally reach at a place where more people can be seen. Hiding behind the trees, they observe the camps, the fire lit in between and men enjoying their drinks. Jungkook recognizes their attire, and speaks in low tone,
"They are the ones."

"B-but I don't see my oppa..."

It's quiet, nobody says anything, the horseman after observing for a little while then speaks,
"Okay... I'll go in from the back checking in for your brother. Taehyung can stay as a guard and wait for my command but you and your friend here stay back, guarding the horses. The moment I find your brother, we take action, Taehyung will come back and prepare the horses for action. Do you both know any ways to fight?"

"I can handle a sword."
Jungkook offers.

"Me, arrows, I'm not too good but oppa has told me some secrets to scare the bad guys away."
Y/n speaks without any hesitation to which the horseman nods.

They start moving towards the backside of the enemy. Taking their positions, Jungkook and Y/n are left with arrows only, on guard with horses. One sword with Taehyung and the other with the horseman, as per plan if they do find any swords, they'll take one for Jungkook.
Taehyung stands there with his sword, and cold sweat as the danger of the situation slowly sets in. Jungkook stays alert, his arrow already set on possible danger target, Y/n covering him from behind. They might not be too good but good enough to create a chaos they could need. After some while, the horseman comes back with a sword and a shield but no oppa for Y/n. He whispers to them to fall back for now. But before they could take actions, the little girl screams, pointing at a certain direction,
"OPPA!!"
They panic but when they look at where the girl had her finger, they see a young boy tied with ropes to a tree at a corner almost hidden by the camps. The scream if one side was beneficial to them, on the other side it had alarmed the enemy too, awakening total destruction. The earlier drunken men start taking measures for attack.

"Shit! Girl, You must've just whispered!! NOW ATTACK! AND KEEP ATTACKING UNTIL I DON'T COME BACK ALIVE WITH HIM!!"

With that he runs with the shield and sword towards the enemy. Y/n and Jungkook throw arrows at all the wrong and right places, Taehyung stands alert with his sword and horses. The enemy is more in number but almost too passed out. Their target is not the kids but the horseman. The arrows do their job at creating perfect chaos, required at the scene. The horseman seems a skilled fighter and with heroic power reaches to the boy, Yoongi only then realizes the situation and his eyes go wide. Earlier he had thought, he'd not get away from here ever. The horseman hastily loosens his rope, leaving it further to Yoongi, guarding them from the enemy, the enemy is now attacking with swords, the horseman throws a sword at Yoongi,
"I don't know if you can fight but you have to!"

Yoongi frees himself out of the ropes, taking the sword he speaks,
"I surely can but they gave me something, so things are a little blurry to me, also thank you for-"

"You just have a stubborn sister!"

Before Yoongi could answer, two men attack the horseman from the back. Yoongi going to his rescue, it seems the situation has now gotten to their throat, the enemy might not be best at attack right now but still are more in number.

It happens faster than a flash, a shriek leaves Yoongi's mouth and the time seems to have stopped.
