Player's POV~

I jumped off the seat, ready for another game of Among Us, and this time I was determined to win.

"Guys? Guys??" No one was there. Huh. They must've started without me. Oh well. I guess I'll wait, I thought and sat down next to one of the crates.

I hope they don't take long.

Veteran's POV~

~

I couldn't believe Player just ditched me like that. It hurt. How could he do that to me?! I thought we were best friends, but I guess I was wrong. Apparently, Captain was his new bestie. I tried to stop crying and do my tasks. I had to act like nothing was wrong with me, I didn't want to give Player and Captain the pleasure of seeing me upset.

Taking deep breaths, I calmed myself down a bit. Looking at my list of tasks, I saw that I had the Store Artifacts task. Still in deep thought, I started making my way towards Specimen. When I passed Admin, I saw a dead body and immediately reported it.

TheGentleman sussed me, but I was able to convince them that I wasn't an imposter. After that, I didn't really pay attention to the meeting, and just voted out Stoner with the others.

Stoner wasn't an Imposter.
3 Imposters remain.

After the meeting, I went straight to Specimen and ended up getting killed by Captain and Mother. Player just stood there looking unamused and watching them kill me. I knew he was an imposter!

Feeling angry and betrayed, I began crying again, thank goodness I was a ghost so they couldn't see me. I'll never forgive Player for this, never.

Captain's POV~

~

I'm overjoyed that Player chose me over Veteran, as his best friend. I had always been secretly jealous of Veteran, though I never showed it. It felt kind of good when I killed Veteran, not gonna lie. It made me feel as if I have one over him.

Player just got Mother ejected, earning the crew's trust since she was an imposter. Now we're discussing our next step.

"If you and me could pull off a double kill right now, the imposters are victorious!" Player says to me excitedly.

And Player will get his first win! If I help him win this round, maybe he'll like me even more!

"You're going to take TheGentleman. MrEgg is mine."

Seems simple enough-

I heard Player mumbling to himself. "He needs to suffer..."

Who, MrEgg? Why?

"Why are you so obsessed with MrEgg all of a sudden?" I question him.

"Don't worry about that. Let's go", he said, pushing it aside.

Something felt wrong, but I couldn't place my finger on it. Nevertheless, I followed him to where TheGentleman and MrEgg were doing their tasks.

"Oh, nice evening, Captain! Nice of you to-" I twisted his neck before TheGentleman could complete his sentence.

"I did it Player! I snapped TheGentleman's neck!"

MrEgg gasped in shock and cried,"Oh, you monsters!"

Player then went up to him and took out a knife. "Any last words before I slice you into a million pieces?"

MrEgg looked scared and confused at the same time.

"I don't get it Player, what did I ever do to you?!"

"Oh you didn't do anything to Player..."

My visor widened in realization.

"No... it... can't... be!!"

Player's voice changed...

"My name's..."

Player pulled off his skin to reveal a very familiar orange bean...

"MRCHEESE!!"

I stood there in shock watching MrCheese reveal himself and slice up MrEgg. No wonder he had been after MrEgg so much!

Wait... so this means... I'm not really Player's number one bestie?!

The victory screen appeared and then everyone respawned in the lobby. I saw Player jump up and go towards Veteran, who was two seats away from me. Veteran just walked away in a huff, leaving Player standing there confused.

Oh great. Here comes the drama...
