Matthew's POV:
Day 1 and I'm 15 minutes late to set, wouldn't be surprised if they fire me. I quietly slip into my dressing room like I've been here the whole time and as if on cue a knock is placed on my door. "Come in." I say nonchalantly. Matt Leblanc walks in looking relieved to find me here. "Dude where have you been we gotta get you to hair and makeup ASAP before Kauffman and Crane kick your ass for being late on the first day!" I roll my eyes, "Like I don't know that I overslept, probably nerves took over me and I just lost track of time I don't know let's go!" Matt and I walk out of my trailer and onto set where wardrobe and hair and makeup are done before we all gather around in a large group before taping. Marta and David wish us all luck and we get right into it. The gang of five sitting in Central Perk chatting away causing the audience to laugh continuously. By the end of the day the six of us all breath a breathe of relief as day one of a million are finished. We did it and it went better than expected. We all hug and laugh and the grins on our faces can't be swept off anytime soon. Courteney gathers the six of us in a small group and begins to ask, "Do you guys wanna come over tonight for kinda like a team bonding thing maybe just reflect on the day?" We all smile and agree that's a great idea. I have to admit she's one heck of a girl. I mean stunning and such a fun person to be around, I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a crush on her because wow. We all empty out and head back to our trailers planning to meet at Courts for 6' o clock. I arrive back at my house and get ready for the evenings festivities. As I do so I can't help but think back to when I first met Courteney and the gang.
Several Months Prior:
Show time, I auditioned for this new sit com "Friends" and believe it or not I got a part, a pretty good one if I do say so myself. I walk onto set and find a chair with my name on it and take a seat as do other actors and executives on set. As I sit there a stunning young woman with the most shocking blue eyes takes her seat next to me. I turn and smile taking her hand in mine as I politely introduce myself and shake her hand. "Hi, I'm Matthew, Matthew Perry." She blushes and gives me a soft smile while replying with, " Hi Matthew I'm Courteney, Courteney Cox." I laugh as she had just copied what I had said, instantly I'm already infatuated by her. "So Matthew, Matthew Perry who might you be playing on 'Friends?" I chuckle again as I catch onto her sense of humor and I'm intrigued. "Well Ms. Cox I'm playing Chandler Bing and who might you be portraying?"  She blushes again and replies with "Monica Geller." We continue this simple but pleasant conversation for quite some time until we are interrupted by Marta Kauffman and David Crane introducing themselves and getting their ideas out. The rest of the day I had spent swooning over this woman and getting to know this lovely cast.
Present Day:
I look at the time and it's 5:45 and I quickly rush out the door with a platter of cookies in hand as a kind gesture to bring for the evening. I arrive and notice I'm the first person there. I take a deep breath and prepare myself for the evening of a life time. I step out of my car cookies in hand and knock delicately on the door. It opens and there she stands, "Matthew hi welcome!"
