I walk over to my team as Asta started to talk about how "cool" my spell was, and how he destroyed the crystal. He kept talking so I bonk him on the head.

Asta: O-Ow, sorry

Blue:.......Good job

Asta: Huh? Thanks! You were amazing as well!

Blue: You already said that.....

Asta: M-My bad!

Zora walks off, and we don't exchange words, so I turn to Fragil who had walked over to me.

Blue: Fragil....

Fragil: Hello Blue, congratulations

Blue:....Are you okay? Langris didn't hurt you too badly?

Fragil: [Blushes Lightly] I'm fine, thank you. And you don't need to apologise for knocking my team out of the tournament, I'm glad you knocked some sense into Langris

Blue: He deserved it....but I know that you deliberately allowed Asta to destroy your crystal

Fragil: Y-You did?

Blue: It was obvious

Fragil: I just wanted to let your team win, I didn't think my team deserved to because of Langris

Blue:....Mmm.....you did good so far

Fragil: I did?

Blue: You are strong, Fragil. And I imagine you will be picked to join the Royal Knights

Fragil: You really think so? Thank you....

I go back to the spectator platform, and before some of my team can congratulate me, Constance walks forward first.

Constance: Well done, Blue. You really showed everyone some of your true power

Blue: I did what I had to do

Constance: I'm going to assume that you will win the whole tournament?

Blue: Of course, but if I were to go against Captain Rill, it will be hard

Constance: It will be a good test

Blue:.....Have you come here just to cheer for me?

I don't say anything and just walk passed her, where everyone else expressed their thoughts on the match and my fight vs Langris. All while the mages checked up on Langris, making sure he wasn't dead or something.

Magna: Nice job, Blue! You showed that bastard what he deserved!

Luck: Yeah! Wish we could've attacked him from before, but this was still good!

Vanessa: Finral would be glad that you avenged him, but a bit concerned for how you beated his Brother

Blue: I don't care, what Langris did to him, that was unacceptable.

Charmy: I agree! He deserved all of that!

Gauche: That guy had no right to hurt Finral, you did the right thing, Blue

Blue: I know I did, and I'm....satisfied that you all can see that

Gordon: He is no brother of Finral

Noelle: Oh right, I forgot to mention that Finral has been taken underneath this platform. There is a medical room, and Owen is monitoring him

Blue: It was a spell that hst I taught myself, Comstance helped to evolve my first spell since I unlocked it by an......accident.

Constance: Then I taught him the next few, He made Penumbra and then these other spells, when did you make them?

Blue: I didn't, they were gifted to me

Constance: By who?

Velvet: Blue-!

Blue:......I'll tell you another time

Velvet: Phew....

Sol: So you really were holding back against us?

Blue: Yes, but I held back even more power against Langris. I have plenty to show

Sol: Dammit, how did you get so strong?!

Blue: I trained my magic and learned from one of the best in Constance

Constance wrapped me in a hug, and I wasn't amused. Then, I noticed Yuno walk over to me, so Constance releases me.

Yuno: Blue.....I'll meet you in the final

Blue: Is that your declaration of victory against a Squad Captain?

Yuno: It is, because I have something to show just like you had

Blue: Don't disappoint

Yuno walks off so that he can think to himself, his turn wasn't next, but I know he will be watching the next match up.

Julius: Blue

Blue: What?

Julius: That was an impressive display from you

Blue:.....It was nothing, I didn't use that spell at full power...and I didn't increase the time

Julius: I know, which is why I'm excited to see you fight in the final. Because you will show glimpses of your real power, correct?

Blue: Maybe, I only showed it when I fought Licht, Vetto and Blackwell

Julius: A terrifying lineup, I'm glad we have you on our side.

Blue: I would never work for Licht anyways, I don't like him.

Julius laughs slightly and turns his focus to the next match, which will begin momentarily.

Velvet: Well, it's safe to say that everyone was impressed

Blue: Mm, but I still have one more thing

Velvet: Are you going to transform in the final?

Blue: If I want to, it's a possibility

The officials move onto the next match, and I could see that Luck was excited, as he expressed what he wanted to do against Captain Rill.

Speaking about the captain, he was excited himself and probably thought about what kind of painting he was going to come up with. The match starts and Rill notices a large amount of mana coming from Team K.

They had combined their magic and fired a shot at Team I, Rill uses a spell to redirect the spell to destroy Team K's crystal, and just like that, the officials announce that Team I were the winners of the match.

Luck: Eh?

Asta: W-Woah...just like that?

Blue: This is a Captain after all

Noelle: That's still terrifying, since he is young.

Blue: Never let appearances deceive you, if your team wins the next match, you will be facing him. But I wouldn't be surprised if Yuno just took the fight to Rill by himself

Velvet: You think he would do that to you if that was the final?

Blue: It would be a foolish decision, but I'll respect him for it.

Noelle: Well, it's my turn now. Wish me luck

Blue: Hm, good luck. But don't be surprised if Yuno just wins it in a few seconds

Noelle: I won't

Noelle took off my mask and kisses me on the lips before placing the mask back on. She says that is for luck, but for herself, and leaves for the battlefield.

The officials announce the start of the next match, and there was no need to cover it in detail as Yuno wins the match easily.

Julius announces that the next bout will be Rill's team against Yuno's since we already completed our semi final match against Langris.

Asta: You know, both Yuno and Captain Rill have just steamrolled through the completion.

Blue: Which will make this matchup an interesting one

Asta: Yeah, I want Yuno to win so that we can beat him in the final

Blue: Yuno wants to face me, so I'm assuming that he will do everything he can to beat Rill

Asta: Will you face him?

Blue: I'll see, we'll discuss this when it is the final and if Yuno does make it

Asta: Okay!

As the match begins, the battle is split into two fronts. Noelle and En protect their crystal from Rill's teammates, while Yuno battles against the Captain of the Azure Deers.

Rill manages to blocks all of Yuno's spells, and at first it seemed Yuno was going to be in for a long day. But I remembered that Yuno had something to show, Yuno uses a new spell of his to cover himself with spirit magic with the help of Bell, the Wind Spirit.

Blue: So that's what he has been hiding

Velvet: The power of the Wind Spirit, how did he get a hold of her?

Blue: I'm not sure, but it happened the same time as our first meeting

Velvet: In the Dungeon? Oh, so they're copying us!

Asta: Wow, that's a lot of power from Yuno. You think he will win?

Blue: Who knows? It depends on who's crystal breaks first.

Rill gets excited and creates a creature to counter Yuno. Yuno and Rill each fire a blast at the other, and as they clash, both of them were enjoying the battle.

Their magic clash was intensifying so much, that everyone could feel it from here. As Rill gets more excited with the clash, I could see that his own crystal was shattering, and he accidentally destroys his own crystal.

Rill: W-What? What happened to my crystal?!

Yuno: I won....

The officials announce that since Rill has destroyed his own crystal and Team P are the winners of the match

Rill: Oh noooooo! What have I done?!

Fragil: C-Captain Rill....destroyed his own crystal?

Charlotte: He managed to win against a Captain?

Mimosa: Well done Yuno!

Klaus: I knew that he was powerful, but to best a captain in a tournament match is unbelievable!

Velvet: Huh, even if it's a tournament match, that's still impressive

Blue: Yes, this will be an interesting final. Even though Rill destroyed his own crystal, I don't expect Yuno to do that.

Velvet: You'll win against him. I'm sure of it, oh and here is the Prodigal Child

I turn to the side and watched as Yuno approaches me, there was tension, but not the conflict type...it was more of respect.

Yuno: Blue...

Blue: Yuno...

Yuno: I'll see you in the final

Blue: As you said

Asta: Hey now, don't count me out!

Yuno: I'm not, but Blue is the bigger threat. Which is why I'll be going at him with full power

Blue: I'll be waiting, but remember that Asta is on my team

Asta: Yeah! Don't get distracted, you jerk!

Marx: Teams B and P, can you you make your way to the field. Oh, and Team B, please pick your three

Blue: Me, Asta....and Mimosa

Mimosa: I'm ready!

Zora: Yeah yeah, go and have fun. Win of course, I don't want the team to lose to that Golden Dawn kid

The six of us make our way to the battle field, and we were given 3 minutes to set ourselves and plan ahead. Mimosa stayed close to the crystal as we talked.

Asta: Blue, are you going to fight Yuno?

Blue: I know you aim to face him as well. But I want to see what he is capable of, I'll leave the crystal to you and Mimosa

Asta: Okay, that's fine. I can always get another chance, let's go Mimosa!

Mimosa: Right! Good luck, Blue!

Blue: Asta, one more thing

Asta: Yes?

Blue: When the time comes, be ready

As the Royal Knights Exam final crackled with anticipation, the audience buzzed with excitement. Despite it being a team match up, everyone was focusing on one member from each team.

In one side, stood Blue, a mysterious boy with an aura of darkness swirling around him. Someone on everyone's radar, especially when he defeated Langris, the vice captain from the Golden Dawn.

On the other side stood Yuno, a prodigious mage from the Golden Dawn with wind magic at his command. Even though it was only a tournament match, Yuno did best a captain by breaking his crystal first.
