Hawk Moth looked around Paris. So many Akumas. So very many, so many that Ladybug and Chat Noir wouldn't be able to save all of Paris and cleanse all of the Akumas. Even if they did he would just send out more due to how many white butterflies he has. He started counting them once, lost track after 473 since one flew into his hand.

He had an idea, something that would stop both Ladybug and that girl that was with them for good. Maybe Ladybug would be the one to risk her life again, maybe the blonde would too. Nah, she's too heartless to do that.

Hawk Moth let a white butterfly land on his hand making it an Akuma. He watched as it flew away, to its next victim. Who he knew quite well.

"I'm sor-" Hawk Moth stopped himself. "No I'm not sorry, you kept a secret from me. You deserve to be Akumatized... Adrien."

And it's short but it explains what's going to happen in the next chapter.
