The author retains all copyrights of the works submitted to the Poets Pub.

We do not become involved in any copyright disputes. Any Poem posted that is disputed as being owned by another author, other than the submitter, will be removed immediately from the site and any social media platform connected to the Poets Pub.

The Poets Pub reserves the right to use any submission in the context that best suits the submitted Poem. If not intended for a specific challenge, the Poets Pub reserves the rights to publish in the collection that best suits the Poem.

The Poets Pub also reserves the right to post any submitted Poem on any of its social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 

All authors retain the right to have their works removed at any time.

Simply send us a request by Private Message and we will immediately oblige.

Poets Pub reserves the right to edit poems.

Poets Pub reserves the right to refuse any poem based on subject matter that does not fall within the boarders of Poetic acceptance. Please be sure to read our chapter on Literary Freedom.

This includes, but is not limited to, poems about self harm, suicide and hatred.

The Poets Pub will not follow any writers on Wattpad. Restrictions on how many you can follow would not allow us to follow everyone.

The Poets Pub will not vote or comment on works outside of the Poets Pub.
