Akram is working on his laptop, Noor came to him. "Akram I want to work"
"Work? As in job?"
"Yes"
"Ok where do you want to work? Do you have any preference?"
"With you as assistant"
Akram gulped hard but then burst into laughter "Noor I don't have any assistant. I work as assistant to abbu"
Still I want to work with you"
"Ok I understood but why so sudden?"
"I don't want to stay away from you and I don't want anyone drooling on you, you are mine that's all"
"Acha and who the hell told you that someone is drooling on me?"
"Shabeer bhai"
"And you believed? And you very well know I never let that happen so don't worry but you should work, let me get you job soon"
"But Akram"
"Chup and come here" she came and sat on his lap
"Wear something to surprise me it's been long time you gave me surprise we will have a beautiful workout"
"Akram we had just one hour back"
"So what I want biwi always do you have any problem?"
"Yes and I am that biwi"
"Good realisation go fast please"
"Akram you are impossible" she with grumpy face went to closet. She smirked and selected his most weakness one.

After ten minutes she came out with saree that his favourite red saree. He gulped hard "Noor you know this is my weakness still you tried this card" he smirked, whole night he didn't let her sleep for a moment, he was beast in bed.

As result in next month she got pregnant, Akram panicked scared happy and even worried too. Whole day he is jumpy, and sick.

As months started growing Akram became weak, he is having all sort of sicknesses, some months he is sleeping whole day still feels tired like hell, some month he eats too much and vomits, some month he don't eat at all, some month he is craving for sec like maniac, some month he started smelling weird smells. Some month he just feel back pain all time.

Naseefa started worrying a lot, seeing both are pregnant, they laugh like hell one day, they cry watching Tom and Jerry sometimes. She is fed up with them, she daily prays get her grand child soon from these crazy couple.

Today is much different day, they are sleeping all day, shahnaz checked on them Naseefa too, both are like log slept, having no chioce Naseefa woke them up to eat, they gulped single bit and started to vomit, she called doctor, doctor checked and gave some medicines, both had medicine and ate little.

For nine months couple had been through this journey of pregnancy with each other having same symptoms, everyone laughed doctors too laughed. Akram is very sad that Noor is going through all these, which he himself can't handle, he is sad that he is unable to take care of Noor and baby due to his illness.

Months passed its due date for Noor, she is happy now a days but Akram is having heavy cramps in thighs legs, back. He is always having hard time. Noor came to Akram with bowl of fruits "Akram get up have this sitaphal they are so yummy"
"Sitaphal? I am craving for them" he got instantly and started eating them like cave man. Suddenly she screamed "what happened Noor? Did he kick harshly?"
"Aaaaaaa it's paining" she cried again.
"Ammi" Akram screamed in high pitch all came running
"Ammi" Noor screamed again.

Both ladies came to her and made her walk a little, meanwhile Akram called his brother, "Shabeer take the car out we need to go to hospital now" he ran away.

Akram too started to get his back pain. Both sat in car along with Naseefa and shahnaz, all reached hospital, Noor is screaming with pain Akram is in bad pain, he sat down as he couldn't take single step, Noor is taken away to labor room. After four hours of pains she delivered a cute baby boy. All ran to have him in hands but to everyone Akram slept like log on bench , he is so tired that no one could wake him up, all laughed, when Noor came to know this she too laughed. But she too slept.

Evening when Akram woke up he so tired still, he stretched his body and felt heavy. "Finally you woke up?" Azan asked seeing his son in law
"Yes" he yawned
"Don't you want to see your son?"
"Son? I got son? Wait how is Noor she is ok nah? Where is she?"
"Wait breath! Everything is fine Noor is good she is sleeping, like you, when you slept she delivered a boy, he is same as you"
"O Allah how can I sleep?"
"Because you too gone through those pain, doctor said that if husband loves his wife too much he too goes through the pains, I happy for you both. You love Noor this much I don't know" Azan said hugging him "thank you"
"She is my Noor chachu, I want see her please"
"Go she is in first floor room no10"
Akram ran without wasting time, when he opened door he found Noor feeding his son, she closed eyes with some unknown emotions
"Noori" he called her softly. She turned with broad smile and tears filled in both "you woke up?" She asked
"Sorry Noor very sorry" he is guilty
"No need come here see him" Noor showed bed corner
"He will stay little away from you," Shahnaz said strictly.

Akram came to her, she gave him son, he held with shaking hands, she smiled, he cried a lot, he got panic
"Don't worry he is hungry just look at him properly I will take him back" Akram nodded and looked at him, rocked little he started settling down little, he looked at his father Akram smiled he too broke his lips corner little showing him cute little smile
"He is so tiny"
All smiled. Naseefa took all ladies out, Akram came to Noor and kissed her temple "how are you Noori?"
"Good and how are you?"
"Ok he is so cute thank you"
"Thank you too and he is cute" Noor said with smile
"I am so happy Akram you gone through so much pain along with me and gave me this precious gift I love you Akram"
Akram got tears "I love you Noori I love you a lot" he hugged happily suddenly their son cried both laughed "this is going to be tough I think" Akram said laughing giving his son to Noor, she laughed too and took him started giving him milk.

Then on Akram became full time baby sitter, he always spends time taking care of Noor and his son zyaan Akram Nawab. He gives rest to Noor when he is at home,  he handles zyaan always.

Now zyaan is three years one night Noor came to bed in his favourite red saree again, Akram frowned, he sent his son to his chachu Amar as he used to be with him, he want to spend his chachu with his son too. When zyaan ran away Akram dragged Noor to himself "Noori this is dangerous zone you know that and you want to pull this stunt? Really?" He asked while giving her hickey on her neck
"It's been long time Akram I saw your insane love let us make it now" she hissed little
"No we can't I should go through vasectomy no more kids Noor I don't want such pain again let me bring some condoms" he opened the drawer and found empty he frowned "Noor where are they?"
"I have thrown them away"
"What? You are becoming ziddi Noor let me bring some now wait for me"
"No" she hugged him and kissed him passionately
"Noor wait I said"
"No" she is now kissing his jaw
"Noor please just five minutes"
"I want you naked inside me" she said in slutty voice
"Noori....," he couldn't take more of this torture, he held her hair in grip "you will regret this Noori you will for soon" he bit her cleavage hard she cried in pain "monster" she said with anger
"You didn't see monster yet Noori you will see now" that night he made her scream a lot, he took her to heaven and hell at a time, Akram couldn't hold himself back, after so many years he is naked and raw with her, she felt sooo good with him under him withering crying screaming pleasuring "Noori you make me go insane sometimes and I really go crazy about you, you know that" Akram hissed when he felt her teeth on his heart skin, she bit him harshly "jungli billi"  he took it to heart gave her more hard and deep strokes she screamed agin he too groaned with exotic feeling "you are incredible Noori Noori you are beautiful as always" he kissed her passionately, she smiled and slept as always in arms totally naked with him inside.
Morning Akram bought after pill, but Noor throws it out "I want baby and this is final if you don't want it then don't but I want child and it's final" she said with anger and left the bed in anger

Akram hit the wall in anger, he always knew that Noor wants another baby but he is scared of pain he felt and she gone through, it is not that he is scared for him, simple he doesn't want her to be in pain again, now she tricked him and angry too. This is not going to be easy he knows that,

Night Akram bought flowers and gift for Noor but she didn't take them, she slept turning other side, Akram is now in agony, he came to her side "Noori look you know I care too much for you, I am scared for you Noori you know I love you so much Noori come on let me have you please what if yesterday we didn't succeed yesterday." He lured her, she blushed he didn't waste time.

After two months of hard work he successfully got her pregnant and as last time both are having same symptoms but changes are now they are manageable and zyaan helped a lot to make them normal, for him they forgot their pains almost everytime.

Nine months Akram managed his pains and took care of Noor atmost. His dream of seeing with bulged stomach got into his nerves this time, he is fascinated with this, he made love for months daily, he is obsessed with her stomach now. When they were in middle of love she got pains, Akram is more panicked, he got dress up and dressed her with nighty and took her to hospital, she got delivered in two hours this time, unlike last time this time even though he is in pains he didn't sleep after delivery, this time he got baby girl as Allah gift and he is totally gone case, he is now her pet. She already started making dance with her little finger.

Akram now spends most of time with his family, he always keeps them safe and happy. Noor is always his first priority but his children are his life. He never let them get slightest hurt or neglected.

Akram and Noor came to river bank, they came out after so long time alone it's their oldest anniversary, as always he gifted her jewellery, saree and took out.
"Noori it's now total 13 years I got married to you, still I feel same whenever I see you"
"And you are still insane about me, I am always lucky for that thank you for marrying me on that day" she hugged him as always he too hugged her tight to his heart "my begum jaan" he said proudly.
