She took it and left with a smile while he scratch his head in dumbness or maybe in excitement

It's almost night and two souls are playing hide and seek with their feelings. The thought of both of them is same .

Should they give a chance?

One meeting with person can bring many memories together but when they are happy memories , they are worth to remember.

One thing that guari forgot is she was heart broken sometimes before . One thing she realised today is leaving of one person does not mean to end the life.

Conflicting with the feelings she finally thought to message him atleast not call for today as per first meetings .

A message came on om's cellphone.

Time : 12:26
Sender: unknow number
Message: Are you free tomorrow? Can we meet ?
Receiver : happily dancing in his room.
Message reply : Guari ? Is that you ?

Guari chripped in happiness as he instantly messaged her.

Yes , it's me . Guari !!

Well , yes I am free tomorrow. We can meet.

Vo I was saying for the treatment.

Yes , I got to know , as you messaged this late.

Oh shit , were you sleeping ?

No , but was going to .

Sorry , I didn't realise the time .

Well no worries.

So tomorrow in Oberoi hospital?

Hmm , yes sure . Around 1:30 ?

Yeah , sure . And now you can sleep peacefully. Good night..

The constant smile on their face depicted the happiness they were having in them .

Next day .

Today guari woke up bit early . She was worried . Worried about her life and her family . This one operation can change their lifes . Will she be able to submerge the pain ?

The question were many but the answer was only him .

As a result guari and her sister annika landed in hospital one hour before the time. Guari was continuously fiddling with her fingers. Nervous, nervousness was running her body , right now.

'Guari don't take so much of stress . Everything will be good.' Said annika assuring to both herself and to her also.

She smiled. It was a fade one . They both hug each other and annika consoled guari meaning made her mental prepare for the things .

The receptionist called her name and they both went to the cabin. Looking at the door , guari took a deep breathe taking positivity inside her and knock the door .

'Come in.' Voice echoed from inside.

They both went in , and saw a long hair man is into his files . He turned around and they both passed a smile to each other .

Guari was some how forgot about the things and saw him in black square glasses 👓 looking extremely hot and cute with his white doctor's coat on.

And then when he saw guari , he was flutter. The way she was getting nervous, her eyes showed the same and her cute little height.

They both were looking each other deeply , inside their soul.

'Cough , cough.' Annika made a fake cough.

Instead of Doc.Omkara , annika said 'shall we look into the files rather than into someone's eyes .'

That was doubtlessly thing for guari to go red from cheeks. And omkara smiled while going through the given files .

Thereafter, there was pin drop silence in the cabin while omkara was going through the xrays.

'There is nothing to worry about it . We can start the treatment today itself and it will take a week or 2 for getting her artery to work properly if operation succeeds.' Heavy hearted omkara spoke.

'Ha , so no worries . Chutki tu aaj hi admit hoja .' Said annika patting guari's shoulder.

'Di , we are in hospital and what chutki?' Guari said to annika While sheepishly smile in front of omkara .

Omkara chuckled in front of them. 'So are you ready for the treatment or you need some time to prepare yourself?' Asked omkara while crossing his fingers.

She looked to annika for asking the unasked question through eyes. Annika nodded but deep down she to was afraid.

She again look towards omkara and nodded in agreement. All three in cabin were behaving strongly in front of each other where as deep down they were insecure or say petrified.

Guari was changed into the hospital clothes and her treatment got started. Omkara was scared for the first time in his practiced career.

There was guari , who now left everything on omkara and omkara made every possible way to overcome with his trauma.

Today after one and half week she is going for operation. Now she was not nervous. She was having full faith on omkara and on her destiny.

Because the changes she saw in omkara in these days was grateful to her . For her , he started working overtime. He started spending his night in her room without getting caught .

Every night he use to come late around 1 and check her after that he use to go at 5:30 in morning. On one couch he use to sleep while on other annika.

One fine night, guari started breathing heavily and the machine started to make noise due to which annika woke in middle and saw omkara.

Omkara also woke up and rush towards guari . He checked her pulse rate which were low. He instantly inject her the medication and made her wear the oxygen mask.

Wiping the sweat from his forehead, he took the glance of annika who was in shock.

'What are you doing here ?' Was annika's first question to him.
'I am a doctor and patients need me.' Was the answer.

'But why in ours ward ? What's going on ?' Furious Annika question him.

'Listen annika , there is nothing like that. It's just I love her and can't risk her life . That's it.' Omkara flunged .

'You love my sister . Do you know what is her past ? Do you know from what phase she was going through? Do you know about her anything? Do you know that she was going to commit suicide?' Annika almost yelled at him.

'I know everything. I also know that she was committing suicide. I also know who save her.' Omkara answer with a smile.

An unexplained expression formed on annika's face . 'Who ?' She asked in curiously.

'I was the one who caught her during fall and later took her to the orphanage. I know she didn't even mention about me in front to you.' Omkara said .

'Look omkara , my sister is very sensitive. Once she had gone through the pain of broken heart , now she won't be able to bear it again.' Annika cried .

'Don't worry , from now onwards she will be happy and will be normal again.' Said omkara in ruefully.

The night ended itself over there . Till now omkara was with her always as shadow.

Omkara got ready in his operation clothes and prayed to god for the nth time. He took deep breath and entered the OT.

One hour passed .

No one came outside the OT. Annika and their parents were worried . Annika was continuously pacing from one place to another.

Two hour passed

Again the same .

After 40 min , doctors came out of the OT , removing the mask from the mouth.

'Omkara ?' Annika spoke.
He smiled and nodded .
'Thank you , so much. Thank you. ' cried annika and her parents.

He was happy as well as sad .

Guari was now shifted in her ward and they all waited for her gain consciousness. After hour or two she woke and found everyone beside her but her eyes search for one person.

'How are you feeling , chutki ?' Annika asked her caressing her hair.

'I am fine di .' Guari answered .

'Hello everyone. I need to check miss guari . So can all wait outside ?' Doc.Omkara asked .

As per his saying all went outside. And he started checking her.

'Tha........' guari tried to say something
'Miss. Guari you are fine , we can discharge you Three days later.' Said Doc.Omkara.

'Ha par......' she again tried.
'Nurse , explain all the things to miss.annika and yes I have given the diet chart tell them to go thoroughly.' Said omkara and he went with that.

'What happen to him suddenly? Why he his ignoring me ? Did I do something wrong ?' Guari questioned herself.

Days passed by and guari recover quickly in the presence of her family and not to mention Doctor.Omkara.

He started ignoring her and whenever she tried to talk , he always unsound her . This was much for guari to know what's going on.

Today she going to her home so she thought to meet him once. So she went to his cabin. He was going thorough some files may be of patients.

'Omkara.' Guari called him out.
'Yes , Miss.Guari . Do you need something ?' He asked .
'What happen to you ? Why are you ignoring me ? And what is Miss.Guari ?' She asked him in full fledge.

'Listen , you are my patient and your operation is succeed, so you can go to your home.' Said calm omkara.

'That's it ? Nothing else . I am just your patient nothing else ?' Her breaking voice echo in the room.

He wants to kill himself for doing this but he thought fate never wanted them to be together.

'Yes . You are just my patient.' Said omkara while turning to the window.

'Than why did you just save me damn it. Why did you do all this ?' She cried.

It was now high time to say the truth , thought omkara.

'Because I love you and we can't be together in future so just leave.' Said omkara still not looking towards her .

'Why can't we be together? What happened omkara ? please say me the truth .' Asked guari while pulling him to have a look of his face.

'You want to hear the truth right . So listen , we can't be together became I.......................'
