Chapter one

We left our old house for various reasons... They are extremely private and forbidden to speak of. I had all I needed, a sketch book, head phones, and of course my pencil pouch.

I got up and slipped into black jeans, knee high high heel boots, a white Star Wars shirt, and a Bright blue and black backpack. I had  eyeliner and a swipe of mascara, then I jumped onto my laptop to chat with people that were on.

"Julie get up" my father screamed from downstairs. I closed my laptop that I was always on because I don't have or want a social life.

 "what?" I asked irritated.

"It's time to get to school!" He yelled.

I looked at the time and sighed "dad it's 6:00 am, school doesn't start till 6:30 "  I yawned.

"Well get some breakfast" he snarled.

I got downstairs expecting moms pancakes, sausage, and eggs but caught myself, there wouldn't be any of that ever again. Or complaining about my big sister, Tricity messing with my hair. I sighed getting my keys to my moms convertible that was now mine.

"I'm going to I-hop" I said I tossed my backpack underneath the passengers side then hopping into the drivers seat. I was 16 so of course I wanted to go on my own, once I finished I went to the office to get my schedule.

"Hello there" the lady said smiling cheekily like everything in life was just perfect.

"Hi, i need my schedule," I muttered fidgeting with my keys .

Once I got my schedule I went to first period. Ugh... of course it was Language arts.

Once I got there after a few mishaps I sat down causally. A girl looked at my chocolaty brown hair with electric blue ends in disgust like she was going to puke. I just ignored her drooping my bag and paying attention to the teacher. The teacher announced that we would work in partners. A guy slid next to me. I looked at him. "H-hi I'm Jason." He stuttered smiling.

"Julie" I muttered. We went to worked until the bell rang, then I was out before anyone could move a muscle. Once it was lunch time a girl pushed me. I looked at her and said confidently"Mahlyenki Dyavol (little devil)"

that was the only thing I could say in Russian"what?" She asked confused.

"what?" I repeated and went to enjoy my lunch. I sat back and avoided everyone and anyone.
