Hi guyssss, hope you're doing well.

~

Taehyung is zoning out as he restocks the drink station. His thoughts preoccupied by Jeongguk, as they usually are. He has to bite back a smile as he refills the expresso machine.

"It's been a while since we been on a date," Hoseok says looking at Seokjin from the register. "We should do something."

"Like what?" Seokjin chuckles as he does inventory beside Taehyung. "We both work too much for dating."

"We have tons of free time," Hoseok pouts. "Taehyung-ah, tell Jin to take me out on a date."

"What?" Taehyung asks looking up when he hears his name.

"He said he'd cover your next two shifts for you," Seokjin says, smiling knowingly as Hoseok immediately denies doing so.

"He's not romantic at all anymore," Hoseok says to Taehyung. "Is Namjoon like this?"

"Uhm~" Taehyung starts, remembering that he hadn't told his friends that he wasn't with Namjoon anymore.

"Namjoon's a romantic, you can't compare me to him," Seokjin says. "I do nice things for you, Hobi."

"Do you remember that time Namjoon sent Taehyung roses for a month straight until he agreed to be his boyfriend?" Hoseok asks, swooning at the memory. "Do you know how much that had to have costed him?"

"Sounds like harassment to me," Seokjin says looking down at the clipboard in his hand.

"Harassment is you falling asleep right after we fuck and not getting me off," Hoseok says, Seokjin's eyes widening and his head snapping in his direction. "Yeah, I figured that'd get your attention."

Taehyung laughs in disbelief as he looks between the two. "C'mon, Hobi, that's not right."

"What is wrong with you?" Seokjin glares at him. "Don't listen to him, Taehyung, he's a fucking liar."

    "Seokjin-ah," Hoseok starts.

"Keep pushing your luck if you want to, Hoseok," Seokjin says in a warning tone. "Go ahead. You're digging your own grave right now."

"Let's go on a date, hyung," Hoseok continues, disregarding Seokjin. "Taehyung you and Namjoon can come too. We can go a double date like we used to when you guys first starting dating."

"I would, Hobi," Taehyung chuckles. "But Namjoon and I aren't together anymore."

"No?" Seokjin asks in surprise, him and Hoseok sharing the same expression. "What happened?"

"What'd he do?" Hoseok asks, his expression hardening as he crosses his arms.

"Do I need to talk to him?" Seokjin asks, abandoning the inventory clipboard on the counter.

"No," Taehyung says, forcing a short laugh. "We had a disagreement and I ended things. That's all."

"About what?" Hoseok asks. "I told you if he fucked up I'd kick his ass~"

"Hoseok," Seokjin says shooting him a glare before looking at Taehyung again. "Are you okay? How long ago did this happen?"

"A while ago," Taehyung shrugs. "I'm fine, I'm actually seeing someone else now."

"Oh?" Hoseok asks, his expression becoming lighter and more interested.

"Yeah," Taehyung chuckles. "And he's sweet, so no ass kicking required, Hobi."

"Hobi couldn't kick anyone's ass if he tried," Seokjin says picking up his clipboard. "He saw a spider in the shower the other night and almost fainted."

"It wasn't a normal spider," Hoseok says in his defense. "I think it was poisonous."

Taehyung laughs as he returns to what he's doing as well. "We could still do the whole double date thing if you guys want. So you can meet Jeongguk."

"Jeongguk," Hoseok says, smiling as he tests the name. "He sounds like a sweetheart."

"How can a name sound like anything, Hobi?" Seokjin chuckles. "How long have you been seeing this guy, Tae?"

"Uhm..." Taehyung starts, trailing off slightly. "A while, I guess."

"That was totally not suspicious at all," Seokjin says making Hoseok laugh.

"What? Did you cheat on Namjoon with him?" Hoseok says through his laugh.

Taehyung shakes his head as that word is brought up again. He didn't count it as cheating, but maybe his friends would.

"You cheated on Namjoon?" Hoseok asks when he doesn't answer.

"No," Taehyung says. "I've been seeing Jeongguk for a couple weeks."

"We'd love to meet him," Seokjin says. "That's enough talking for the day, get back to work. Both of you."

"Alright, alright," Hoseok says as Seokjin heads to the back, waiting until he's gone before speaking again. "Y'know I wouldn't judge you if you did cheat on Namjoon. I believe you had a good reason if you did."

"I didn't cheat on him," Taehyung says smiling at his friend. "I'm gonna make sure the everything's looking good around the store."

"I'll be here," Hoseok sighs, leaning against the counter as Taehyung walks away.

"A date?"

"Yeah, a double date,"

"With your friends?"

    "Yeah..."

Taehyung pouts down at Jeongguk from where his sits perched on his lap in the living room. Twirling the other's hair around his fingers as he waits for his response.

"It's going to be really casual, and not a huge deal at all," He continues when Jeongguk doesn't respond, trying to convince him even though he hadn't said no yet. "And they're really nice, they won't give you a hard time at all."

"They're friends with Namjoon?" Jeongguk asks, his tone and expression not giving away his thoughts at all.

"I mean, no, not really," Taehyung says. "They met him through me but I wouldn't go as far as saying they're friends."

Jeongguk nods, smiling softly as he looks up at Taehyung. "How would you introduce me if I met them?"

"As Jeongguk...?"

"Wrong answer,"

Taehyung laughs, nodding his head. "Okay, so how should I introduce you then?"

"As your boyfriend, preferably," Jeongguk says, his smile growing as he watches Taehyung's face flush.

"Okay," He chuckles awkwardly. "You'll meet them if I do?"

"You'll be my boyfriend if I meet them?" Jeongguk shoots back.

"Hm," Taehyung hums, leaning forward and hiding his face in the crook of Jeongguk's neck in an attempt to hide how red his face is. "I'll strongly consider it?"

"Let's hear then," Jeongguk says taking Taehyung by the waist and pushing him off his lap so that he sits next to him. "Practice introducing me to your friends."

"Jeongguk," Taehyung whines, shoving him playfully. "Just say you'll go."

"I can't hear you," Jeongguk says holding his hand to his ear. "Say it again."

Taehyung sighs, pressing his palms to his face before he continues. "This is Jeongguk,"

"Mhm," Jeongguk hums, urging him to continue.

"My boyfriend," Taehyung forces out despite his crippling embarrassment.

"Ah," Jeongguk laughs, nodding his head in approvement. "What you said before didn't sound anything like that."

"Will you stop being an ass now and say you'll go?" Taehyung asks looking at him, his hands still pressed against his cheeks.

"I'll go," Jeongguk smiles. "But if you aren't one hundred percent my boyfriend by the end of the night I'll be highly upset."

"Whatever," Taehyung says moving into Jeongguk's side and laying his head on his shoulder. "Now I'm sweating."

"Feel free to strip," Jeongguk says making him laugh. "What? It wouldn't be the first time~"

"You're just on fire tonight, Jeongguk, wow," Taehyung says. "When are you taking your show on the road?"

"My manager was supposed to get back to me yesterday, I don't know what happened," Jeongguk says playing along, making Taehyung laugh again. "Taehyung?" He says after a moment.

"Yeah?" Taehyung says lifting his head and looking at him.

Jeongguk looks at him for a moment before shaking his head. "Nothing,"

"What?" Taehyung asks, pouting softly in concern.

"I...If there was something wrong with me, like wrong with me mental health wise, would you feel differently about me?" Jeongguk asks. He's been wanting to bring up the topic but it never felt like the right time. He didn't want to bring their mood down whenever they were together.

"What do you mean?" Taehyung asks tilting his head in confusion.

"Yes or no?" Jeongguk asks, trying to hide how anxious he is to bring this up now.

"No, Gguk," Taehyung says. "Of course not. Why?"

When Jeongguk first met Yoongi he kept his disorder from him, afraid that it would scare him away. It ended up making things worse between them whenever he had an episode or he wasn't behaving like himself. Yoongi blamed it on him because he had no other explanation at the time.

He didn't want to risk driving Taehyung away by keeping this part of himself away from him. If he told Taehyung and he left, he'd rather he leave now than later.

"I have bipolar," He says simply, not dressing it up or down to make it easier for himself.

Taehyung's expression softens, he nods his head, offering Jeongguk a small smile. "Okay," He says just as plainly.

Jeongguk nods as well, shrugging a little as the weight of his worry leaves him. "Okay,"

"I'll wait until you're asleep to run then," Taehyung says jokingly to lighten the mood.

Jeongguk smiles, laughing a little before pulling Taehyung back into his arms. He doesn't say anything as he lays his head in the crook of Taehyung's neck. He just appreciates his presence and his acceptance as he holds him close.

Right now there was only one thought in his mind.

Whether it was too early or not, he was in love with Kim Taehyung.
