When Jeongguk gets to the clinic he finds Yoongi rushing out of his room holding his hand over his face. His eyes widen when he sees blood staining the long sleeves of his shirt

"Hyung?" He says rushing towards him. "What happened?"

"Where the hell were you?" Yoongi says looking up at him, his eyes flooded with tears as he holds his hand over his nose and mouth.

    "Jeongguk,"

Yoongi flinches slightly at the sound of Doyun's voice, rushing away from Jeongguk.

"D-Doyun," Jeongguk says, his eyes widening when he sees the older man.

"Come on," He says gesturing for him to enter his room. "I think you know as well as I do what's happening here."

Jeongguk feels his stomach drop, his hands immediately starting to shake as he walks into the room. Doyun slams the door, grabbing him by the front of his shirt as he tries to stumble away. "D-Doyun, please~"

The back of Doyun's hand connects with his jaw before he can utter another word, blood flooding his mouth as he falls to the ground.

"Doyun," He says holding his arm out between them.

"Get up!" Doyun snaps as he pulls him up by his arm. "Where the hell were you? Huh? You think you can miss almost a week of work without an explanation?"

"N-No," Jeongguk says, still disoriented from the hit.

"Where were you then?" Doyun asks, his eyes piercing as he looks down at Jeongguk. "Are you coked out again?"

"No, Doyun!" Jeongguk says snatching his arm away, sitting down on the bed as he wipes the blood from his mouth.

"If you don't answer me, Jeongguk, we're gonna have a bigger problem on our hands," Doyun says impatiently. "Where the fuck were you? Who were you with? Seonho?"

"No," Jeongguk says shaking his head. "I'm not on anything, Doyun, please~"

"You better not let me find out if you are, do you hear me?" Doyun asks through clenched teeth. "I've put too much fucking money into you and this shithole for you to be skipping out whenever you damn well please."

"I'm sorry," Jeongguk says, his head spinning and his jaw beginning to ache.

"Are you off your meds? Is that what it is?" Doyun asks. "Because I told you before what happens if you stop taking them. You're back on the street, you and your fucking boyfriend. Giving out five dollar handjobs and letting guys go down on you for twenty bucks."

"I'm still taking them," Jeongguk says looking up at Doyun. "I just needed a break."

"A break from what? A real job? An actual paycheck?" Doyun asks. "This life, everything I've given you, is a fucking break compared to the shit show you were when we first met."

Jeongguk shakes his head. "I work everyday, Doyun."

"That's what you're supposed to do," Doyun says. "If you fuck with my money again, Jeongguk, you're done. I'm tired of giving you second chances. Got it?"

    "Yes," Jeongguk responds. "I got."

Doyun grimaces at him as he turns to leave the room. "You're fucking pathetic."

Jeongguk wants to let his words get to him but he brushes them off like he always does.

He waits there for a few minutes before he leaves his room to check on Yoongi. He finds him in the public bathroom of the clinic desperately trying to rinse the blood out of his sleeves as his face continues to bleed.

"Hyung," Jeongguk says, stopping by the paper towel dispenser and grabbing a few before walking over to Yoongi. "Here, hyung, let me~"

"No," Yoongi says pulling away from him as he reaches out to try and wipe his face.

"It'll keep bleeding if you don't apply pressure," Jeongguk says reaching out again, only for Yoongi to push him away. He stumbles back in shock, looking at Yoongi with a confused expression. "H-Hyung~"

"You need to get back on your meds," Yoongi says turning the water off, giving up on his shirt and walking away from the sink.
"And I mean full time, Jeongguk. If this happens again I'm done, do you hear me?"

    "It won't happen again~"

    "It better not,"

Jeongguk stands in the bathroom even after Yoongi storms out. A mixture of guilt and regret swirling in his chest as he looks at the bloodstained sink Yoongi was standing at.

This was his fault...and he knew that.

Jeongguk knocks on Taehyung's door, waiting a moment or two before knocking again.

"Taehyung?" He says as he knocks on the door. "I know you said you wanted to be alone b-but...I don't think you should be. That and I really need you right now."

He stands there a few seconds before knocking again, this time the door actually opens.

But instead of Taehyung opening the door it's Namjoon. He looks at Jeongguk with a confused expression before stepping out into the hallway—closing the front door behind him. "Can I help you?"

"Is Taehyung here?" Jeongguk asks, he was shocked to see that Namjoon was here, especially since Taehyung told him that he broke things off between them.

"He is," Namjoon says crossing his arms. "Why are you?"

"I need to talk to him," Jeongguk says. "Can you tell him to come out?"

"He's not in a great place right now, Jeongguk," Namjoon says. "You should give him some space for a while."

"What~"

"It has nothing to do with you, or me for that matter," Namjoon continues. "He just needs to be around someone he's familiar with right now. You get that, I'm sure."

"No, yeah, of course," Jeongguk nods. "I~ Well could you tell him to text me~"

"Give him some space, Jeongguk," Namjoon says again. "Don't come around for a while."

Jeongguk stands there in shock for a moment after Namjoon shuts there door.

    "Who was that?"

"Delivery man with a package, he got the wrong address."

Taehyung nods as he sits down on his couch, leaning over until he lies flat. "You can leave, Namjoon. I'm fine."

"You aren't fine," Namjoon says sitting down on the couch next to Taehyung. "Have you had anything to drink besides vodka today? Or maybe even in the last three days?"

"Fuck off," Taehyung chuckles, closing his eyes and hugging his blanket around him tighter. "I want to be alone."

"Drinking alone can lead to serious depression," Namjoon says standing and walking to the kitchen, taking Taehyung's drink with him. "I'll get you some water. You should eat something so you won't get sick."

"I can't eat anything," Taehyung mumbles.

    "What?"

"I said get the hell out of my apartment,"

Namjoon rolls his eyes as he runs some water in a glass. "I'm trying to be a supportive boyfriend."

"If that's what you think you're doing you can stop," Taehyung says pushing himself in a sitting position and looking at Namjoon. "Because you aren't my boyfriend."

"Come on, Taehyung," He says bringing Taehyung the glass of water. "How long is this break supposed to last?"

"It's not a break," Taehyung says refusing the water. "You disrespected me and my decisions."

"You were emotionally cheating with your therapist," Namjoon says in his defense. "I had every right to be upset."

"Jeongguk was my therapist, Namjoon," Taehyung says. "A sex therapist, okay? You keep confusing intimacy with emotions."

"If it wasn't emotional why'd you keep seeing him after your contact ended?" Namjoon asks, setting the glass of water on the coffee table and crossing his arms. "I'll forget about it if you do." He says after Taehyung falls silent.

"I'm not going to forget about it, Namjoon," Taehyung says standing, gathering his blanket and phone off the couch before facing Namjoon. "Because I like Jeongguk, okay? He makes me feel good, and he makes me like myself. You can call it emotionally cheating if you want, I didn't do anything with Jeongguk until I made sure we were over."

"What do you mean?" Namjoon asks, following him as he walks to his room. "So you did something with him?"

"If I have to ask you to leave again I'm calling the police," Taehyung says half heartedly as he crawls into his bed.

"Did you have sex with Jeongguk?" Namjoon asks. "Just tell me."

"No, Namjoon, I didn't," Taehyung sighs, lying down with his back to Namjoon. "Not that I have to tell you that."

"Can we just move on from this whole Jeongguk situation?" Namjoon asks. "We were fine before he came along."

"Yeah, we were great," Taehyung says sarcastically. "I was the perfect balance of wounded and needy, right?"

    "Taehyung~"

"Bye, Namjoon. You can walk away now or wait for the cops to get here."

Namjoon scoffs. "You always push away the wrong people, Taehyung." He says before leaving the room, slamming the door shut behind himself.

Taehyung rolls his eyes as he sits up and gets out of his bed, walking into the bathroom and reaching into the cupboard under the sink. He grabs a half empty bottle of vodka before going back to his bed to drink it.

The only time he wasn't awake was when he was passed out from drinking.

Drinking himself to sleep usually left him feeling sick and groggy the next day, but it was better than being awake all night.
