Chapter Nine
A/N Here's a chapter filled with Antoine. My apologies for not updating sooner. I hope you all enjoy!

Meanwhile, back at the town, Antoine has everything set up for today; the special day that he will marry Elliana out of pure superficial love.
After adjusting his black silk bowtie, Antoine struts over to the chapel where the wedding will take place.
He claps his hands together. "Timothee! Do you remember what to do?"
"Bien sûr! Once you enter with Elliana in your loving embrace, I'll make the announcements!" Timothee scurries up to the podium and taps the microphone to make sure that it is functioning properly. Everyone stands up. "It is my pleasure to announ--" Antoine stops Timothee by giving him a hard slap on the back of his head. "Not now, you imbécile!" Antoine apologizes to the people standing and asks them to sit down. Then he leaves the chapel.
It wasn't a very long drive to Elliana's house. With the way Antoine broke all speeding laws, he reaches his destination in around ten minutes.
He steps outside his vehicle, carrying a bouquet of carnations, which is Elliana's favorite type of flower-- according to the research Timothee did.
He confidently strides up to her door and knocks quite loudly.
After no one answers the door, Antoine knocks again, so hard that it seems like the door may collapse.
He gets vexed by the fact that Elliana refuses to show up on this important day.
Antoine turns to the right and sees a window that is not shut by blinds. He peers through and sees no light on.
Yet when he looks up, he sees a yellow hue on the sill of the window, visible in the setting sunlight. Antoine thinks it's logical, and legal, to throw rocks at the window on the second floor of the house. And when that didn't attract the attention of Elliana, who had just awoken in the dungeon by this time, he decides to move his car as close as he could to the house, the headlights nearly touching the garage door. Antoine steps on the hood of his car and climbs up the side of house, still unaware that other families that live in the neighborhood are watching his illegal actions. Some people, who have already gotten acquainted with the residents in the household he is vandalizing, yell at Antoine telling him to get down and threatening to call the police.
He ignores their remarks and proceeds in invading the Montgomerys' privacy.
Upon seeing the vacant and untouched bedroom, Antoine becomes furious and jumps off the ledge that he is standing on. Unfortunately Antoine doesn't process the fact that he is landing onto the front of his car-- inches from hitting the windshield-- and creating a large and very noticeable dent on the hood.
That is a pain hardly anyone can bear.
"THIS PIECE OF--"
Yeah, we don't exactly need to go into detail on how Antoine exploded in rage for a full ten minutes.
After the commotion he caused, Antoine drives his vehicle back to the wedding ceremony, furious by the fact that Elliana is nowhere to be found.
"TIMOTHEE! " He hollers, ordering for his minion to appear. Seconds later, he does.
"Yes Antoine?" Timothee responds, acknowledging the fact that his help was requested.
"Find someone to take my car to the shop!"
"Okay." He begins walking away until Antoine pulls him back by the collar of his shirt.
"Meet me at the bar immediately after doing so. I need someone to listen to my dramatic cries; also someone to pay for the beer."
"But how will you get there? You won't have a car." Timothee questions.
"Hand over your keys." Antoine states while holding his arm out, palm side up.
"Then how will I get there?"
"I don't care, figure something out."
"But--"
"NOW!"
Timothee sighs in defeat and gives Antoine the keys to his car.
Antoine leaves with a smug look on his face and not even as much as a 'thank you'.
He reaches the bar in a few minutes flat.
"My man, Antoine!" The bartender greets one of his regular customers as he wipes the rim of a glass. "What can I get ya?"
"The usual." Antoine responds gloomily, not in the mood to make conversation.
As soon as his extra tall beer was served, Antoine began chugging it down, while his thoughts slowly disintegrated from his mind, and his problems became as meaningless as gusts of wind passing by, one of which happened to carry another sprinkle of snow through the town. The snow, much like the problems, began to pile up outside the door, noticed yet overlooked.
Until the door reached it's limit, and finally burst open.
