Holy hell. It's been months since I last updated. This is kinda sad. I promise to update more often! I've been a bit busy, but I will make sure to update at least once a month if I can!  I've just been really busy with getting cosplay together, school, maintaining the  club I created, and my gf. Yes, I have a girlfriend now. Spread the word (and the gay). But I have been trying to focus on certain things and I was able to finish a lot of things this week! So I have a bit more time on my hands. Sorry for the horribleness that is my writing. And thank you all for sticking with me thus far! I am so very sorry for leaving you hanging!!! Gomen'nasai!!!

Earth sat with her eyes closed in a meditation position. She slowly drew her hands up into the air, drawing invisible worlds before she brought her hands to the dirt below her. A small sapling sprouted from the ground as she lifted her hands back up above the ground. Lucy, who sat across from her attempted to do the same thing. Lucy wore a green and golden dress that went down to her upper thighs in a frilly kind of skirt. Her hair was braided with small flowers and vines. A tattoo of a woman who morphed into a tree lay just above her collarbone. 

She followed the same movements that Earth had done, but nothing happened. "You have to think about what you are giving life to. Imagine every detail of what it looks like. Memorize it's soul and remember its importance. Remember how important all life is." Earth made the same movements again, golden tracks of magic spun through the air. She placed her hands on the ground and a plant rose from the spot again. Lucy tried again, but nothing happened. "Don't worry. It is a hard art to master. Just keep trying and you'll make it there." She said encouragingly. 

Lucy once again closed her eyes and tried again. Earth watched in surprise as golden specks formed as she moved. Lucy placed her hands on the dirt floor and a plant finally sprouted. "Congratulations! You are the first demigod that I have met that was able to successfully do that little trick so quickly. Most people take months or even years to learn, but I'd expect nothing less from the daughter of Layla." She complimented. "Does this mean I'm done for the day?" Lucy asked skeptically. "Yes. Go find your boyfriend. He's probably waiting for you at the cottage." Earth commented, closing her eyes again. 

"He's not my boyfriend. Or at least not yet." Lucy answered. "What do you mean?" Earth asked, hazel eyes still closed. "Well, I was thinking about my relationship with Natsu again. I think that I really do like him now that I've thought about it. We've known each other for years and I feel so close to him." She paused. "But I know Natsu will never take the initiative. He's not that kind of guys. And he's pretty oblivious anyways, but I was thinking about asking him to a date tonight." Lucy explained. Earth opened her eyes. 

"I'm so proud of you for taking the initiative. You are a strong woman. I hope it works out with you and your boyfriend." She closed her eyes again. Lucy opened her mouth to speak, but changed her mind and walked away toward the cottage.
