Hannah's POV

Ben and Dad went to the beach today... it's been hours and neither has come back. I walk into Ben's room and see his game on. He plays the game no more... after he got to this one level... he stopped. I asked him things like if it got too hard or anything but he would shrug me off saying that i didn't have to worry. Dad was furious with us after our yelling at one another the other day. He Nearly broke my leg but Ben took the attention of me with a beer bottle. My leg was hurting for awhile but it stopped now and all i have is a big bruise. Ben is so protective and... reckless now after his birthday. I don't know what happened either. Dad and Ben come through the door and Ben is soaked. I walk him up the stairs to the bathroom and Dad almost immediately pulls me down.

"WHAT DID I TELL YOU?!"

"You didn't tell me any-"

"DON'T TALK BACK TO ME LITTLE GIRL!" He pushes me and i land face first onto the carpet.

I get up and force myself to go up the stairs, even though it hurts to after that fall. I reach the top and Ben is already in the bathroom. It's weird because i feel as if they are not even here... what am i thinking? Did that blow to the head cause me to have some mental issue? why would i think they are not their if they are right in front of me!

Week Later... Cops POV

Me and my partner come up to the house.

"You sure she left?" I ask him and he nods.

"This house is abandoned... The father was found dead at the lake in the forest and son never found... neither the daughter." He explains to me and i nod.

"So an intruder?"

"Correct code 15."

I'm still in training but i'm getting better. We enter the house. We both almost immediately hear noise in i think the children's bedrooms. We both nod to each other and go up. We open the door to see a little girl talking to herself.

"What do you mean Ben?" She asks the air as if a person were their.

My partner and i loosen up and go in.

"Hi..." My partner says to her.

She turns but not before shushing the wind.

"Why are you here? Did Dad get into trouble finally? Ben did you tell them? That was a huge risk!" She says her face brightening.

Me and my partner make a face behind her back.

"Come on you and-" My partner thinks for a second
"and Ben have to come with us."

She gets up reaching her hand, i guess she was pulling up this Ben guy. She still has her hand out as if holding his hand as we went downstairs and out of the house. I open the car door for her and she climbs in, not after waiting a few seconds. We close off the window in the middle so the girl can't hear us.

"Who is that?" I ask my partner.

"That's Hanna.... she's the missing girl." He says and i am shocked.

"You mean she's imagining that her family is still-"

"With her? Yeah... but did you see her head? I'm bringing her to the hospital. Call Hen." He says to me and i nod.

I pull out my phone and call.
