My mouth is always open

From my mouth there is a smile but...

I wish my mouth was closed

That I wouldn't speak

That I would only write or walk

If my mouth was closed

I would be at peace with myself

My breath wouldn't bother anyone

And my parents wouldn't have to deal with me complaining

My hunger wouldn't be there

I would have no way to eat or drink

But I wouldn't care

It's better for everyone
