Luckily before I could join the headlock Sakura had placed Naruto under, I had escaped. She laughed out a forced apology while punching Naruto's head.

My eye twitched in annoyance. Not only was she making a scene, but she decided it was her place to hurt Naruto. Why did she always think it was okay to hit him?

Around then another ninja came walking up to us. He wore big round glasses and had grayish white hair. Though he acted nice, I just couldn't get rid of the bad feeling I had around him. It was something in his eyes, it wasn't sincere.

He smiled a sickly sweet smile. "Hey you're the rookies right?" In response we nodded. He paused and looked around at the people surrounding us. "Well, you may want to keep it down."

He stopped again, then rubbed his head sheepishly. "I should probably introduce myself, My name's Kabuto Yakushi. This is my seventh year taking these exams-" I raised an eyebrow as I interrupted him.

"So you much be one crappy ninja, I mean taking the chunin exams seven times." I scuffed when his eye twitched.

Finding whatever information he had not important, I looked toward the competition.

My attention was dragged back to Kabuto as he pulled out a card with a familiar face. On the card that Kabuto had a certain red haired ninja on it. "That's Gaara!" I muttered as I gained Kabuto's attention again.

"Um, who are you again?" He asked narrowing his eyes for a second before plastering his fake kind look again.

"I'm Yuki Okami." I answered. My attention went to Naruro, who was standing beside me.

Grinning I jumped on his back, making him stumble a little. His eyes widened as he looked back at me.

"H-Hey Yuki-chan! What are you doing?"Naruto asked, his face turning red.

"Well Naruto-kun, I believe it's called a sneak attack. Hey your face is red again!" I felt his forehead. "Are you sure you don't have a fever?"

I was cut off by a sound ninja attacking Kabuto. It had looked like he had not been hit, yet he vomited up blood. Perhaps he is sick?

I squinted my eyes at them. Well I guess maybe he used sound waves or something, I mean they are from the sound village. I just shrugged it off, I didn't like Kabuto so I wasn't bothered to defend him.

Just then some guy with scars showed up, he broke up their fight. "I'm Ibiki and I will be your proctor for the written test."

As soon as he said that I felt my eyes widen. I was never told about a written test! Why did my mom have to leave that part out?!

Looking towards Naruto, I realized I wasn't the only one panicking. The poor Uzumaki was white as a ghost. Don't you fail us now, Naruto!

I looked down at my test, if I was right we were suppose to cheat. Why else would Ibiki tell us that if we were caught cheating points would be deducted. Last I checked if a person is caught cheating, their whole test is voided.

Besides that, if I looked over these questions I found that they only got more difficult the further I got. They couldn't expect a genin to actually be able to answer these questions.

This was way to easy, I activated my Tensai then switched it to the Uchiha's Sharingan. I searched for someone who seemed to be writing with ease. As soon as I spotted him I copied his writing.

Once I was done I figured I could look to see who was on my side. I turned my Tensai off, my eyes returning to their normal green color. I flipped my paper over then glanced to my left to see Kabuto. He must have seen my eye's turn into the Sharingan, because he was giving me a questioning look.

I sent him a quick sweet glance, before I looked to my right. Judging from the headband, he was a mist ninja.

I looked to my front to see Gaara was the one who was sitting in front of me the entire time. He had the same look of loneliness that Naruto had before we became friends, but Gaara's was worse.

He reminded me of Naruto, only he did not have anyone to help him. Naruto could have been like him. I just wish I knew more about him. If there was anything I could do to erase that deep loneliness.

I felt my eyes grow droopy. I laid my head down on the table for a nap. I'll wake up when they give out the tenth question.

Kabuto's POV

So this is the child of Mai Suishou. The last member of the Okami clan. I smirked, not only did she have the Tensai, but she was the daughter of a strong ninja. Orochimaru may be more interested in Yuki rather than Sasuke. After all, if used correctly the Tensai can far surpass the Sharingan.

Yes, Orochimaru will be pleased if I tell him the news. Our only problem would be that she is not likley to go to him like Sasuke is. She does not seek out revenge like the Uchiha. Okami's were never known to want revenge, unlike the long history of Uchiha's.

It is certain that she won't go willingly. Though I'm sure that will not stop Orochimaru from getting what he wants.

I looked down at her. I blinked, why is she sleeping? They were going to announce the tenth question any minute. I may as well wake her up. Just as I lowered my hand to her she shot up. I blinked as I turned away as Ibiki announced the tenth question.

Yuki's POV

I watched as multiple people walked out the room. I was completely confused as to why they would raise their hands and leave. I had been half asleap while Ibiki had explained everything. I almost stopped breathing when Naruto raised his hand. From what I have seen people who were giving up were raising their hands.

I smiled proud when he slammed his hand down. "I don't give up! I don't care if I'm a genin my whole life I'll still become Hokage!" He continued to give a speech about how he would not give in. To say he inspired other's was an understatment, before everyone was quivering with fear, now they all sat with confident.

"Any More?" Ibiki asked looking around.

When nobody raised their hands he smiled. "I'm happy to announce that you have all passed the first exam."

As he went to explain to everyone about the reasons why we passed I could sense another chakra coming. Suddenly Ibiki was interupted by a woman busting the window open. She held a banner and wore a trench coat, with fishnets underneath.

"Don't get too excited! I'm Anko your next procter." She smiled.

"Um, Anko, your early again." Ibiki whispered to her causing her to sweatdrop.

"All right Maggot's follow me to the second part of your exam!" She yelled, much like a hyper Naruto would.

Everyone got up and started to follow her. I got up but jogged to catch up with her. "Um, Anko." I asked gaining her attention.

She looked down at me. "What?"

"I would like you to meet my sensei, Kakashi. That way you two could start being on time." I smiled, she laughed.

"What's you name?" She asked.

"It's Yuki Okami." She nodded.

"Okay Yuki, get back with your team." Her voice held amusment.

I ran back to my team. "Yuki, what were you doing?" Sakura asked.

"Oh, just telling Anko that she needs to meet Kakashi, maybe then they can be on time." I stated smiling at them.

I turned to Naruto. "So Naruto-kun we are a step closer to our dreams!" He shouted his "Dattebayo!" as an answer. His nerves must be getting to him, I then noticed that we were approuching a forest with warning signs all over it.

Anko stopped and turned to us. "This is the forest of death, a very sutiable name." She seemed to enjoy some people almost wetting their pants just at the name.

"You guys will be spending five days in that forest-" Anko was cut off by Choji.

"What about food!" He munched on some chips as he spoke.

Anko laughed " There is plenty of food for you to eat in there, you just have to hunt for it and hope it's not poisonous. Anyway you will each get one scroll, half of you a earth the other half of you a heaven-."

"Wait that means that only half of us will pass!" Sakura yelled.

Anglo smirked "Yes, if you're lucky enough to even have half of you pass. There are many monstrous animals in that forest. Within those five days you need to get the other scroll. When you have both scrolls you will proceed to the middle of the forest. There a building will stand, you get both scrolls and you pass. Also you have to come with all of your team members surviving otherwise you will not pass."

I tried not to laugh as Naruto mocked her, his hands on his hips. Though that must have annoyed her as kunai shot out at him, cutting him on the cheek. Our eyes widned. Anko appeared in front of Naruto and I, she licked his cheek.

"People like you are the first to go normaly." I narrowed her eyes at her. Like I would let anything happen to Naruto.

I almost gagged when I saw a long tounge hand back the kunai to Anko.

"I believe this kunai belongs to you." The woman hissed.

Anko gave a bone chilling smile, "Thank you, but I suggest that you not stand this close to me. People who do normaly end up dead."

"My apologies, I just get excited over the sight of blood." The lady looked at Sasuke like a piece of food.

Shikamaru then asked, "Hey once we are in there can we just, quit?"

Anko rolled her eyes "No you can't, just like you can't quit in the middle of a battle. Unless you want to die anyway."

Shikamaru sighed "This is such a drag."

Anko then held papers out to us. "Now I need you guys to sign these pappers. That way I'm not responsible for any deaths, and believe me there will be." I sweatdropped at her comment.

We all signed the contract then headed out to get out scroll. After we got it we walked to our gate where we would wait until they opened the gates.
