I made it and I say it randomly throughout the day, especially when I light a candle, wash my hands, or finish something that makes me proud. I feel like it's helping me more if I say it throughout the day rather than once or twice a morning/night, but you can do whatever you want!
This is random, but I just wanted to say really quickly that I want my wings to look similar to a golden eagle because it is one of my spirit guides. Ok cool I got that out. Time to blare subliminals and go to sleep. Night, all y'all.
