What do we screen?

The screening process can take some time, depending on how much each community profile is involved in doing. These are the things we screen for:

1. Activity - Is the CommPro active?

While we love to see new community profiles being created, we need at least some activities to vet the profile, such as Award books, Graphic Shops, Book Clubs, etc. A simple guidebook won't be enough for us, though it is equally important.

2. No breach of Terms of Services or Content Guidelines.

We hope that you understand that our hub shouldn't be involved with communities that breach Wattpad's Policies. When you apply, bear in mind that if your community violates one of Wattpad's Policies, we will report them. 3. Our Guidelines

We want the communities within our hub to exhibit a level of professionalism and engage the Wattpad community with love and care and promote a standard within communities.

Vote Trading

Whilst vote trading is not banned, it is frowned upon. This includes votes as payment in any form, e.g. for a service, "I'll write a review if you vote on X chapters of my work", votes as rewards, or exchange votes. Isn't it better to earn votes with honesty and feel appreciated for the work put into the work? If your community is involved with vote trading, your community will not be granted membership.

Payment for services

While we of course believe credit is given where credit is due, we do not allow any form of payment for any services or to be able to join in certain activities. This includes but is not limited to, comments, follows, votes, shoutouts, and added to public reading lists. Users should be free to choose to do these things of their own volition, not forced to because they need or want help. What can be required as payment is credit for the services, e.g. mention in the story details page, username added to the graphic, etc.
