Ironwood is seen back at Crane's medical facility as a few plumbers were working and sees the tanks that had Crane's toxin.

Ironwood: Did they get any of these into the mains?

Plumber: Yeah. 

Ironwood: Then we have to notify the water company. There's gotta be a way to isolate the flow.

Plumber: No. They put everything in. They must've been at this for weeks. Vale's water supply is now laced with it.

Ironwood: Why haven't we felt the effects yet?

Plumber: Must be a compound that has to be absorbed through the lungs. 

(Scene Change)

Back at the Batcave, Glynda then starts to wake up.

Batman: How do you feel?

Glynda turns her head to see Batman. 

Glynda: Where are we? Why did you bring me here?

Batman: If I hadn't, your mind would now be lost. You were poisoned.

Glynda: It was --

She tries to get up. 

Glynda: It was Dr. Crane.

Batman goes to her and sets her back down.

Batman: Rest. Ozpin and Ironwood have Crane now.

Glynda: Are you friends with them?

Batman: I don't have the luxury of friends. 

Batman then starts giving her some instructions. 

Batman: I'm gonna give you a sedative. You'll wake up back at Beacon. When you do, get these to Ozpin, Ironwood, and the teams you are close with. But to them only. Trust no one. 

Glynda: What are they? 

Batman: The antidote. One for each of them to inoculate themselves, and the last one for mass production.

Glynda: Mass production?

Batman: Crane was just a pawn. We need to be ready. 

He gives her the sedative and Glynda goes back to sleep. Batman goes to his desk as he removes his cowl to reveal his face.

(Scene Change) 

(Y/N) comes out of the secret entrance, dressed up formally but doesn't have his jacket. But Alfred was there and didn't look very pleased. 

Alfred: When you told me your grand plan for saving Vale...the only thing that stopped me from calling the men in white coats was when you said it wasn't about thrill-seeking. 

(Y/N): It's not.

Alfred: Then what would you call that?

He points to the TV with news on that captured the whole chase.

(Y/N): Damn good television. 

Alfred: It was a miracle no one was killed.

(Y/N): I didn't have time to observe the rules of the road, Alfred. 

Alfred: You're starting to get lost inside this monster of yours. 

(Y/N): I'm using this monster to help other people.

Alfred: But when it comes to helping others, you need to first help yourself. 

(Y/N): It was Glynda Goodwitch, Alfred. She was about to die! *sighs* She's downstairs, sedated. I need you and Damien to bring her back home. 

(Y/N) reaches for his jacket and puts it on. 

Alfred: I understand you care for her and the others at Beacon, but what you're doing is beyond that. It can't be personal, or you're just a vigilante.

(Y/N): Is Fox still there?

Alfred: Yes, Sir.

(Y/N): I think I might be late.

Alfred: They are Mr. Earle's guests and you are his special one. You are (Y/N) Wayne. You have a name to maintain. 

(Y/N): I don't care about my name!

Alfred: It's not just your name, Sir. It's Thomas's name.

(Y/N) stops in the hallway and looks at him.

Alfred: And it's all that's left of him. Don't destroy it.

(Y/N): *sighs* I know, Alfred. But I wasn't born a Wayne.

He then goes to his Ferrari and sits on the driver's seat.

(Y/N): (I was born a (L/N). A regular boy to the son of an abusive grunt.)

He starts the engine and drives to Wayne Tower.

(Scene Change)

At the ballroom, Mr. Earle is seen holding a glass of champagne to the employees of Wayne Tower. 

Mr. Earle: I hereby propose a toast. To not only my great work as CEO, and not to just (Y/N) Wayne having a successful start.

The guests laughed while (Y/N) showed an amused smirk.

Mr. Earle: But to all of you. For making this company soar into a new generation of greatness. So I would love to say for all of us: Congratulations.

Guests: Cheers!

The toast was done and the party has officially started. 

(Y/N): Mr. Earle.

Mr. Earle: Congratulations, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Thank you. You as well. How did the stock offering go?

Mr. Earle: Prices soared. 

(Y/N): Who was buying?

Mr Earle: All kinds of funds and brokerages. It's a bit technical. The key thing is...our company's future is secure.

(Y/N): Great.

(Scene Change)

At the holding cell of the V.C.P.D., Ironwood and Ozpin are seen interrogating Crane in a strait jacket. 

Ozpin: What was the plan, Crane? How were you gonna get your toxin into the air?

Crane: Scarecrow... Scarecrow...

Ironwood: Tell us! Who were you working for, Crane?

Crane: Oh, it's too late. You can't stop it now.

Ironwood then shakes his head in mild stress as him and Ozpin left. 

(Scene Change)

Back at the party, (Y/N) is seen sitting by the bar and Lucius appeared and offered him a virgin margarita mocktail.

Lucius: Here. Congratulations, (Y/N).

 (Y/N): Thank you. Thanks. And thank you for that item. 

Lucius: You're welcome. I know you'll put it to good use. 

(Y/N): I already have. Um, how long would it take to manufacture it on a large scale.

Lucius: Weeks. Why?

(Y/N) huddled a bit and spoke silently to each other. 

(Y/N): Somebody's planning to disperse the toxin by using the kingdom's water supply.

Lucius: But the water supply won't help you disperse an inhalant.

(Y/N): But unless... *shocked* (Of course...)

Lucius: Unless you have a microwave emitter powerful enough...

(Y/N): ...To vaporize the water in the mains.

(Y/N) then finishes his drink and instructs Lucius what to do.

(Y/N): Listen, I need you to go back to Wayne Enterprises now and start making more of that antidote. Both the police and the military are gonna need as much as they can get their hands on. 

Lucius: My security clearance has been revoked. 

(Y/N): Well, that would not stop a man like you , now would it?

Lucius: I suppose not.

(Y/N) gets a message on his phone and reads it. He shows an expression of shock and mild fright as he rushes out of the ballroom. 

(Scene Change)

(Y/N) arrives at Wayne Manor and parks his Ferrari by the stairs. He gets out of the car and runs up the stairs and goes through the front door.

(Y/N): Alfred?! I'm here. Alfred!

???: Tell me, is Ra's Al Ghul long-living?

He hears a voice.

???: Are his methods supernatural?

(Y/N) slowly turns around and sees a man he never thought would see again.

(Y/N): Or just covered tactics to find me, Ra's?

Ra's: *smiles* Surely a man who spends his night gliding over the rooftops of Vale...wouldn't begrudge me to expose myself. 

(Y/N): I spared your life and the League.

Ra's: I warned you about compassion, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Your quarrel is with me. Leave the kingdom out of this.

Ra's: The apple has fallen too far from the tree, Mr. Wayne. Amusing. But pointless. None of those people have to live. Your antics at the asylum made me force my hand.

(Y/N) looks around and sees four other enforcers.

(Y/N): So Crane was working for you.

Ra's: His toxin is derived from the organic compound found in our blue flowers. He was able to weaponize it.

(Y/N): He's not a member of the League of Shadows?

Ra's: *chuckles* Of course not. He thought our plan was to hold the kingdom at ransom. 

(Y/N): But, really, you are gonna release Crane's poison on the city. Then watch Vale tear itself apart from fear. You're gonna destroy millions of lives, Ra's!

Ra's: Only a cynical man would call what these people have "lives", Wayne. Crime. Despair. This is not how man was supposed to live. 

(Y/N): Your point?

Ra's: The League of Shadows has been a check againist man's corruption...since the beginning of civilization. We sacked Mistral. Loaded trade ships with plague rats. Brought Vacuo to the ground. Every time a civilization reaches the pinnacle of its decadence...

The enforcers then started destroying the furniture. 

Ra's: ...we return to restore the balance. Vale isn't beyond saving.

(Y/N): Give me more time. There are good people here!

Ra's: You're defending a kingdom so corrupt...we have infiltrated every level of its infrastructure.

(Scene Change) 

Two policemen are seen walking over the dead body of a guard as they opened Crane's mask and threw the Scarecrow mask in front of him. 

Cop(Disguised): Time to play.

The other cop opened the cells of the medical facility and the inmates escaped into the Narrows from the hole created by a controlled explosion. 

(Scene Change)

Ra's: When Adam found you in that alley, you were lost. But I believed in you. I took away your fear, cleansed you of your past. And I showed a path you were meant to take. You were my greatest student. 

The enforcers then drench the furniture with gasoline.

Ra's: It should be you standing by my side, saving the world 

(Y/N) walks up to his mentor and stares at him, right in the eye. 

(Y/N): I'll be standing where I belong. Between you and the people of Vale.

Ra's: No one can save Vale, (Y/N).

They started torching the place.

Ra's: When a forest grows too wild, a purging fire in inevitable and natural. 

(Y/N) looks around as the fire starts to consume the Manor.

Ra's: Tomorrow, Remnant will watch in horror as one of its kingdoms destroys itself. The movement back to harmony will be unstoppable this time.

(Y/N): You've attacked Vale before?

Ra's: Of course. How do you think the Great War happened? Over the ages, our weapons evolved to be more sophisticated. With Vale, we tried a new one: Economics. But we underestimated the certain of Vale's citizens...just like the Waynes. 

The fire started getting stronger. 

Ra's: Killed by one of the people that believed in them. Create enough hunger and greed, and everyone becomes a criminal. Their deaths galvanized the kingdom into saving itself...and Vale has limped on ever since. We are back to finish the job, Mr. Wayne. And this time, no misguided idealists will get in our way. 

Ra's then walks up to his former student.

Ra's: Like Thomas Wayne, you just lack the courage of doing what is necessary. If someone stands in the way of true justice...you walk up to them and stab them in the heart!

(Y/N): I am gonna stop you, Ra's!

Ra's: *shakes his head* You never did learn...to mind your surroundings!

Ra's draws his Cane Sword and attacks (Y/N). Wayne tries to fight back, but Ra's kicked him in the gut to get caught by a pillar, falling on him and knocking him out.

Ra's: Justice is balance. You burned my home and left me for dead. Consider us even.

Ra's and his enforcers left in a SWAT truck and let the fire consume (Y/N) and Wayne Manor.
