You walk into the arena hours before Smackdown Live starts. You drop off your bags in your assigned locker room, inside the locker room was Buddy Murphy and Samoa Joe like usual.

Buddy tries to speak up but you can't talk as you're in a hurry.

Travis: "Sorry Murphy but I gotta bail and find out what's on my agenda for tonight."

You say as you close the door and start walking towards the production area and run into Shane McMahon.

Shane: "Hey Travis! How's your night going?"

Travis: "Well now I'm on the right track and doing better".

Shane: "Well good because Jeff Hardy will be doing an Open Challenge for the United States Championship and we've wrote you in to win".

Travis: "Wow my first title shot, thank you. But I have a question? Why is he dropping the title so early?"

Shane: "Well Jeff's having some back issues and is getting some time off."

Travis: "Well that's unfortunate for him, hope he geta back on his feet soon".

Shane: "Don't worry about Jeff, he's a tough guy, but its time to focus on your match".

Travis: "We'll thank you for this opportunity, I won't let you down".

Travis shakes Shanes hand and walks to catering and sees Becky Lynch and Charlotte sitting down at a table. He walked up and pulled a chair up next to Charlotte.

Travis: "Hey how's it going you two?"

Charlotte & Becky: "Hey Travis"

Travis: "So what's on todays schedule between you two?"

Becky: "I'll be back, I'm going to grab a water, does anyone want one while I'm up?"

Travis: "Sure I'll take one thanks!"

Becky walks away from the table and Travis just stares at her until she turns the corner. Charlotte noticed him staring at her and snapped her fingers at Travis and spoke up.

Charlotte: "Does Travis have a crush on Becky?"

Travis: "Does she have a boyfriend?"

Charlotte: "She hasn't had a boyfriend in two years."

Travis: "We'll that's good news to me, I think I like her more than a friend Charlotte, but don't tell her I said that".

Charlotte: "Ok you didn't hear this from me but Becky has always liked you, you know more than a friend".

Travis: "Wait really?"

Charlotte: "Yeah she was talking about you when you had your injury 2 months ago".

Becky comes back with 2 waters and sita down as Travis and Charlotte are deep into conversation. She sat down and questioned what was going on.

Becky: "So what are you two talking about?:

Charlotte: "You".

Travis: "Dammit Charlotte".

Becky: "Oh really now? Whats going on then?"

Travis panicked a bit and decided to fake a phone call to get out of that area

Travis: "Hey I gotta take this, It's the interview I have scheduled so I'll talk to you two later".

Charlotte and Becky said a quick bye and Becky watched Travis leave and drifted into deep thought.

Charlotte started to talk but didn't notice until she asked her a question and Becky didn't respond. She looked at her for a good minute and snapped her outta that deep stare.

Charlotte: "Earth to Becky". (Snapping her fingers)

Becky: "Oh sorry, I was just looking at the food they brought in".

Charlotte looks over at the staff and didn't see any food. She knew now that she was staring at Travis and questioned her.

Charlotte: "So Becks? How badly you thinking of Travis?"

Becky: "I'm not thinking of him".

Charlotte: "Becky I'm not stupid, I see the way you look at him, or the way you move around to make yourself look good when he walks by".

Becky: "What are you talking about?"

Charlotte: "Listen when you walkes away, he confessed on how much he likes you. I think you should talk to him about it".

Becky: "We'll there's a bar in the hotel we're both staying in, maybe I'll ask him to a drink".

Charlotte: "We'll don't keep me up if you bring him back to our room". She said laughing and Becky gave her a friendly punch on the shoulder. Suddenly they see Travis run back into catering and run past. They we're curious on what's going on and follow him.

They catch up to Travis who is packing his bag and getting ready to leave in a rental car. They walk up and see that he looks like he's in shock.

Charlotte: "Travis where you going?"

Becky: "Is everhthing alright".

Travis looks up at both of them with tears in his eyes. He got out of the car and they both hugged them still questioning whats going on.

Travis: I got a phone call saying that one of my best friends from back home passed away.

They both look at eachother and comfort him while he crys. Charlotte suddenly looks at the clock and notices that shes got a match in 5 minutes.

Charlotte: "Listen Travis I'm very sorry to hear about your friend but I have a match and I gotta leave for gorilla, Becky please makes sure he gets back to the hotel ok".

She hugs him one more time and runs off. Now its just Becky and Travis standing around trying to figure something to do with this situation. Becky grabbed his arm and looked into his eyes and wiped his tears away.

Becky: "Hey everything will be ok, do you want to go back to the hotel?"

Travis: "Don't you have a match later tonight?"

Becky: "Not tonight, schedule changed at the last second".

Becky looked at Travis and asked if he wanted company tonight? Maybe to help calm him down. Travis agreed that being alone in this situation is not healthy. They loaded up there bags in the car and Becky started to drive back to the hotel. She glimpsed over and saw Travis looking at pictures of him and his friend when they where in high school and decided to break the silence.

Becky: "So how close were you two?"

Travis: I've known him since Kindergarten and we did everything together, he was basically my brother I never had. He followed my career since I started in a small gym in Boston."

Becky could see and hear in his voice that he was choked up and hit him hard. She pulled up to the hotel and they got out and grabbed there bags, she turned around and saw Travis on the curb with his head in his hands. She walked up and rubbed his back and he stood up and hugged her, she hugged back and they stood there for a while until it started to rain. They walkes into the hotel and checked in and headed for the elevator. Travis pushed the button and looked at Becky and she asked

Becky: "Hey do you want to hang out for a while? It's better to have someone with you during grief."

Travis: "I'd like that".

They reach the floor there rooms are on and start to walk down the hall. Becky checks her phone to see a text from Charlotte saying.

"Hey how's he doing? He didn't seem like he was taking it well when you called."

She replied. "Yeah were going to his room right now and im gonna try to calm him down"

Charlotte responded almost instantly saying. "We'll keep me updated on him and have a good night."

They reached there rooms which were next to each other and Becky walks into her room to drop off her bags and close the door behind her. She knocks on Travis's door and he let her in. She walked in and sat on the bed with him, he started off by telling her the best stories of them when they were little kids. He showed her photos of them when they were little up to graduation of high school and he started to tear up again. Becky saw and hugged him and she told him

Becky: "It's ok, crying helps deal with this situation"

After about 2 hours Travis seemed pretty calm and started to talk to Becky normally and told her what was going on back home and that he was gonna leave for the week to be with family. She agreed and gave him her number to have her call anytime or text her for someone to talk too. She was about to leave when Travis asked her to stay a bit longer.

Becky: "Sure I'll stay for maybe another hour but then we'll have to go to bed soon."

Travis: "That's fine with me, you make me feel better when you're around me Becky".

In Becky's mind she was freaking out that he felt that way. She thought "Man I thought I was as crazy that he liked me".

After 3 hours of talking and laughing they said there goodnights and Travis finally fell asleep. In Beckys room she layed in bed until Charlotte got home and she said what was going on with him and how hes gonna get time off for this. After about an hour of talking she fell asleep.

The Next Day

Travis woke up and took a early flight back to Boston while Becky and Charlotte drove to the next event.
