No this is not a reaction
This is a theory alright
It's actually one that I've wondered about for a while concerning Ghost
AND I THINK IT JUST GOT PROVED CORRECT!!

So at 7:46 about Kim gets pulled into her own mind because Ghost wanted to confirm Lucinda's suspicion right
And although her face was blank and her clothes were rags...
I JUST watched the arc where Zane kidnapped Emmalyn in MCD.
Ghost has the SAME voice and bangs as Emmalyn.
Therefore, it would make sense to assume Ghost is MCD Emmalyn!

She said she died for the one she loved, and his name was Zane. Now I know this is not quite  correct because TECHNICALLY Kenmur died for Emmalyn and she loved him but she went with ZANE because she thought that her presence was only going to get people killed.
Now Ghost does not remember her past, only very few pieces. That pretty much sums up what she remembers in those last statements.
There is this thing called the Stolkholm syndrome I believe, in which a captive that is held in close quarters for extended periods of time with their captor can start to feel like their captor is not their captor and is actually a friend or lover or at least cares about them. I started thinking about this when I was watching the parts in MCD when Zane had kidnapped Emmalyn. The way she was acting so comfortable reminded me of that.
Therefore, plus Ghost's missing memories, is could be safe to say that Ghost is MCD Emmalyn and that MCD and MyStreet are in the same universe but THOUSANDS of years apart!

Please note: I haven't watched ALL the series I've only gotten about one episode after Kenmur died. Also I know this is super late I thought I published this the day after the video was released or something but apparently NOT-
