Four weeks out of the twelve came and went and the girls managed to somehow keep their texting with Bangtan a secret. Jimin, Jungkook, and V had to be extra careful of not only their manager, but of Jin as well who was all too perceptive. On more than one occasion he very nearly caught them, leaving Jungkook to have to make up a convincing lie in the moment. He was quick on his toes for the most part, though one time Jin hadn't fell for his lie and he questioned them about why they were always on their phones at the same time.

"I just think it's weird that the three of you text on your phones at the same time," he'd said to them after Jimin, V and Jungkook did their best to convince him nothing was amiss.

"We're only talking to each other. Nothing else Hyung," Jimin said.

"Can't you talk in real life? We see each other all the time," Jin replied, honestly dumbfounded.

"See that's exactly why Hyung, talking in real life is boring. We always talk in real life. This way is much more fun," Jungkook explained in his most reasonable voice.

V nodded at Jungkook's very plausible explanation. Jungkook was very good at deceiving people. A little too good actually, but right now it was to their advantage so he had no complaints.

Jin finally let it drop and they continued on with no one the wiser. Every day they spent talking to the girls the more they liked them, and also the better their abilities in the English language became which was the original point, though no longer the reason for their extended communication.

Amani was really enjoying her new found friendship with V, Jimin and Jungkook. She realized that she understood Jungkook with hardly any trouble at all. He was a lot like Maya - the way she was the baby of the family was very similar to Jungkook's position as the "maknae" of the group. She found herself treating him like a little brother and he didn't seem to mind, he even called her "Noona."

She was also pleased to see that she related to V very well. His sentiments and thoughts about things were in tune to the way she felt about things and life in general. Whatever they talked about, she always ended up saying "Really? Me too!" It was nice to be able to connect with him on such a complete level.

Jimin was such a complex personality and getting to know him was perhaps the most interesting of all, but she really wished that she could get to know Suga in the same way. Her feelings about him hadn't changed over the weeks. If anything they were all the more confusing and defined as the days went on. Talking to the three younger members made her wish for more.

Maya wasn't as active in the chat group as her sister, but she talked to the three younger members often, especially to Jimin. She found in him a kindred spirit and communicating with him was effortless. This was great because she usually found it difficult to really talk to people, except to her sister. It was nice to have someone else to talk to for once.

Maya noticed that Jungkook would constantly try to take her attention from Jimin in the chat. She didn't know what to think or do about that. Honestly she liked Jungkook and Jimin equally, it was just that Jimin talked a lot about the things that she found interesting in compound with how easy it was for her to talk to him, but Jungkook was really sweet. She liked him truly. Maya was starting to feel like she was in a tug of war between the two though and she didn't care for that too much.

"To be honest I don't like it either. I don't know why they are doing it, but they need to quit the nonsense," Amani told her in disapproving irritation, shoving a handful of popcorn in her mouth. For real though, they needed to cut the foolery out.

"I don't know why I'm eating this...I don't even like popcorn."

Maya shrugged her shoulders. Who knew why people ate the things they claimed to dislike.

"I wish they would stop too. It makes me feel like I'm coming between them and it's a little uncomfortable," she confessed to her sister in all honesty, taking a few pieces of popcorn into her fingers. She liked popcorn.

That made sense to Amani. Feeling like the middle man was never ideal. She had no advice to give her sister other than to continue to be herself. It was generic advice but fool proof in most situations so it was good enough to Maya.

They were still eating and conversing when Amani's phone blinked.

"Hey it's the boys again!" Maya said happily as she scooped up her sister's phone and checked the notification. She passed it to her sister who took it a bit forcefully.

"I know you've become acquainted with my phone and all but it's still mines Maya," she explained slowly as if speaking slower would relay the point more clearly. Everyone knew how she felt about people just touching her phone. The point was taken by Maya who apologized with a bland "sorry."

"V is asking if we want to hang out?" Amani read the messages in surprised confusion. Did he mean hang out like hang out in real life hang out or over the chat? She voiced this question out loud to Maya, who wasn't sure what V meant by it no better.

"He can't mean in real life can he? I mean because the contract says we cant see them," Maya reasoned logically. She was sure V hadn't forgotten about the contract. She definitely hadn't forgotten it about.

"As if the contract matters at this point," Amani scoffed. They already violated it like, a thousand times already.

"I'll ask him what he means."

[Hang out how Tae? On the chat?]

She texted to the group.

[No not chat. Hang out outside.]

He replied.

He really meant it then, about hanging out. Despite themselves the girls got excited at the prospect of hanging out with Bangtan for real, like real friends.

[Can we do that? Won't we get in trouble?]-Amani

They managed to ask this question past their excitement. It seemed like a fun idea, but they were still conscious of the importance of being careful. Getting caught would bring way too many consequences so they had to be vigilant.

[No one know only Jungkook and Jimin and you girls. Jungkook show place secret from everybody.]- Taehyung

Maya and Amani shared excited looks with each other. Of course Jungkook would know of a hidden place. He had told them he liked exploring unexplored places. If they could manage to leave without anyone caching on just maybe they could pull it off.

[Where should we meet?] -Amani

[We come to you in you street by park] -Taehyung

The park in question was less than a block down from their house. It was actually the perfect meeting place. Getting there would be quick and easy and it was the last place their mom would be suspicious of them going to. They agreed to meet up there in an hour.

Maya didn't waste a lot of time on choosing clothes. She didn't know what to expect but her plain brown abaya and hijab was practical enough for just about any occasion.

Amani in contrast spent noticeably longer on her outfit, which she realized was because even though she knew she was only going to be hanging out with the three younger members, subconsciously she hoped Suga would end up coming too. It was unlikely yet she found herself dressing up for the possibility regardless. She just hoped Maya wouldn't notice and decide to make a comment about it.

Maya said nothing as they got dressed and shortly afterwards made their way to the door.

"Where are you two going?" Their mother asked the moment Amani reached for the knob. They both did their best to appear as neutral as possible.

"We want to hang out in the park for a little while," Amani told her mom as evenly as possible.

"Okay I don't mind, but you know you have to ask first before you just leave the house. You should take your brother with you," their mom strongly suggested. Oh no, they absolutely could not bring Ismael along. This had to be kept a secret from the family or else they'd be in so much trouble once they figured out everything they've been up to these past weeks.

Amani and Maya tried their best to convince their mom Ismael didn't really need to come, but for fear of her becoming suspicious their efforts could only be minimal. Miraculously she didn't press it and they made it out of the house without him, the pair sighing together in relief at the near miss.

"Dodged that bullet..." Amani muttered.

"You telling me," Maya agreed.

"Let's not stay out too long just in case Ummie decides to send him to find us anyway." That was probably a good idea. They walked as quickly as possible to the park, excitement bubbling with every step. They were gonna hang out with Bangtan!

*              *              *

Unlike the girls, the Bangtan Boys weren't as successful at sneaking out unnoticed. They made it all the way to the car, just to find Suga standing there waiting for them.

"Hyung! What? I mean, we're not....we were just...." the three stammered, caught by surprise. Suga smirked a superior lifting of his lips.

"You guys thought you could sneak away huh? Sorry to tell you but you kids aren't as clever as you think," he said, enjoying their discomfort at being discovered.

"We're not sneaking..." V said in denial. Suga scoffed.

"Please, I already know all about your little group chat with Ms Emeena's girls."

The three younger boys' mouths dropped. Suga knew all this time?! And he never said anything to Sejin Hyung about it? That was bizarre. It was a good thing though. If Sejin Hyung were to get wind of what they'd been doing no telling what would happen.

"How did you?...Never mind. Are you gonna tell on us now?" Jungkook asked, half pleading and half challenging. Suga made an exaggerated show of thinking it over. He wanted them to sweat a little. It was funny to watch them look so nervous. He wasn't cruel though - he wasn't going to rat them out.

"On one condition...." he said finally breaking the silence. Jungkook. Jimin, and V held their breath as they waited to hear would Yoongi Hyung would demand.

"You take me with you losers."

They let out the breath they were holding in a relieved rush. That wasn't so unreasonable. The loser comment was unnecessary Jimin felt, but he let it go. That was just how Suga was. The four left the villa without any further run ins and were pulling up to the park twenty minutes later.

The girls were already there. They spotted them easily enough in their abayas and hijabs. V pointed them out and Jimin who was driving let out two quick honks in succession.

The girls approached the slick BMW cautiously. They couldn't tell who was in the car and Amani read enough horror stories to know that you didn't just walk up to an unknown car. V stuck his head out and gave them a wave. The girls approached more easily once they were certain that it was Bangtan. Jungkook opened the back door and Maya and Amani climbed in. Amani let out a small gasp when she noticed Suga in the front seat.

She hadn't really anticipated that he would be here, after-all only Jimin, V and Jungkook knew about and were in the Whatsapp group, but there he was in all his silent glory. She was glad she went with her instincts to dress up a little. Suga looked back unhurriedly, then looked to the front again without any further acknowledgment to her presence. Her excitement lessened slightly.

Amani settled down between Maya and V, who had come around the other side of the passenger door to sit next to her, feeling bothered by Suga's lack of engagement with her. Her spirits had lifted at the sight of him, but he barely acknowledged her and that bothered her more than she thought it should.

"Hey Amani! Maya! I ah so happy to see you!" V greeted them warmly, giving Amani a big hug, catching her by surprise. She surprised herself even more by hugging him back. If only her mom could see her now, she'd be done for. She wasn't going to think about it though, she was resolved to having fun.

"Hey V! I'm happy to see you too. It's been forever since we last saw you guys."

Jimin said hi from the driver seat, giving them a smile through the rear-view mirror and Jungkook waved from the other side of Maya. He was excited to show the girls the hidden place he found out about. He was glad to be hanging out with the girls finally after weeks of only texting. He smiled at Maya who smiled back at him, causing him to smile even wider. Maya was noticing him! That was fantastic. For once he didn't have to compete with Jimin for her attention and he took advantage of that and spoke to her for most of the ride.

Suga kept his eyes forward as he listened to Amani talk to Taehyung. He wanted to say something to her but he never knew what to say, especially when she was socializing in a group setting. She was so full of conversation and energy and he was a person who didn't say much so he felt lost for words in front of her easy confidence. He also didn't have the same confidence that Taehyung had in English. He wished he could engage her the way V did. He did his best to not let their giggling and chatter bother him, though he wasn't sure why it bothered him so much. It just did, so he tried to ignore it.

"Where are we going Jimin?" Maya asked him from the backseat. She was curious as to where they were headed.

"I ah...don't know. Jungkook ah...he choose it," he replied apologetically.

"Is a nice placeu. Is adventure kind of placeu," Jungkook said excitedly from the window seat.

"I bet it's a stupid place," Suga muttered in Korean, but Jungkook heard him.

"Why do you call it stupid Hyung? If it's stupid why come with us in the first place?" he retorted, offended by Suga's attitude. Why did Yoongi Hyung always have to be so negative?

In the back Amani frowned. She could feel the negativity coming from Suga. Why was he upset? She didn't know what was being said, but Jungkook was obviously upset about something Suga had said. V looked from one to the other, trying to understand what was going on. Maya looked uncomfortable.

"Hyung, you did ask us to bring you," Jimin reminded him delicately. Jimin was ever the diplomat. Suga rolled his eyes and made no further comment. He knew he was being mean, besides it wasn't Jungkook he was irritated at but apologizing wasn't his style.

The nice adventurous place ended up being a large house that looked like it was build back in the 1800's. Despite it's obvious age there was something appealing yet horrifying about the structure. Maya and Amani took in the vista with apprehensive eyes. When V said they would hang out, this was not quite what they had in mind.

"What the hell is this place? Is this what you call nice?" Suga said derisively, unable to keep his distaste to himself. Really? An abandoned house? How was this nice?

"Yes. Is adventure Hyung," Jungkook replied to Suga's criticism in English.

Despite the creepiness of the place, everyone felt the thrill of excitement to go inside. Everyone except Suga that was.

"You guys are crazy. I'm not going in there. Only a crazy person would go in there," he protested loudly in Korean.

"What is he saying?" Amani asked V. Tae just shrugged his shoulders.

"He not want to come with useu."

Amani frowned. She was hoping Suga would come inside with them.

"Well all of us are crazy, because we're all going in," Jimin said while hopping out of the car, followed by Jungkook and V, then more slowly by Maya and Amani.

"Not me. I'm not. Be crazy by yourselves... I'm staying here," Suga grumbled.

"You sure you want to go in here Maya? We don't have to go in if you don't want to," Amani asked her sister, giving the building an askance appraisal. Maya assessed the house again. It was definitely creepy but she actually did want to go in, as irregular as it was for her to want to go inside a place like that.

"Yeah, let's go in."

Suga scowled at the group of idiots who were going to seriously explore that horrific place.

"When you all come running out of there, don't expect me to help any of you!" he called to them in Korean as they all went inside.

Losers. Why did he come anyway? He knew why. He wanted to see Amani again. Her bright smile and bouncy voice stayed in this thoughts the entire time since he talked to her four weeks ago. He barely could think about little else. He tried not to consider why that was the case too closely. She was just interesting to him, that's all.

Amani was in there with those idiot group members of his. What if she got hurt in there? Or got stuck somehow? Anything could happen in a place like that. Spurred by his fatalistic thoughts, he got out of the car cursing under his breath and followed the group into the house.
