Steven slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes. "I wonder if Pearl and Amethyst forgave me yet," he asked himself as he got off of his bed. He heard the temple door open and saw Pearl walk out, acting as if Steven weren't there. Steven's heart sank as Amethyst did the exact same thing. "Huh...I guess they haven't."

Steven let out a sigh of sadness as he looked at Garnet, who was looking at him. "Hi, Garnet," he quietly said, lifting his hand up as if he were waving.

Silence.

"Um, Garnet?"

She continued to ignore him, which made Steven feel horrible. "Well, I guess I'll go outside then," he said without showing any emotion whatsoever.

He opened the door and let the wind hit his face as he stepped out. "Nice day outside, isn't it?" He asked himself as he walked up to the beach. He sat down in the warm sand, staring at the ocean. "Why are the gems ignoring me? I did nothing wrong."

Tears filled his eyes, and they soon fell down his face. "Maybe...they don't like me anymore," his voice once again showed no emotion except for a tiny bit of sadness. He put his head in his knees and started to cry, and soon, his cries turned to laughs.
