"Hmm..." Cyndi thought for a moment
"Uh...is everything okay?" Nene asked as she noticed her expression
"Well...lately Nitski has been having trouble uh...dealing with her mother. I want to help her but...Nitski gets mad. I-it scares me..." Cyndi said as she trembled
"Let Nitski be. She has a bit of an anger issue which is also a struggle..." Hana said
"Do you know anything about her family?" Cyndi asked
"Not at all. She never shared that kind of thing to me. Maybe Matsuri knows a thing or two about that" Hana said
"Do you know where she is right now?" Nene asked
"Mm...well I saw her leave with her aunt. She probably took her to visit her mother or have a talk with her" Cyndi said
"I guess she just needs time to be alone and think. Nitski may be strong but she is a huge softie on the inside" Hana said
"Oh there she is" Nene said. Cyndi's ears perked up and turned around seeing the red fox slightly trembling a bit
"N-nitski you're back" Cyndi said as she stood up from her seat. Nitski walked towards Cyndi while holding her head down and soon leaned against her
"U-uh Nitski? Are you feeling okay?" Cyndi asked and Nitski shook her head. Cyndi sniffed her and sighed
"Did you went to drink again?" Cyndi asked
"...maybe" Nitski said and hugged her
"I told you not to drink this early" Cyndi said as she petted her head softly. Nitski shifted into her fox form and used her claws to cling onto Cyndi
"H-hey be careful" Cyndi said and Nitski climbed into her head
"Uh...I guess you'll be leaving now since you have to take care of Nitski" Hana said
"Y-yeah I guess so" Cyndi said
"Hey Nitski. You feeling alright?" Hana asked and Nitski stuck her tongue out
"I'll take that as a maybe" Hana said and leaned against Nene
"Bye Cyndi and I hope you feel better, Nitski" Nene said as she smiled a little
"Come on Nitski. Let me take you home" Cyndi said as she carried Nitski in her arms and walked away with her. Nitski pinned her ears down and wagged her tail slowly. Cyndi petted her head softly and got to her home where she found it emtpy
Seems like Hinria and Phila are out for a bit. That's good or else Nitski would've started to mess with them...
"Would you like to lay down or-" Nitski shifted back to normal and kissed her passionately
"Mmph?!" Cyndi exclaimed and Nitski pinned her down on the couch. The two girls kissed each other until Nitski finally broke the kiss
"N-nitski?" Cyndi asked as she blushed deeply and Nitski rested against her chest
"...I don't know what to do anymore" Nitski groaned as she pinned her ears down
"What did you do?" Cyndi asked
"I uh...did something stupid. I don't know why I brought up her kids but...mmgh...I just don't get why she is back okay? I don't care if she is happy with her family. I just...want her to leave me alone. She should only focus on her daughters and leave us alone...especially me. Juhin wants to bond but I...don't want nothing to do with her. I just hate her..." Nitski growled
"Have you spoken to your father about this?" Cyndi asked
"That old man gave me a fucking lecture..." Nitski said as she looked to the side
"And?" Cyndi asked
"Well...I guess it was a bit helpful but he is still an asshole. A bastard who deserves to fucking die" Nitski growled
"There there...you should give it time. Your mom is actually wanting to talk with you and have a bond with you again. She understands what mistake she did is unforgettable but she is doing her best to try and fix it. And maybe...you are jealous of her girls. Because they actually have a mother...who stayed by their side. You're just too afraid to admit it because...the one thing you always focused on...was strength" Cyndi said
"H-hah?" Nitski asked
"Nitski...I know you don't want to hear this but...you have always been obsessed with strength. You admire your father... because of his strength. Sure he is a huge...uh...bastard like you say but you actually look up to him. I mean...I remember the first time you fought those bullies" Cyndi said as she smiled a little
"Huh? You were there?" Nitski asked as she looked surprised
"Heh y-yeah..." Cyndi said as she blushed a bit

"Anyways I remember you would always beat up those bullies whoever talked bad about you or your brother. It was quite funny..." Cyndi giggled
"Hey don't laugh and how the hell did you know it was me? I mean we met each other until we were like 13" Nitski said
"Well...I was interested in you when I first saw you" Cyndi said as she trembled a little
"Eh?! So you liked me? Why didn't you tell me anything? We could've dated a while ago" Nitski said
"Uh I was confused okay? I mean I don't think you can suddenly be gay at a young age" Cyndi said
"I was gay when I was 8" Nitski said
"I was just confused about my feelings. I had to wait until I was a bit older to understand what was it that I really felt. That's when I realized that I actually liked you..." Cyndi said as she blushed a little
"How come you never told me this before?" Nitski asked as she looked surprised
"Because you started to get popular with the other girls. I thought I had no chance..." Cyndi said as she trembled
"You should've tried! I would've definitely start dating you!" Nitski said as she hugged her
"How was I suppose to know that? When all you talk about are boobs and butts?" Cyndi asked as she pulled away from her
"Yeah okay. I understand that but I really do like you" Nitski said
"Because you had no one else to play with" Cyndi said as she looked away. Nitski whimpered softly before licking her neck cheek and hugged her closely
"Sorry Cyndi but I promise that you were the one that I would've chosen. The only reason I left them is because...I just didn't feel happy I guess. I mean sure I got the attention from some of them but...I didn't feel anything for them. But with you it was different! That's why I decided to go ahead and be your mate" Nitski whimpered
"I believe you...I mean you did change quite a bit" Cyndi said as she petted her head softly
"Aww you're so sweet" Nitski said as she smiled
"And Nitski..." Cyndi said
"Hm? Yes?" Nitski asked
"I think it's best to give your mother a chance..." Cyndi said
"Hah?!" Nitski exclaimed
"You keep acting tough on the outside while on the inside you're fragile" Cyndi said
"No I'm not!" Nitski said
"And in denial. You always hate it when you show your soft side to others. For you...it's a way of showing weakness right?" Cyndi asked. Nitski only looked at her and sighed deeply
"Cyndi...my father...never really paid attention to us. Right after mother left...it was just me and Juhin versus the world. At least we had more family who actually cared for us but...I guess I just wanted my father to pay attention to me. I wanted him to be proud of me at least and I guess after giving up on my mother. I started to train with my father. He was quite impressed when I first told him I wanted him to train me. He seemed to be quite surprised at first but soon after training he actually gave me the attention I needed...or I thought" Nitski said as she pinned her ears down
"What happened?" Cyndi asked
"Well...he started to beat me and told me that I shouldn't cry...because it was a sign of weakness" Nitski said as she looked down a bit and Cyndi cupped her cheek before hugging her
"It's not a sign of weakness Nitski. You've always been strong from the very beginning and it's okay to breakdown when you need to...sometimes keeping everything bottled up inside...can break" Cyndi said. Nitski only pinned her ears down and cuddled against her
"H-hey that tickles" Cyndi giggled softly
"...mm...so what should I do?" Nitski asked
"Well...maybe apologise to your mother for your behavior and the way you treated her" Cyndi said
"I suppose..." Nitski said as she let out a growl and Cyndi hugged her
"Don't worry...it won't be so bad. It'll just take some time" Cyndi said as she smiled softly
"Mm...yeah" Nitski mumbled softly
Heh...I'm glad I have someone like her to talk to. She helps me a lot...

"Am I...a horrible mother?" Esumi asked
"N-not at all it's just that...well..." Juhin paused as he trembled a little.
"Juhin...did he do something to you and your sister?" Esumi asked. Juhin pinned his ears back and sighed
"Uh...our dad did hit us sometimes during training but Nitski was the one who got it worse then me because she wanted to get stronger. Nitski started training when she was 8 years old and...well I guess I didn't want her to be alone so I joined her too. Our training was a bit intense especially for me that I couldn't manage to stand up right after a hit. On the other hand Nitski kept pushing herself forward even though she was already hurt...she got back up to fight again. And one day...she just went a little too far that...it almost costs her life" Juhin said as he looked to the side
"Wh-what?" Esumi asked
"N-nitski's body collapsed at the start of her training and could barely breathe. Father called for help and she was taken away to get checked. They told us that her body was really fragile and that she shouldn't move for about two or three months. Father decided to let Nitski take a rest but Nitski...really didn't want to take a rest. I sometimes caught her secretly training and always told her to stop but...she just wouldn't listen. She kinda...turned out like father right after training..." Juhin said as he looked to the side
"...I-I'm really sorry...I really wish...there was a w-way to make it u-up to you both. I know...I was never a great mother. I-I did my best to stay but...I just couldn't stand th-that man...I no longer... recognized him" Esumi said and Juhin only held her mother's hand
"It's okay...mother. it'll take time but...I'm just glad...I get to see you again. There are still many things...that I want to tell you. Ah that reminds me... u-uhm...I actually want you to meet my mate Ortho" Juhin said as he rubbed the back of  his neck
"Huh? Wait...but isn't it...I mean isn't he uh.."
"G-guy? Well...y-yeah...both Nitski and I are g-gay hehe..." Juhin said as he trembled a little feeling worried. Esumi looked at him with a soft smile and soon reached up to pet his head softly
"I would love to meet him. I bet he is an amazing person" Esumi said
"Oh he is. Ortho may seem cold and harsh but he is actually sweet" Juhin said as he smiled a little
"Aww I'm so happy for you both" Esumi said as she hugged him. Meanwhile the man stood outside the door and lit a cigarette
"Where the hell did Nitski go?" Takuma mumbled softly
