A week passed by and Mei groaned softly as her ears twitched. She sat up and rubbed her head softly as she yawned
"Ugh...I feel so exhausted" Mei groaned as she stretched her arms out and rubbed her eyes. She placed her hand down and turned around seeing the empty side of the bed
"Huh? Yuzu?" Mei asked as she looked around
Where the hell did she go? Is she training or working again?
Mei got out of bed and went to get herself ready by washing her body. After the little shower, Mei rushed towards her room and started to get herself ready
"Your highness?" The maid asked as she looked surprised

"Can you walk?" Mei asked
"Yeah but uh...I can't move so much. Or run..." Yuzu said

"How long do I have to wait until you're recovered?" Mei asked

"Heh you weren't the only one who started their heat. Harumin and Himeko started as well" Yuzu said
"So they're here too?" Mei asked
"Shai's hips ache and Matsuri's small body got crushed. Hehe...so they need to recover from that would week. Good thing it happens once a year..." Yuzu said as she smiled nervously
"At least we spent the entire week together" Mei said

"Have you eaten?" Mei asked
"Mm no. But no worries I'll make something for us both" Yuzu said

"Yes. I'll make your favorite" Mei said as she stood up from the bed but Yuzu grabbed her wrist

"Are you saying I can't cook well like you?" Mei asked as she glared at her with her cold lavender eyes
"E-eh? Wait no! That's not what I mea-" Yuzu paused as Mei had her face close to hers

Mei leaned in kissing her nose softly and looked at Yuzu with a soft expression
"Yuzu...I want to prepare breakfast for you. You've already done so much for me...so please...at least let me cook for you. I promise I'll be careful..." Mei said as she gave her a soft smile. Yuzu only blushed and sighed in defeat
"F-fine but make sure that the maids help you at least" Yuzu said
"You're overreacting. I'll be fine" Mei said as she petted her head softly. Yuzu wagged her tail and kissed Mei's cheek
"Okay...just promise me that you'll be fine" Yuzu said
"Love you. I'll be right back with your breakfast" Mei said and gave her one final kiss before she left the room. Yuzu only watched her mate leave and groaned. Soon her werewolf soul appeared beside her
"Do you think she'll do it?" Yuzu asked and her werewolf only shook her head
"Yeah me too" Yuzu said and laid back down on the bed
