Pieces Of Turtle Stories - Incomplete
As I briefly mentioned in the description, I have many story clips of ideas that have popped into my head at time and I've scribbled down to remember in case I make it a full story. I've had this one brewing for a while, but I don't see it going anywhere any time soon. However, because it exists, I figure "Why not share it with the TMNT fans out there that may find it interesting or be inspired to try a story like it of their own?"
Heck, if you can take one of my story ideas from clips and turn it into a OneShot, Short Story, or anything otherwise, plleeeeeaaasseeeee do me a favor and me know 'cause I would love to check it out!
Anyway, let us continue
There is a good chance the coming story clip will never take part in a fully finish story, so I'd you're choosing to read it, just remember that I can't guarantee that this story will ever amount to more then a inspired idea and this coming clip. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Unfinished Story Title: Incomplete
Current Story Description: After a Kraang lab explodes around him and knocks Mikey out, the youngest turtle later stumbles out of the demolished lab to find his brothers have left him behind. Bruised and battered, Mikey heads back to the lair, only to have his brothers freak at his arrival and attack him. The worst part is, they don't even know who he is!
As far as he can tell, Donnie's supposed to be the youngest, Leo's a moody loner, and Raph doesn't have a place on the team anymore. Struggling to put the pieces together, Mikey makes it his mission to figure out what is going on while trying to remind his brother's of who he is and keep the oddly eager Raph from murdering him in cold blood.
But how do you remind your family who you are, when they're certain you never existed?
Still upset that his brothers had left him to make the trip back to the lair on his own, Mikey allowed the annoyance to become visible on his expression as he decided that he would give Donnie the guilt trip of a lifetime first before he moved on to his older brothers. Plus, Donnie would kill him for not going straight to the lab for a check-up the moment he return to the lair.
Heading into his brainy brother's lab, Mikey was about to get his attention when Donnie glanced up from his work to give him an irritated glance.
The irritation at being desturbed was fleeting and Donnie's eyes widened in shock as Mikey approached, letting out a startled cry and stumbling backward, bumping into the table behind him. The force from his crash sent the tablet reeling over and the rickshay of breaking glass surrounded Mikey, but the equally surprised younger brother was more concerned about Donnie and his reaction.
Knocked on the floor by his own action and rubbing the side of his head from where it knocked into the underside of the toppled table, Donnie seemed to momentarily forget about him until Mikey stepped forward and extended a hand, meaning to help him to his feet.
"Woah, D, are you-?"
"Stay back!" Donnie shouted in an almost desperate tone before he could finish, moving one hand in front of him as though preparing to defend himself from an attack.
Mikey closed his hand and pulled it back as he stared at his older brother's wide eyes in confusion, suddenly realizing that there was something different about his brother.
No, not his brother. It was the way his brother was staring at him that was different.
There wasn't a trace of recognition in those intelligent brown eyes.
In the time it took to process the startling bit of knowledge now trying to get pieced together in his head, Mikey hadn't even realized someone else was approaching until he'd been slammed in the plastron and knocked to the ground, the shocked jokester taking a deep breath to retake lost air.
The next thing he knew, he was trapped on the floor with an arm pressed against his throat, tight enough to make breathing a laboring task, but not quite impossible. Mikey stared at the familiar furious emerald gaze in shock and didn't spot any recognition in his expression either, his observation further proved when Raph growled. "Who are you!? How did you find us and why did you attack my brother!? Are you with the Foot? The Kraang? Answer me!"
"Can't... Breath..." Mikey choked out instead, certain that his face must have been turning funny colors by then.
"Raph! Stop it! We can't get answers from him if he suffocates!"
To Mikey's ultimate relief, Raph let out a frustrated growl as he pulled his arm back from Mikey's throat in response to Leo's scolding. Mikey was then dragged to his feet before being thrown back against the wall and Raph resumed the pressure on the top of his plastron as he demanded, "Why are you here!?"
"Why wouldn't I be here?" Mikey shot back, still trying to process his surroundings through a partly oxygen-deprived brain.
Raph's eyes narrowed in a way that told Mikey that he really shouldn't have talked back to the hothead and he cringed, expecting a blow to follow his mistake. Instead, Leo stepped forward and pulled the hothead away from Mikey. As the jokester rubbed his neck nervously, Raph turned an accusing gaze to the leader, who met his glare evenly.
"Just let me handle this, and if he puts up a fight, then you can deal with him."
Raph scowled but seemed to accept these terms because he stepped back. Mikey had just turned to face Leo when the leader's katana was suddenly held inches from his face, causing Mikey to yelp in surprise and press himself further against the wall. Sapphire gaze void of the same recognition as the others, Leo demanded. "How did you find this place?"
"Cause I live here!" Mikey blurted, glancing between the three brothers, Donnie nervously standing near Leo's right. "Dudes, it's me! Mikey! I don't know what prank you're all playing but it's seriously not funny!"
"What?" Leo replied as though Mikey was insane. After a moment, he narrowed his eyes and offered. "You mean you live in the sewers."
"No, I live here." Mikey stated desperately, "Stop playing stupid Leo, I'm telling you guys this isn't funny!"
"Did he just call you stupid?" Raph asked, cracking his knuckles as he gave the leader a hopeful glance.
Raph's response made Mikey's heart drop into the pit of his stomach as he finally realized they were completely serious. Leo shot Raph a patronizing look as Mikey insisted, "Come on guys, it's me! The pizza loving bro, the party dude, Dr. Prankenstein, the face!"
"He's talking nonsense." Leo informed the others as though Mikey wasn't standing right before him with the ability to understand everything that was being said. "He must be some kind of mutated looney."
"I'm not a looney, I'm your brother!" Mikey insisted.
Leo shook his head as though this decided the matter and mused. "Brother? Yeah, he's definitely got a screw loose in there somewhere."
"Then why don't I put him out of his misery?" Raph suggested, apparently very interested in giving Mikey a swift and painful end. Mikey had been on the receiving end of Raph's wrath plenty of times, but he never actually felt scared of his older brother until that moment.
"I don't know, guys." Donnie suddenly interrupted, gathering the other's attention. Now that the original scare of discovering Mikey standing in his lab had faded, he looked more curious than afraid and had been silently scanning him over as his older brothers completed their interrogation. "I mean, not only are the chances of other mutant turtles like us existing very minimal, but look at his genetic build compared to you guys. The similarities are uncanny."
Leo and Raph glanced at each other and then back to Mikey, their expressions blank as they both replied. "I don't see it."
Ignoring the both of them, Donnie began walking over to the jokester and stood beside him as he asked. "You wouldn't mind turning around for a moment?"
Mikey glanced over at Leo who was staring at Donnie with the same amount of confusion that the jokester was feeling. He was grateful that someone else was finally puzzled with some aspect of their situation. After a moment of unspoken conversation with Donnie, Leo lowered his weapon and Mikey awkwardly turned, the thoughtfully genius running a finger along the marking on the back of his shell, murmuring a soft, "Seriously, uncanny..."
Stepping forward and practically dragging Donnie back out of reaching distance from Mikey, Raph snapped. "So what if he looks like an uglier version of us? Doesn't mean he's not some kind of Kraang or Foot clone! He literally just attacked you!"
"No, I didn't!" Mikey insisted quickly. "I was only trying to talk to him and he freaked! I didn't touch him, I swear!"
Leo and Raph turned to Donnie as though for confirmation and he rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "He... He's right. He might not have been attacking, I guess I just saw him approach and it... Surprised me."
Raph gave Donnie a disapproving scowl and Donnie very clearly avoided his gaze, turning to Leo as he waited for some kind of decision or verdict from the leader. Mikey glanced at him as well and was relieved to see that he had lowered the katana, avid curiosity replacing his threatening glare. "How do we know we can trust you?"
"I would never hurt my brothers." Mikey vowed earnestly, but Raph was quick to swat that away. "We are not your brothers. We just met you!"
"Actually, if he has the same genetics, then whether or not we knew him before now wouldn't necessarily make him any less our brother-" Donnie began to explain, cut off when Raph gave him a swift backhand. Mikey's eyes widened slightly at the motion, but Donnie simply shot the hothead a pouting glare before rubbing the back of his skull like this wasn't the first time that he'd performed the action to make him be quiet.
Mikey knew that Raph was always doing that to shut him up whenever he thought that he was being annoying or confusing, but he'd never ever seen Raph do it to Donnie before. When Raph realized that Mikey was staring, he shot him an accusing glare and Mikey quickly shifted his gaze away, turning it back towards the thoughtful leader.
Recalling what they had been talking about, Mikey pleaded, "But I am your brother! Really! I can prove it, ask me anything!"
This caught the leader's interest and he raised the katana again to point at him, studying Mikey for a few moments before he agreed, "Alright... Then prove it."

Wonder how Mikey's gonna do that...
Tada! What did you guys think?
Donnie's reaction was certainly overdramatic, but it's not every day a mutant turtle that you've never met before comes strolling into your lab like he owns the place.
I image Raph and Leo being insanely overprotective older brothers, so the minute they heard Donnie shout, they stopped what they were doing and dashed to his side like any loving bro would do. After all, they only have one little brother- Right?
Aw, man, poor Mikey! I mean, imagine just going home one day and the people you've spent your whole life with don't know who you are! I can't imagine how I'd handle that...
Thanks for stopping by to read my clip!
