Ruhana is angry because of the people at the office staring at her. She shouts at them for making every newcomer embarrassed with their cold stares. She is irked with the behavior of the people therein. She reaches the CEO cabin and knocks on the door. A deep voice from inside allows her to enter the cabin. She enters the cabin and finds a young guy, sitting on the chair. His eyes are glued on the laptop screen. But it seems he has realised her presence.

He asks her to sit and Ruhana takes her seat. She puts the file on the table and he grabs the file in a second. He checks the file, and in the whole five minutes that he checked her file, he didn't look up at her. Ruhana is in thoughts, doubts are bubbling in her heart, that will he appoint her or will he reject her, reading her file. Her eyes are glued at him, when suddenly, he looks at her.

She is startled. His eyes are too intense for her, such that she looks away from him. He is tall, fair Complexioned, yet the stubble on his face, makes him look a little aged. His eyes have an intensity, such that no one dares to look at him, straight in his eyes. He has a deep voice, and it echoes throughout, whenever he speaks. His voice is enough to scare anyone, and ruhana is a new comer.

"So, you're Ruhana Mehra, right?" he asks.

"Yeah! My file says it all." She replies.

"What made you think, you will get a job herein?" Vineet asks, his gaze fixed on her.

"Well! Because I know I can get it. And if not, like if you reject my application, then, it's fate. Also, your employees must know that their boss rejected some aspirant, it's not aspirants' mistake to come here and get stalked by your employees." he says.

Ruhana says it all in one go. Vineet is startled. He looks at her,as if he didn't understand her words. Ruhana smiles at him.

" As expected, Mr. Khanna. You don't know what your employees do behind your back. You're not even worried about it. I think you should take care of it as well. Because, when people stalk you, you get more embarrassed. Any girl or any new person isn't a thing to be stared at. And your employees do that. They stare at newcomers, so that they feel guilty to step in the premises of Khanna Associations. I hope you're not paying  your employees for stalking anyone or any new girl like me who comes to claim a job at the very famous Khanna Associates." Ruhana says.

" And how can you say that?"Vineet asks a little coldly.

Maybe, he never checks on his employees, or the employees are just like their employer. Cold , rude, arrogant, intense and with no manners.

"Woah! It looks like you don't check on them. Your employees stalk new people like me. I felt like as if I have murdered someone or as I'm being blamed for something I didn't do. I warn you Mr. Khanna. This will lead your company to fall down. Because the place where new people are treated as criminals or the objects to be used, things don't go well. Your employees will stare and stalk the new people as if they have done something wrong and people like you will reject them. " Ruhana says.

Vineet looks at her. He is quite amused at the way she is speaking. No one has ever dared to speak so much in front of him, yet she is here, speaking on his face. She complained about his staff. And she is accusing him of  the same. He looks at her sternly.

"Do you know, this can risk your career?" he asks rudely yet calmly.

"I don't care. If I have to get embarrassed every single day, then I'd opt out myself. Because I am a girl who has high aspirations, and I can't risk it on people's stares. " Saying so, she stands up from the chair and picks her file, which is now closed.

"And yes, please teach mannerisms to your staff first. Then expect from others to respect you. Thank you so much for your time." she says and leaves the room.

Vineet is astonished at his place. He didn't know she will speak so much. She thought of her to be a shy girl, but she's not. He calls his manager who enters the cabin in a few minutes. He looks at her.

"I heard that our employees enjoy stalking people. Tell them they are paid for working, not for stalking anyone who enters the premises. I want you to renovate the waiting room as soon as possible." He says much angrily.

The manager knows why he is saying so. He has witnessed the scene when Ruhana shouted at the employees and she must have told it to him. He looks at him scaredly. Vineet glances at him.

"Now go! I should not hear that our anyone is stalking any new person. And yeah! Call Ruhana Mehra. Tell her that she can join our company as an HR. I do need people like her.". He says.

The manager stands rooted at his place. He didn't imagine that Vineet will select someone like her, who only speaks the truth. She scolded him, and yet he's choosing her. His trance is broken by Vineet's voice.

" What are you doing here? Go and get the work done. Also arrange the conference room, we have meeting in an hour." he orders.

The manager nods and leaves the room, while Vineet is lost in thoughts.

Is he thinking about Ruhana? If he's letting her join the company, is there any reason behind it? Or is it her will power?
