Chūjitsuna is not someone who is that friendly and nice if she encounters a stranger. She has major trust issues and is very aggressive with anybody who tries getting on her dark side. However, with friends and allies, Chūjitsuna is a loyal, faithful, and overprotective woman who will do absolutely anything to protect everyone she cares for deeply. Get on her dark side, then it's gonna be a serious problem; therefore she has a really huge bad temper which is something that she needs to keep in control.

The user does one graceful slash using all their body weight aiming for the neck.

Second Form
Heavenly Hailstorm
The user launches away from their opponent and strikes mid-air with their weapon in a quick fashion, sending a powerful gust of snow that's used for both offense and defense.

Third Form
Piercing Icicles
The user will stab their sword into the enemy with incredible speed and power, enough to shock and paralyze the enemy for a short moment.

Embracing Frost
The user backflips while delivering an eight-fold layered slash one on top in quick succession.

Fifth Form
Blessed Snowfall

This state also allows the user increased movement speed and decreased sense of pain, and it dilates the blood vessels for added flow to the muscles (which causes the veins to become more visible). However, it has to be used with utmost precision and there's a limit to how long and how often it can be used. Otherwise, use of this form could lower the body temperature to the point of severe hypothermia.

Backstory
Chūjitsuna never lived a good childhood. She'd never knew both of her parents, Hiruma and Ryoma, after she was born since they had abandoned the girl and her older siblings; a boy named Fubuki and another girl named Kōtta. They had to live by themselves without no parent or guardian to look after the three children, but Fubuki always knew what to do and wanted his sisters to believe that they'd eventually find help. For years, Chūjitsuna never had parents who were part of her life, but she still had Fubuki and Kōtta who were always there for her. They were poor with no money, but at least they lived in a small cabin in the woods that was a little far from the nearby village.

During her times growing up, Chūjitsuna would always come across the market at the village and would steal some food for herself and her siblings, but there were times that she would get caught by the owner and would have her apologize for stealing. Fubuki, however, was a very talented young boy who played the bamboo flute while Kōtta was a talented ribbon dancer so they can earn money for a better purpose to provide for Chūjitsuna. The three children were inseparable growing up, but everything changed when the certain man came upon their home.

Chūjitsuna was on her way back from stealing more food without getting caught by the owner once again as she made sure that she took enough for Fubuki and Kōtta. It was winter season during the time, so she managed to sneak out by hiding behind some pile of snow to make sure nobody saw her. As she made her way to the woods, the little girl then saw a mysterious man walking out of her house...covered in blood and became terrified of him. What did he do? Realization immediately came after her stunned face before she dashed towards her house, where she found her siblings brutally massacred and killed by the same man. Chūjitsuna held her sister's body close and desperately cried for anyone to help as she sobbed her heart out.

Her life then shattered into pieces as she could tell that nobody didn't even care about her siblings' deaths, which slowly fueled up the unfamiliar feeling of anger and sadness in her heart and veins. Chūjitsuna then packed some stuff for her journey of finding help and even took Kōtta's silky ribbon before abandoning the cabin that she called home. A few years later, she then came across Giyuu when he was done slaying some demons and asked him for help. He didn't say anything, but he'd only took her hand and lead the lonely girl back to his estate, where he had looked after her and trained her to become a demon slayer.

When she was finally ready for Final Selection, Chūjitsuna made a quick mental note of giving Giyu something as a 'Thank you' gift for helping her before she left for the final trials. After passing the test and becoming the official member of the Demon Slayer Corps, Chūjitsuna vowed to herself to avenge Fubuki and Kōtta, no matter what stood in her path!
