Knock me down and kick me in the stomach,

I will continue to get back up.
I will continue letting you use me.
Maybe it is a sense of reclamation of me trying to give you another chance to do what's right.
Maybe it's the fact that I'm selfish and I don't want to let you go use someone else.
Maybe I want to feel useful to you.
Maybe I want to be useful for myself.
I want to be something to you,
I want to be something for myself.
I want to be something more than this walking corpse that I am.
