no fear

You say I'm the type of girl who walks up to a monster and pets it while saying "it'll be okay"
You say I look at you at your worst times and hold out my hand saying "come on, let's go"
I can tell you now, I have no fear.
I look at monsters as tethered souls who are misunderstood.
I walk up to it regarding if it is growling at me.
I pet it to show that it is able to be loved.
I know what it is like to walk down a path of darkness and not know where I am going.
Without any source of light or a friend to guide me.
I know what it is like,
That's why I have no fear towards the catastrophe ahead of us.
