I was left in darkness,
Curled up in a ball of depression,
Then out of nowhere,
There was a glimmer of light,
And a hand came down from it.
Your smile was so inviting.
So...warm.
I was afraid to grab on to you,
That my darkness would consume you.
But instead,
You proceeded to stay,
And give me your glimmer of hope.
