Seokjin's side of story said by third person's pov.
Seokjin smiled subtly, his eyes crinkling around emptiness, his head tilting at ambitious boy in front of him, apparently stranger with vibrant blood to help him and get his life back. He placed his fingers on Jeon's shoulder blade.
“Jungkook, I will tell you everything. You will be enlightened only to do nothing. Let know my story and go on with life as if this never happened but you read utterly melancholic book. Do that Jeon, promise me?”
“Wipe away your tears, Kim Seokjin. I believe things will fall into right places this time. Why you don't want light in your life?” He removed Seokjin's hand from his shoulder and looked at that tired face.
Seokjin hissed at stubborn boy. “Know this Jungkook, the light annihilated is because the eclipse caused by Kim Namjoon, he's infernal. If any way taken that leads to him, then something wicked comes this way. He's an enemy of peace. What do you know of him huh? What you saw is just a tiny speck, he is deeper than grave of vampire.
I am tired in all sorts. Have no energy to relive all that pain. Everything in me is perished, whatever left helps to go through life. What if this quick hunch of everything will fall into place goes south and Namjoon gets me before the help? I would more beg him to kill me but he would keep me alive and nothing is ever close to hell than that” he heaved, his eyes trembling, his brows hanging low. His face losing all color as brought up some old graves to dig.
“What if I bring back Taehyung before that devil gets you? You were hidden well here, you still are, hang on little, I will get your husband to protect you.” Jungkook looked outside the window and saw the heavy storm roaring out. Thank god he found this place before getting caught in such rude weather.
Seokjin clicked his tongue and turned around. As much this sounded like a new life offered but the deeply engraved fear couldn't let him get lured. The thoughts having his husband back and Namjoon standing before him with those dark eyes blended in him creating a whirlpool that ate his mind and soul. “I am scared.” he whispered, deep into thoughts, staring at corner.
“At least tell me your story then." Jungkook stepped forward, hearing sigh from beauty. “Sure...”

“Mother, what is it, why did you call me so urgently? I was helping aunt Sora in making biscuits.” he stomped his feet subtly.
Mother smiled at little annoyed Seokjin who gets this grumpy face when he is disturbed while baking. “Father needs your help in tavern.” Seokjin's face dropped seeing that She tilted her head, innocently blinking to convince her son.
“You know I don't like going to tavern. Those men and women, they stare at me obnoxiously, it raises my hairs awfully.” He pouted, his heart already giving a big no to go there.
“Ken was suppose to help your father but I sent him to bring medicine for my headache. Hope you understand, if things get worse, your father is there, he won't take a second to punch the rude customer. Please provide him little help, only this time.”
“Fine.” he mumbled.
As seokjin walked outside, he saw Ken near garden fixing his bicycle's chain. “Oh Ken? Still here?”
“Ah jin-ah, this bicycle just gave up on me! Tch I need to go to doctor and then university to get my ticket for tour to Edinburgh, hope I reach on time.” Seokjin's eyes lightened.
Ken left the hopeless bicycle and decide to walk the way and take lift later.
“You are going to Edinburgh? That's a beautiful place!” He clasped.
“Yes and I see you're going to tavern?" Ken asked. “It's evening Seokjin, time when tavern is busy.” Seokjin let out a big sigh and clicked his tongue.
“I really despise the people there.”
“Then don't go.”
Seokjin shook his head, defeated. “No, the helper my father relied on just left this job. Father can't alone handle. I need to be there.”
Ken placed his hand on Seokjin's shoulder who's eyes stared at his brother. “Jin-ah, I know you've been recalling that disgusting scene of Lily's husband.” Seokjin nodded subtly, remembering the time when his neighbor tried to grope him and succumbed him to sit on his thigh. He bit his tongue to get it out of his head.
“Remember the face that tries to misbehave with you and then we'll find him to—?”
“Give him black eyes to see white heavenly light.” They both said in unison laughing together.
“Now I feel much better.” Jin smiled bright.
---
“Father I am here!” he sneaked behind the corner and wore the cream colored apron, tying around his waist and then quickly placed empty glassed mugs on the platform from the shelves.
Seokjin nodded as waitress came and listed the orders. He scurried his eyes around as he filled the mugs with fizzy liquid, the crowd was no joke, he had to help his father or else father would've gone mad handling them all alone.
As his eyes roamed around when he felt some people are arguing but turned to be hearty chats, his eyes caught a man in the corner, who's deep set of orbs darkly stilled on seokjin. There was no refelction, no shine, in those pairs just darkness.
Their eyes locked for more than couple of seconds making a small flinch appear in seokjin as those eyes tried to travel into his soul. He broke the gaze and shfted onto the glasses that he filled a bit more and had all the juice on his hands.
“Pay attention, Jin-ah.” father nudged him. He softly apologized and focused on his business.
Seokjin's skin turned sweaty and hands cold, for he felt eyes among the business in room, the a lot of people doesn't go easy on him, he prefers to be left alone.
“Ay, where's my beer!?” a man with long bushy beard and rugged body yelled through rustle and laughs in busy tavern, catching the attentions.
Seokjin quickly accounted his order and roamed his eyes around but couldn't see any waiter and waitress to take the serve, seeing that man getting red and his fists bigger, seokjin left counter to give hand him the drink.
“Your order, sir.” that man scanned seokjin who looked away and placed the tray on the table, turning around quickly and passing through people with heavy eyes, hoping nobody touches him, the temperature of the room was higher in this winter and the smell of this rotten grape juice hit his nostrils pairing with anxiety and prayer of no person with ill intentions comes near him; gave him a sense of nuisance.
He saw that same man with midnight eyes and callous face. His eyes were blinkless. Seokjin couldn't help but fill something in his brain called uneasiness. Those eyes wouldn't leave him alone.
After nearly preparing twenty glasses, and seeing the customers getting less and less to few, he asked for a break and went out on the in the backyard, a little far from the tavern where the voice turned down to nothing and gave him the heavenly silence. He could hear the small of crickets after loosing his sense of hearing in that room.
He sat on the bench moonlight and rolled his eyes in disgust when his hands and apron smelled like beer. He removed the apron and kept it aside, wiping hands with handkerchief he had.
“Seems like a father doesn't care about his tired son.” Seokjin gasped and looked up from his hands when he heard someone. “You hate working here don't you? I could see.” Seokjin pushed his knees together as his eyes turned wide for he saw that mysterious man with surreal eyes.
Seokjin's eyes squinted as he realized that this man had pale skin which was lit more under the moonlight, his lips vampire red with small smirk.
“I have never seen you here.” Said Jin, leaning back a little and fumbling on hands when that man moved forward.
“But I have seen you, more than I have seen this moon.” The calmest tone of that man didn't bring any sense of comfort but a shiver in young man. “Those people in there admire your beauty alot.” the smile playing on his face with eyes crinkling was very different from he saw in tavern. Now they're filled with curiousity and mischief.
“Do you often visit the tavern?” Seokjin asked, not ever seeing this man with such fine clothes that doesn't fit to be in tavern but in clubs.
“I do and since then you have captivated my senses. You have ignited an instrest in me for you Seokjin.” a gentle melody added in seokjin's name taken immediately made him stand from the bench and furrowed his brows.
“Excuse me? are you drunk?” he stepped back, not wanting to share the air with this man, stepping on the stone that made him lose balance. Before he could meet the thorny land, that man grabbed him, locking him in arms.
Seokjin wanted to rather fall and see blood than get this stranger's arms around him. His face distorted in distaste and struggled to get out of grasp but only to get trapped more forward to the strong chest, a sharp mint and citrus smell from a little taller man gave him dizziness.
“Stay calm jin, you'd hurt yourself.” that man leaned his head forward, causing Jin to panic move his head to other side and gave pushes on chest.
“I would rather get wounded than to be closer to you, let me go you wretched.” sterned Seokjin.
“Seeing you this close and in glowing night can make me follow my instincts that are much more wretched.” he chuckled in between his misbehave, as his hand traveled down to other's hipbone, making jin grunt in disgust and try more vigorously to get out.
That man's lips were almost close to Jin's neck, hot breath hitting on skin, the reek of beer and his strong manly scent numbed seokjin who slowly realized he has no strength compared to this man, tears gathered around and flushed his face.
Seokjin looked down and saw veiny hand around his waist, though seokjin kept himself from making any eye contact to this man, he couldn't help but lock his eyes with him to see the extremely charming man with villain smile and a scar on corner of his mouth. His looks were a curtain to hide his disgusting nature. Seokjin wasn't falling for any of this, he wanted to bite this man till bleed or wound him severely to get out of hold.
Before he could work on instincts, that man moved forward dragging Seokjin too, on intention of pinning him down on the bench, Seokjin saw it coming and cried for help, thrashing his legs and jiggling his hands locked by arms around him.
Seokjin panted as his body felt like rag doll for all strength was consumed by struggling. Seokjin cried in middle of loneliness, very deserted place where this man has an opportunity to take him and get away without getting caught. Seokjin wanted anybody to see his vulnerable sight, help him, punch this man. Seokjin laothed himself for he relied on others to help him than take matter into his hand and show this man how pain feels like.
“I sent you a letter for marriage proposal and saw your negligence. So had to come here back and talk to you in person but seems like...” his voice paused for second has he handled the seokjin who wasn't surrendering, he continued. “Talking would be the last thing we'd do after seeing your skin and body in person.”
“I think I have the letter and I'll burn it. You are disgusting, marrying you? Never! Scoundrel get off me!”
“Pretty face got a sharp mouth? If I get myself inside you, then who would marry a used carrier? You'll have to end up with me so behave, Seokjin.”
“I'll rather die than end up with you who has no upbringing!” Seokjin fiercely locked his red teary eyes and gritted his teeth as he heaved, his cheeks bit red. “Did your parents disown you? if then they saved themselves from greatest low by having a son like you.” Seokjin kept on going for he saw that sadist smile turning into stone defeated gaze with a subtle shiver of rage. Seemed Seokjin invoked something in this man by bringing such topic that could've gotten this man's nerves high.
Suddenly that man grabbed Seokjin's hairs causing jin to cry out in pain. He twisted Seokjin's wrists single handedly watching Seokjin curl in pain.
The face was gravely close to him, the eyes embedded into his soul breaking every nerves of innocent young man. That man placed his lips below Jin's earlobe, earning a sharp scream.
Before he could go any further to Seokjin's dread and make him hate the life, that man was yanked on the ground by an unknown force that Jin was grateful for.
Seokjin opened his tired, wet eyes, his chest pounding crazily and wiped the sweat off his face, he saw that unknown force to be his brother Ken. Seokjin cried in relief like an young boy found his parent while lost in fair.
He quickly stood and ran behind Ken who didn't spare any chance for that scoundrel to run away, he thrashed him blue and purple. Ken's eyes glowed in pure rage as he punched the man's face, slitting his lower lip, blood running to his ears and he laid on ground.
“How dare you...” Yelled Ken hovering over him.
“Didn't know you have a knight, Jin.” that shameless chuckled, carelessly wiping the red liquid through back of his palm and woke up from the ground, fixing his fine suit now ruined.
That man was swaying in air, reason the beer intake and strikes Ken blew. But the wildness in him soared as ever it was. “Hard to get is play I've never been played but for you, I might get into this fun.” Seokjin gained strength from an unknown cosmic, he walked to that man and slapped him across face, feeling grateful that he was freed from this man so he can strike him on face.
“Never show me your face again.” he sniffed on tear and walked away, Ken following his brother, giving one last glance to that man who he wanted to sue but considering the distress caused to Seokjin, Ken wanted to let go this man and hope to never see him.
“This isn't just struck on my face, this is an end of peace in your life Seokjin. Make sure you live under sun and rainbow as much as you can. The haunts are waiting for you. I know you heard me well.” He was loud and hoarse, he voiced it out before those two could disappear. “I am darn sure you heard me well.”

Kim Seokjin barged into his house and tried to run away to his room but his mother seized him. “Seokjin you're crying?” she asked in concern, reaching out for tears but seokjin stopped her and cried. “I told you, I wanted to stay away from tavern!” he took a big gulp and went behind his mother to grab something from corner rack. He removed stack of letters.
“I don't want anybody to send me marriage proffers. Burn them as soon you get it! Those are wild, they have no conscience, no morality, mother I loathe them all.” he blabbered as tears drenched his face.
“I will tell your father, nobody is sending you tavern anymore, I promise. Calm your nerves down. Jin-ah, In this winter, your skin is burning.” She didn't know what was the reason but these tears made her agree with whatever seokjin said regarding the agony he's going through.
Ken who silently walked in after Jin went into his room. His lips sealed didn't fail to depict the rage inside him. Mother noticed and walked to him, holding his shoulders she asked “What happened?” Ken sighed and looked at her.
---
Seokjin sat before the fireplace, that didn't let his cold hands get warm. The scene that happened shaped into a ghost that stood in corner of heart, getting him feared and giving him urge to turn down the people, locking himself in house and never seeing anybody.
He rubbed his hands against the skin on nape and sighed deeply, somehow conforming himself by saying that things didn't get worse. It could've been the most shameful act which would've ruined his dignity for life.
His thoughts were fighting to be positive, making him sure that he didn't had to see anything lower than than this.
“Jin, can I come in?” Came a muffled voice of Ken. Seokjin wiped off the sweat from his face, seeing his palm wet from sweat at such winter night.
“Come in, Kennie.”
Ken walked in slowly, meeting Jin's back, curled before fireplace, in his thick brown sweater.
“The incident, it could've been more infernal. Count our lucky stars that I arrived at very perfect time.” Jin nodded agreeing. “You are fine right?” Jin gestured him to sit beside him.
Ken sat in quietness, just fire cracking sounds and subtle wind howlings through window.
“What happened has surely grown on my skin, it will dwell in my mind forever. His touches would burn my skin. I can't step on it and walk away but I am ready to forget it and think of it as nightmare for it sure didn't get any worse. I hope we won't take out this subject again and if ever that man stumbles upon us, kill him for me, Ken. I pray I never see him again. ” He gently laid his head on his brother's shoulder.
“I promise you my dear little brother, I won't let him or any such creature be near you.
Father just came home, I told him to never let you work in tavern again. He agreed, he's going to look for new worker.” Jin hummed slowly trying to be normal.
I always thought people who are harrased overthinks and overreacts, but now I understand what glimpse of hell they saw and went through.
Ken looked properly to the fireplace to see those burning weren't just woods but letters of proposal Seokjin received, They silently watched them turning into ash.
“I have never seen him here before.”
“Neither did I. He had fancy suit and good boots. Must be rich, must be from abroad. I asked father regarding who was that pale man in corner was and father said that he had been here few times before, but never knew his name. He's said to be born in nearby town somewhere and raised in foreign. But background unknown.” Seokjin nodded listening quietly. “And now he doesn't deserve to be in your mind. Shoo him away.”
“How will you help me Ken, you are going to Edinburgh soon.”
Ken stayed silent, concerned on it suddenly, he wanted someone strong to be behind Seokjin and be knight for him.
-
“Namjoon was evil with you from the beginning.” Jungkook scoffed walking back and forth as he listened to the commence of Seokjin's story.
Seokjin looked at back of Jungkook, opening his mouth to say. “I didn't say he was Namjoon.” Jungkook turned around and looked at him with confused brows.
“Isn't Namjoon the villain in your story, if not him then who?” Seokjin's body shuddered on the sofa, bringing his hands close, hiding them in his sweater, as his eyes sunk on floor and his lips turned red from constant biting, his face grew anxious as he remembered him long after. The lightening struck when he said the name.
“Min Yoongi.”
