And as the lights went out
She layed down and closed her eyes
Ignoring the voices and the doubt
A Doubt, that she knew would haunt her every night

What killed her slightly wasn't the loneliness
It was the dead silence, the slow ticking of the clock
As the time passed it grew, her restlessness
It grew and became so large that it almost choked her

She felt like she was a thousand miles apart
Nevertheless she was so close
As it grew, it slightly began tearing her apart
She lost her all to someone who was never hers

What was it that was tearing her apart?
What was it that made her feel vulnerable?
What was it that threw her apart?
Apart from the ones she loved the most?

It was her mind that did this
Her mind, that had complete control over everything
But who was controlling that mind who did this?
It were those ugly demons who this did this to her

Demons that controlled her mind,
Controlled her life, made her so cold
So cold that she couldn't control her mind
Not anymore, she made some futile attempts but in vain

Love for her was like rain that falls down the clouds
And gladdens the flowers and the sweetness it pours into everything
You can't see that happiness but you can feel it, feel the clouds
Feel the rain, that's what love is about

She had everything she ever wanted, right by her side
Somebody to love, somebody to have her back always
Somebody to wake up to, somebody to be by her side
There wasn't any day that passed without her seeing him

Seeing him laugh and smile
Seeing those beautiful mesmerizing emerald eyes
Seeing his rosy red lips,his dimpled smile
He was her everything, her best and her worst

But something snatched it all away from her
And flew somewhere so far that she couldn't reach him
That something made her forget him and call him a lier
Everything started to fade away one by one

Now all she remembered was his creepy laugh
And his devilish smile, and his cunning emerald eyes
Not his rosy lips or the kiddish laugh
Now all her worst belonged to him

And her best was lost in the dark
The place where she dwelled, the place she was familier with
No one could now see the shine in her eyes, her spark
Or the smile that once could light up the world

She couldn't forget him, nor could recall him
At times she would scream and shout out of exhaustion
Yet no one heard her, she was being paid for her sin
Sin of loving the immoral, sin of loving the devil
